"I put them in my ear, put the helmet on, then do one final “push” with my finger to seat them in my ear for the ride. ... The batteries die before they work out of my ear."
"they are so comfortable that both I and my husband have had to feel our ears to check whether we were still wearing them."
"Also super bonus I've never head banged with earphones this hard besides with these soundcores, they stick to me like glue even when I'm in a metal mood and I'm headbanging for a good hour."

"amazing, amazing, amazing ANC performance for earbuds! ... not even close in ANC performance vs these (Bose QuietComfort Earbuds (2024)) ... I, for ANC, prefer the approach Bose takes, blocking out pretty much all frequencies."
"Was ideal because I was in a cabin with 3 screaming babies and ANC + audiobook worked like a CHARM."
"The fit, comfort, sound, and ANC are the best I've experienced. ... all the rest have markedly inferior ANC."

"Literally couldn't think of any pair of IEMs + dongle dacs could sound as analytical as the C3P+ for around $70. ... detail is just sooo much better. The C3P+ is just leagues ahead the I5 in terms of detail and resolution. ... the C3P+ is actually the closest sounding one to really expensive iems or headphone that I have."
"Crazy good from the jump! ... When you factor in they're only $99 and go toe-to-toe with Bose QC Ultra at $299, this is the deal of the year!"
"Can't recommend them enough for the value, sound like $200 earphones."

"I think I can confidently say that these will fit anyone and everyone's taste in music, but ONLY because it's soundcore and their app let's you choose EQ settings that would fit your taste. ... Literally each one of the genres I listed sound amazing and most importantly IMMERSIVE when paired with the right EQ ... I was listening to The Red Clay Strays and was not quite satisfied with the way their music sounded so I tried the "Piano" EQ setting, and holy fuck it's like the mids that i was talking about broke out of their cage and colors started flying. The best way I could describe it is that the vocals and instrumentals became more detailed and colorful as opposed to just being a dull and flat board hitting you in the ears. ... For any and I feel like all kinds of audio, you can get what you want with the right EQ setting (preset or custom, whichever you like), even binaural beats which are these pretentious yoga droning noises that i listen to when i can't sleep, they end up being a spiritual experience. ... there's the EQ customization, allowing you to tailor the earbuds' sound quality to a specific genre or taste. there's a ton of different presets for those who have no idea how to manually do it (me), and there's that custom EQ for the sound engineers"
"It's really really really good. I feel like the R50i NC (or maybe soundcore in general, idk) has an incredibly versatile range when it comes to sound quality, if you don't like bass too much, there's an EQ for that, or if you want your brain rattling for every beat, there's an EQ for that too. For any and I feel like all kinds of audio, you can get what you want with the right EQ setting (preset or custom, whichever you like), even binaural beats which are these pretentious yoga droning noises that i listen to when i can't sleep, they end up being a spiritual experience. ... max volume is LOUD, like loud enough for the people whose goal in life is to learn how to read lips out of necessity."
"The Nothing Eat sound amazing though ... and have phenomenal bass for buds."

"amazing for call quality while doing gym training session."
"Call quality is great too. ... I've not been told that I sound underwater yet."
"Call/mic quality is the best. ... The mic is far superior"

"the noise esp for shooter/online games are terrible"
"The only device I notice audio latency is with the quest 2, and 3. It's required to have wired there imo. I can't think straight in a fps if my audio isn't in sync with gun shots, it really fucks with me."
"If you are into FPS games and ms latencies, the AirPods are gonna irk you terribly."

"Yeah the battery life on Apple Watch is pathetic. ... Like I have the 4G Apple watch which I wear when I am out of town just in case my iphone dies or gets broken and I am in an emergency. That happened to me a few months back. I had my watch and only my watch. I had 4G turned on for emergency services and GPS turned on so I can find my way home. Convienent and life saving right? Except the stupid thing died after an hour and after that I was stuck with no communication abilities at all in the middle of the night wandering the streets. What good is having all of those capabilities if they are just going to die on you after 10 minutes? ... other than as an emergency backup for my phone (which I have now proven is a joke in a real life emergency)"
"If I record for more than 14 minutes it will freeze and battery is already almost dead. This is at night night by the way so temperature isn't high."
"the battery now wears out very quickly - after about 1 hour of usage."

"USE THE STOCK ONES, any other tip I tried outside the stock ones, really make the ANC WAY worse, by 60% I would say, and it’s not an exaggeration"
"having somewhat of a shittier ANC. ... For the use of buses or even home, don't even think about it, the ANC goes crazy with the sound of the engine and the passive noise reduction is almost non present. ... I'd rather not having headphones in the bus and actively listen to the engine than to have these headphones and having to actually listen to the engine as well + weird ANC noises + doghsit quality audio. ... this newer model somehow improves in actually nothing and somehow got an even worse ANC even though the first already barely even had at all. ... ANC: it does contain it, but it does not contain it. ... Bluetooth buds have one purpose which is having ANC, and sounding slightly good. These couldn't even deliver on that."
"they are not noise canceling"

"Normal movements and exercise cause the earbuds to very frequently shift around inside my ears which can cause the seal to break, and they sound horrendous when the seal is broken. ... A lot of common exercises cause the seal to break for me, especially those that involve lying on the floor. ... So ironically the Powerbeats Pro 2 are not very good at their primary intended use case (working out) for me."
"Sadly, they were really uncomfortable for my ears. ... Both of my ears would start feeling extremely sore after like 15 mins of use (even though I used them for +5 hours trips, I was in pain but I enjoyed the sound haha)."
"it doesn't fit me at all as soon as I put it on, I have a huge pain in my ears"

"Fragile ass build quality, they just broke."
"The c30i notorious for breaking at the connection. ... I used to use a c30i and they broke at the connection. ... They also broke but still work though lmao. ... Nah the c30i are great and all but they are poorly built and fragile. ... One wrong drop and they crack instantly."
"Very reliably unreliable ... having two pairs replaced under warranty and still failed on the third."
I just got the nothing ear, they sound good after EQ, they are also on the cheaper end like 120
r/Earbuds • Looking for the best earbuds under 250$ - and overwhelmed by options ->I'm using Nothing ear 2, but to be fair the Bluetooth latency kidna sucks and depending on the game is even distracting. I have also KZ ZSN Pro on my main computer and i think i would be better of getting another ones for the Deck.
r/SteamDeck • What headphones you pair your Steam Deck with? ->I use Nothing Ear (2).
r/BuyFromEU • European Alternative to In-Ear Headphones (Wired and Bluetooth) ->Nothing sucks ass btw, never buy em. Worst experience
r/Earbuds • I analyzed Reddit for the 20 most recommended wireless earbuds in the past year ->Just about a year of use the battery level dropped to < 1 hour, the tiny holes get frequently blocked due to dust, you can find this on Nothing subreddits as well. Fragile ass build quality, they just broke. Mic quality also deteriorated. Thank God I got an extended warranty, gave them they were unable to fix it and just refunded me 60% of the amount I paid. Nothing phone is good, ngl. but ear 2 sucked ass. the local chinese earphones lasted long
r/Earbuds • I analyzed Reddit for the 20 most recommended wireless earbuds in the past year ->Which is more important to you? The sound quality or the ANC? The reality is the best TWS earbuds for one aren't the best fit the other. And there are often clear tradeoffs. For example, the B&O EX had superb audio quality. But the Nothing Ear get really close while being lighter, having a better app, and being superior in most other ways for considerably less money. Just be aware of the compromises you're going to make when selecting the best sounding TWS earbuds.
r/Earbuds • Top 3 Earbuds Money can Buy? ->Nothing ear. Best ones by a mile
r/Deathcore • Need a headphone that can blast deathcore and survive the gym ->Soooo you kinda asking for the ultimate hybrid. And they just don't exist. However at the price point you going for you have great options. First if you want in eco system, galaxy buds pro 3 and the easy choice. If you want best sound Sony WF1000XM5 is definitely for audiophiles. If you want something for the gym with good sound, jabra elite8 active gen 2 is the best out there. If you want to spend half those prices and have a great daily driver I'd recommend checking out the nothing ear gen 2.
r/S22Ultra • Seeking best earbuds for cancelling noise - what is your pick? ->Sony WF-1000XM5 are some of the best out there. I would also recommend the nothing ear 2 or the more budget nothing ear(a) which I personally use and they probably have the best audio quality in that price range. Tho I have absolutely no idea why you would spend 500$ for earbuds and if earbuds priced at that range exist, but all of these are 300$ or and below(ear 2 are 150$ and ear a should be about 90$).
r/Earbuds • Best earbuds for music under $500 ->Yeah, the ear(a) sound really good, no complaints about the quality but the ANC is not so good in my opinion, and if I recall correctly the ear 2 are much better in the ANC dep. But the ANC on the Sony buds are by far one of, if not the best out there, the quality should also be comparable or better.
r/Earbuds • Best earbuds for music under $500 ->I just tried soundpeats, nothing ear, earfun and denon. Kept the Perl Pros and returned the others. super frustrated with soundpeats app - it crashed everytime i tried to open it. Nothing ear added some artifacts that were like garbled/warbling versions of the music that eere only noticeable in quiet sections of a song. Annoying. Earfun were ok, just not great. Denon perl pros are fantastic and the app is impressive. Ive tried the azh80s, xm5, oneplus, senn momentum 4, jabra elite 75active, and others last year and found my old soundcore liberty 3s were as good. the libs have been giving me charging issues, so I am replacing them with the Perl Pros.
r/Earbuds • Best Earbuds you can purchase on amazon under $150? ->I have the nothing buds i enjoy them comfort is 10/10 sound 10/10 they don’t fall out when working out. The only caveat I have is that they randomly pause not too sure why sometimes it happens once ever 45 seconds sometimes it doesn’t happen at all I noticed someone in the reviews saying the same thing but I also have a kind of old phone so.
r/Earbuds • Please suggest me the best Earbuds in this price range ->I recently bought ear 2 by nothing and well, they're amazing. I stopped using my sony wf-mx 5 and gave them to my mum. The nothing ones are amazing, overall neutral with a nice harman tendency, long lasting, good anc (not as good as sony, but good enough for sure)
r/Earbuds • Help choosing budget ANC earbuds on Amazon Australia ->First of all, the case is not an argument for me, personally. Of course it could be for some of you and yes, Sony has a better form factor. The reasons I prefer the ear (2) over the xm5 are the following: -I'm working as a mastering engineer and prefer a frequency response in between neutral and Harman, the ear (2) are much closer to that, while the xm5 are what I would call a balanced bathtub. The ear (2) allow for somewhat accurate hearing measurements (and correction) and the app is really, really well made. They offer two lossless and a lossy codec, while the xm5 offer ldac (older version) and a lossy one, but often one or both buds have short connection losses while listening lossless. no issues with the ear (2) at all. Soundstage and comfort are also better for me, although this is a personal thing. Battery life is a bit shorter and anc not as extreme with ear (2),but therfore it's adaptive, making it feel less like this typical anc vacuum, if you know what I mean. I don't use them for calls, can't say a lot more than that both work well, no complaints here. I also never tried the Galaxy buds. Nothing ear (2) sound like improved airpods 2 pro with a better stage and larger frequency response, including a better bass representation.
