I just got my pair n the right earphone isn't playing audio. I wanted to atleast reset then n repair before asking for a new pair

Save a ton of money! Look up KZ CAROL. $35 usd! In my opinion these brands are over charging. Learn about iems and some of the earbuds by these companies. You will save a lot of money and get better sound vs these us brands like Apple, Sony, Bose etc

Mine started doing that too. I contacted the seller on aliexpress and I got these instructions: 1. Unpair the earbuds from your phone and disable bluetooth. 2. Take the earbuds out of the charging case and press the touch button for 6 seconds to turn it off. 3. With the earbuds off, press the touch button for 7 seconds to enter pairing mode. The indicator light will flash red and blue. Simultaneously, tap the touch buttons on both earbuds 4 times to reset them. 4. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. 5. To use the earphones again, follow the initial pairing instructions. I have not managed to reset and pair them yet, maybe this will work for you.

No luck, have tried to run the battery empty with hopes they would reset but that didn't work either. I have accepted defeat now :D I just use them in the car now when I need an earbud with good microphone.

Dudes, help, PLEASE. I connected to my phone, then disconnected it, and it does not come back anymore. The buds are paired (between themselves) and on. I cannot turn off, as a long hold only changes the ANC options on the left side, or does a quick beep on the right side. Holding the two togheter does one or another. The buds where flashing blue, then i put on the case (that flashes green), and then they not flash nothing anymore. Cannot turn off, cannot reset. Tried everything. I'm deeply frustrated. Cannot use the buds, waited over 1 month for them.

Really hope so. Just think im having a bad time with the controls. It connected just fine in the first attempt. If i just can reset them, it should run fine... Just want to know If someone knows a way for this...

The earbuds needs to be inside the box. Then, tap it four times (it doens't matter if it is on or off). Worked for me. Absolutely different patterns, by the way. Dont know what happened, just glad it worked. Thanks!

My pair of Carol started showing up as individual earpieces. How can I reset them back as a pair ?

I want to point out that the ANC bus problem isn't minor for me at all. Maybe the roads or buses in my country are in worse condition, but ANC in my case is facing such problems that it is absolutely not usable. Every bump hits you into ears. Can better earplugs solve this?

So I just used ANC for the first time with my KZ Carol earbuds and some times, I could hear a crackling or popping sound from inside my ears. Is that normal? Should I be worried?

Hi. I bought the KZ Carol after my Space Travel case battery wouldn't hold enough charge anymore. Do you hear a distortion-like sound especially on some tracks? I listened to "Who Will Know (24 Bigslow) by Shiro Sagisu" to test these out and there's a subtly perceptible distortion-ish sound (try at 1:30) layered in. Space Travel doesn't produce this effect and I want to know if I got a defective unit that I need to replace or it's built this way.

Thanks for the reply but it's alright. I'm not an audio buff and I'm not sure what I'm hearing. My unit might have a defective chip or something or not (maybe my ears have a problem) which is understandable. I've tried going from an android device (no EQ processing) to my PC's Bluetooth and I can still hear a "noise" on that track. It seems to happen when a track gets busier esp when vocals kick in. How about "Until I found You (Em Beihold version)" at 0.10 and onward?

This. I bought KZ Carol, they are awesome for the price (\~25USD). I bought a "Lenovo" one for 3USD and that came with an Apple connector...

I just received kz carol and the volume on Android device ( I am using iqoo 12) is very low, I have disabled the absolute volume from developer option, is there any setting I am missing?

Has anyone experienced delay with the KZ Carols? When watching videos on any device, there is a noticable delay between speech on video and the sound being played. Is there any mode switch or something I'm missing? Or is something wrong with my pair?

IMO & to my ears, the Tozo Crystal Pods are likely tops in value for $20. Even took it on a flight & ANC was pretty good, likely blocking out 80+% of the rumble. Sound is adequate - good in a busy noisy enviroment. And there's even an app The KZ Carol is also a viable choice with a well balanced sound & fast bass with good slam. ANC is a notch below the Tozos. Moondrop Space Travel is very comfy with a more laid back sound. All 3 are viable choices as best value in class but with its own particular SQ characteristics & their own strengths & weaknesses. YMMV ofcos

Just bought this and i didn't know what i did but it started speaking Chinesez Lmao. I was tapping it to high performance but i switched to chinese instead.. Do you have any idea? Edit: disconnect turn off turn on (make sure disconnected), 3 taps on the right.
