"The fit is really good/strange on the OP3. ... They feel like they are loose in my ear. But when I push em in they don't budge. ... When I do the ear canal test they come up as good. ... And they just about never fall out of my ears. ... Because of the shallowness, the Capacitive Touch control, and possibly being less sensitive to accidental touches, I can sleep in these."

"good fit ... For me, I can shake my head as hard as I can and they dont move at all. ... I also use them for mountain biking. ... now I can wear them 5-6 hours and barly notice they are there."

If you can find them for the price, Method 360 ANC. Theyre 99 bucks for a introductory price right now. Earfun Air Pro 4 and OnePlus Buds 3 and Anker Soundcore Liberty 4 NC are also good contenders.

Initial listen, They were “fun”. Nice and lively, enhanced highs and bass. But after a while I became fatigued with them. An analogy could be like how tv manufacturers crank up the contrast settings for displaying the tvs in a showroom… but those settings are just overdone when you get the tv settled in to your home.

i have enco x3i. anc is amazing. i ride train every weekend. no complain from my wife. we usually on call for 6 hours while i was on train. my voices are clear but huawei freebuds pro 4 is better. trains noise factor is higher than busy street noise. oppo enco x3i = oneplus buds 3 (same product just different name) i bought huawei for 127usd and oppo for 67usd. i have also use others such as buds fe, liberty 4 nc. not good, voices are not clear. buds fe received very high rating for phone calls in rtings.com, but imho avoid, its bad. i bought 2, believing online review are dependable. on my search for clear call, now i owns, 2x buds fe, enco x3i, liberty 4 nc, buds pro, fiio utws5, 2x huawei freebuds pro 4. (so far huawei 0 complain) 🤣

Just started to use OnePlus Buds 3 about 2 - 3 weeks ago. The experience so far has been nice. ANC is great. I'm using the moderate ANC, yet it's good enough to suppress the noise you experience during busy bus rides.

I would go for: Moondrop space travel is a safe choice for sound, they're very underwhelming in anc and are pretty flimsy( the only pair of earbuds that I had break into pieces) OnePlus buds 3 is very good with equalization, I got it to sound better than anything wireless before 200 usd, so best potential by far imo. Pretty sharp sounding stock, although you can partly fix it with companion app without diving deeper, also many people like their stock sound. Anc is great for the price and they're very slick and well-built. Ali 50 dollars Soundpeats air 4 pro are just nice. Very inoffensive sound, they lack high frequencies, but that's a blessing in disguise as they're not sharp. Kinda natural sound. Eq can make them better but isn't necessary at all. I would say that anc is a bit worse than buds 3, but very usable... unlike space travels. Well built. They're not a current model, wait for a sale on aliexpress and you can get them for 50. It's more like 65 now if I'm not mistaken.

It depends on your preference, i choosed realme because I don't like bassy tuning of oneplus and also realme has ldac codec vs LHDC on oneplus, LHDC is supported by limited devices, although if you got a good deal on oneplus you can EQ them by heymelody app and reduce bass it's not day and night difference between air 6 pro and op buds 3

All buds are basically throwaway products unfortunately, just the base airpods ive seen are always gunked up with earwax which is the cause of the volume decrease in my experience. The AirPods pro's I've had (Both gen 1 and gen 2) were great and long lasting products, they have filters over the eartips so its harder for wax to become an issue too. If that's too much or you want to try another brand, I've moved to OnePlus Buds 3 and Pro 3 and they have been excellent for much less money too

I got the OnePlus Buds 3 this summer, and it was amazing, until it became faulty in 2 weeks, then I returned it and got a replacement, which was now working for a month before having the same exact problem as my previous one. The sound cut off for seconds before coming back, but the sound that played after it, was the sound it was supposed to play when it cut off, then it just went back to usual. Also both pairs' left earbud controls stopped working shortly after it started doing the sound cut off. I might've just been unlucky, but I won't be buying OnePlus buds anytime soon.

I currently have OnePlus Buds 3, and they're great. I'm considering upgrading for the voice control feature. Can I control my phone with voice commands, like adjusting volume, changing tracks, or making calls while riding? With my helmet on, it's hard to manage volume or calls, so I have to stop to use my phone. Is it worth it?

Of course cheaper earbuds can be better than expensive ones. They can be better as an all-rounder but most won't be better sound wise. I'll put my Oneplus Buds 3 against almost any expensive earbud because they're hard to beat as an all-rounder. Right now the best earbuds at $150 are the Oneplus Buds Pro 3 and the Nothing ear (2024).

It may not be better compared to all those. But these are the best value you could get in your budget range. I'd say it competes with OnePlus buds 3. But in terms of sound quality OnePlus buds 3 stands out slightly. That doesn't mean earfun is bad, it's also good. Earfun app has 10 bands Equalizer from which you can configure your desired sound output. You can also do the same with OnePlus. At this point you can understand that any decent sounding speakers can be enhanced by adjusting the Equalizer according to your music taste. Lately I've lost trust in the OnePlus service bcuz of the customers complaints like battery issues and left/right speakers stopped working due to the new releases. They forcing us to upgrade to the new devices by deliberately sending malicious firmware updates to the old devices which will cause over drainage of battery or speaker issues. For the money we spent, earbuds should last atleast 2.5 -3 years. So i would also advise you to have your own research and pick earbuds wisely which lasts long, along with great customer service. I'd rank them in this way 1 - OnePlus buds 3/ Earfun air Pro 4 (it's a tie)- both are budget friendly 2 - Nothing Ear a 3 - Apple airpods 2nd gen - not budget friendly imo and earbuds under $100 can beat them in sound quality. Beats studio buds - I don't know about these Go for airpods if you can afford. Take it only if you have apple device.

The earfun air 4 pro in my testing are the best all rounder when it comes to ANC performance, battery life and multipoint. They have decently Harman curve sound tuning which appeals more to the average listener. Imo they could have better sound imaging and depth in the soundstage. EQ will definitely bring out the sound more. In my testing when it comes to battery life, I get a solid 7 hours with ANC on and LDAC enabled. ANC is very good at eliminating the low frequencies and decent at mids but highs aren't blocked out (which is to be expected). Multipoint also works great, no issues whatsoever when switching devices. Build quality is okay, it can still take hits without breaking (hard plastic but feels flimsy imo) The OnePlus are also solid. Battery life is probably the best I've tried when it comes to stem style, (tested with LHDC v4 not v5 so not sure how much battery life will take a hit) I get around 9 hours without ANC and 8 to 8 and a half hours with ANC. ANC is great at blocking out low frequencies and some mid frequencies but seem to let in high frequencies easily. Sound quality is bassy out of the box but using custom EQ helps a lot with making then sound more balanced. And again, just like the Earfun, these lack imaging but these have better instrumental seperation. Multipoint works great and build quality is decent (sturdy soft to the touch hard plastic) The Roseselsa are also very good and the best I've tried when it comes to sound quality under 100. Great height and depth to music (instruments and vocals), amazing treble reproduction, superb imaging (mild v shape tuning so it also fits the likes of most people as well). Battery life is nothing special, in my testing I get 6 and a half hours with ANC and LDAC on. ANC is decent at blocking out the low frequencies and decent at blocking out mid frequencies but I find these to block out high frequencies better than the others. Unlike the other two, these i5 let the high frequencies through the mics but doesn't amplify them unlike the other two (it's strange but they could be fixed with firmware). Multipoint works great and build quality is superb, they have an aluminum case which feels premium to the touch. Out of the three, the earfun air 4 pro are the most future proof because they have auracast and LE audio. They also support LDAC and Aptx (two hi res codecs) Also I have written a review on the Roseselsa Earfree I5 on my page and the OnePlus buds 3 (don't check out the OnePlus buds 3 review because it's outdated and I've basically changed a lot of my thoughts about them after using them for quite a while. I also need to update the review before which I'm working on). Unfortunately I didn't have time to write the earfun air pro 4 review so what I've written here is basically my mini review of them.

Imo the Roseselsa Earfree I5 are the best sounding tws under 100 when it comes to accurate/precise imaging, great airy soundstage, amazing depth and instrument perception. Bass is also on the balanced side (although it's a slight v shape tuning, it still remains decently balanced through all frequencies). (4 EQ presets) I get about 6-9 hours depending on if I'm using LDAC or LDAC with ANC. I have a review on my page if you want to check it out. Another solid option are the Soundpeats capsule 3 Pro plus, they have the widest soundstage I've tested in this price and they have a custom EQ so bass can be tuned down. ANC imo is better at cancelling low frequencies on this pair but battery life takes a hit at 5 hours with ANC and LDAC. (I also have a review on my page for these ones as well) (Also I've tested these against the soundcore liberty 4 nc/pro, realme air 6 pro, OnePlus buds 3, earfun air 4 pro, nothing ear a, etc and these two tws come out to be the most accurate sounding out of the bunch.)

It would still be the Roseselsa. But I would also recommend the OnePlus buds 3, they do have slightly worse audio quality, but the battery life is superb at 9 hours with ANC and LHDC on(although I'm not sure what phone you have so idk if LHDC is supported on your device). ANC is decent as well maybe on par with the Roseselsa. Another solid option that at similar to the OnePlus with better ANC are the Earfun air 4 pro.

The OnePlus buds 3 have swipe gesture controls but the soundcore liberty 4 pro have pinch/squeeze controls. So they might be the best options. Sound quality wise on the liberty 4 pro are more of a bassy tuning but nonetheless still decent since they also have custom eq. ANC is a standout and battery life is also decent. (Case quality does feel a little cheap) Edit: I'm glad I can help 👍

Ok so I've had these for about a week now and here's my full honest review for anyone looking to buy. I upgraded from the oneplus buds 3 so I will be also doing a comparison. Sound quality is excellent, very clear trebles and punchy bass. With the hey melody app you get an in ear sound test which then creates the best EQ for your hearing, then using the 3D sound tech it bumps up the richness in sound by a substantial amount. Compared to the oneplus buds 3 it's very difficult to tell the difference however but this could be because my phone only allows AAC codec and I'm streaming spotify (320kbps) so the quality is lower than what they are built to handle. If you are a true audiophile then using FLAC with the oneplus buds LHDC 5.0 codec will show their true potential. Active noise cancelling is really impressive, I can have a fan blowing next to me at full power and I barely notice it. Train sounds are drastically reduced, however sometimes on the london tube the screeching can pierce through. I'd say it is a 30% increase in noise cancelling than the buds 3. Transparancy mode is still there and even has an adaptive mode which I've tested a couple of times and it seems to work well. However I'd probably use the transparancy mode over it if you really just have to eavesdrop on strangers conversations. Battery life, now this is the only place I think they fall short. Still provides an impressive 18 hours total with the charging case with ANC on (over 3 days use for me when testing, but should easily last a week in between charges). This however does fall short of what is advertised at 24 hours with ANC on. The earbuds themselves last a good 6 hours with ANC on also which stands true with what they advertise. Again this is relatively the same with the buds 3 although the buds 3 seem to last a bit longer with the charging case. Design and fit is very good. Feels more premium than the buds 3 and the flattened sides of the earbuds make it much easier to adjust volume and use the touch controls. The case is nice and weighty but the buds themselves are the lightest buds I've ever had. Not sure if its necessarily a bad thing as they keep in place with my ears however if you're a runner this may make them easier to slip out but on the otherhand I've dropped them once and as they're so light they likely won't damage easily. Voice calling is great, had a conversation in the wind and my brother said it was extremely clear. Very quick to charge, full charge takes an hour and a half. 10 minute charge to get you 3/4 hours use. No wireless charge however if you're into that. Overall 9/10 buds. Great value for money.

For sure I def probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference lol. 35 year old ears man ha. Yeah that makes sense as most phones only really support LDAC, one plus are pushing their own codec to drive sales. It's all kinda over the top though really I don't think most people realise that AAC is all you really need especially seeing as spotify maxes their quality at 320kbps which AAC can handle already.

It's still pretty good ANC in most cases, the 4 just upped the tech a bit and the decibel loudness it can cancel. It's still not probably as good as sony xm5s...but I still rate the oneplus buds 3 a solid 8/10 though they sound amazing.

I have used the Oneplus Buds 3 since February of 2024. Sound and fit are great. I had to send them in for repair/replacement because the mic on the right bud failed. I also just ordered the Earfun Air Pro 4. I should be receiving both of them today in the mail. So I’ll comment again in a few days or week on how they compare to each other. I think my expectations for the Earfuns are high as the Oneplus Buds 3 are my favorite buds of all time. I’ve normally steered away from stem style earbuds prior to them. I also have the Space A40s and fitment and sound quality isn’t as good as the OP. Oneplus Buds 3: Sound quality- 9 Fit-8 Soundcore Space A40: Sound quality-6 Fit-7 I know these two things are subjective. But the sound quality difference is definitely the most noticeable between the OP and A40. But I’ll update you on the EarFuns when I get them.

Just got the EarFun Air Pro 4. First impression is they fit perfectly in my ear. Better than the OPB3. The OPB3 have an oval shaped tip whereas the EarFuns are round. Still trying to dial in the perfect sound using the EQ. I’ll withhold any judgements on the sound quality, anc, and transparency mode until I have had a few days with them.

The VR P10’s are awesome for connecting directly to devices using the dongle. Best low latency you can find apart from a cable. I also have the A40s but most of this year I’ve been on the Oneplus Buds 3. Much better sound imo. But the mic recently took a crap on one of them so I sent them back to Oneplus for them to look them over. They are going to replace them for free once they examine them. I may end up going back to my Space A40s though because the VRP10s connected to my iPhone via Bluetooth, the sound quality is lacking. And they lack some of the features of the A40s. But I will still use the VR P10s for connecting to my tablet using the dongle. I bought them specifically for gaming and the low latency. Not necessarily for the features and sound quality.

The OP Buds 3 are my go to. Except for when I’m playing games on my Lenovo tablet. The latency isn’t great using them together. I think the issue is my tablet. But the latency is better when I use my Soundcore Space A40s with it for some reason.

My vote is Soundcore. Best sound, battery, and ANC under $100 hands down. The only things that hold it back really are bad call quality and their multipoint connection is pretty bad. OnePlus Buds 3 might be an overall more polished experience. Sound, battery, and ANC aren't as good, but all other features like control and app are better. I dropped them from the 2nd floor of a motel by accident once and the buds and case survived.

I've got the one plus buds 3 and the earfuns. Honestly I prefer the one plus. One plus have better sound quality and they are more comfortable and the app is nicer and smoother. Cons are a looser fit and Anc is somewhat weak. While earfuns have slightly better Anc and come with 5 pairs of tips so they fit a little bit deeper and safer. Battery life is great in both. Around 30 hours or so. Cons: they hurt after some time, app is glitchy and intrusive, sound quality was not impressive for me, despite the deeper insertion they still get out of my ears a lot.

Hellooo! I hope this is the right place to ask! I recently lost my charging case for my oneplus buds 3 - which means im using a discontinued sennheiser headset while riding to and from work. I cannot wear a helmet with these, so im looking to buy a new set in-ear headphones. Now the issue is - using versus.com as a form of review of the headphones i look at, its hard to find any with as good sound quality as the oneplus buds 3, ALTHOUGH i don't want those again, since they kept loosening during my rides and the wind was very prevalent. The sennheiser headset has earcovering, so i dont get the annoyance of the wind, but the sound quality should be worse (remember its a very cheap and discontinued pair) What would you guys recommend? I want: -Incredible sound -high volume (idc that imma go deaf, i want to feel the vibrations to my core( -preferably wireless (doesnt need to be "true wireless") -they stay on while riding

I include sound and ANC samples in all my reviews, recorded using a binaural microphone setup, so you can actually hear the difference for yourself rather than taking people's word for it. The seal makes a huge difference when it comes to noise reduction so one person's findings might be different to someone else's purely down to the fit. Here's my review of [Earfun Air Pro 4 ](https://youtu.be/2dSnlgElEaw), the OnePlus Buds 3 and Soundcore Liberty 4 NC are compared [here](https://youtu.be/nA8SzBswW5w), and if you scroll through my page you'll find the Soundpeats option mentioned as well. IMO - there's no outstanding candidate - all have their pros and cons. For me, the likes of Redmi Buds 6 Pro, Realme Buds Air 6 Pro and OnePlus Buds 3, whilst not outstanding at anything, have a good blend of sound, call performance, ANC, transparency and price. The L4 NC has the strongest ANC but struggles on calls and the sound is too bloated for my liking. The Earfun are good other than on calls, where your voice muffles quite a bit depending on the scene.

First, I would say after owning several, that what is your favorite doesn't have to be the "best". But since you ask, I would give the best to the Technics AZ80. They are incredibly well rounded and do pretty much everything well. The only negative I can say is, mine had to be replaced because the case stopped charging. I actually had the AZ60M2, and Technics upgraded me to the Az80 as a replacement. There's not a huge difference between the two, but the AZ80s have the slight edge The ones I use most often are the Earfun Air Pro 4. These have been a major surprise. I like them because of how comfortable they are. I also really liked the Oneplus Buds 3, but the Air Pro 4 edged them out on sheer comfort. If you don't want to spend AZ80 money, then the Oneplus Buds 3 or Earfun Air Pro 4 is absolutely where I'd stay and I'd be very happy.

Airpods, Beats, Jabra, Sennheiser, Samsung, etc. The Earfun and CMF take the cake for me. The Oneplus Buds 3 were great too but they hurt my ears after a while.

I have at home right now: Airpods because I sold my iPhone. Oneplus buds 3 Pro because I bought Oneplus 12. Today I bought Samsung Buds 3 Pro because I bought S24U yesterday. I will sell the Airpods because I don't own anything after 15+ years from Apple and feel right now that there will be nothing more from them. Oneplus 12 I read a lot about on Reddit and YT and it would be a mobile that was the best of all on the market (that's the impression I got) but in my opinion the reality is something else. I sold fairly new Oneplus 12 after 5 days and Oneplus Buds because they felt cheap and sounded bad. I have to say that the Oneplus Buds sounded much better with the S24U but still sold them because the sound I was not happy with. Today I tested and bought the Samsung Buds 3 Pro because they sound great together with the S24U. I have some much more expensive in-ear both closed and open back headphones here at home and can compare a bit, but the Samsung Buds feel solid and sound quite nice.

Second the OnePlus BP3 and you get better ANC and Transparency with them. Here's Picky Audio's rating of the two. Personally I think the BP3 is an 8.5 in SQ. I haven't heard or used the Nothing Ears. but i've used the CMF Plus 3 and it's pretty good, but not as good as the BP3 Here's Picky Audio's scoring, I personally disagree that the 4's sound as good as the 3's and the ANC on the 3's is better than the 4's for me. it's strong but tuned differently. Hope this helps.   || || ||Nothing Ear|CMF 2 Plus|1+ Buds Pro 3|1+ Buds 4| |Comfort|9|9|9|9| |Security|8|8|8|8| |Case/Battery|8.5|8.5|8|8| |Controls|8|8.5|9|9| |BT/Connectivity|8.5|9.5|8.5|9.5| |Call Quality|8.5|8.5|8.5|8.5| |App/Extras|8|9|8|9| |Noise Cancelling|8|9|8.5|10| |Transparency|7.5|8|9.5|8.5| |Sound Quality|8|8.5|8|9.5|
