Sorry but I think you are misunderstanding what OP means by working with their consoles. It's not just audio we're talking about here, it's the ability to have audio AND chat working at the same time while in-game. This is NOT a feature that none gaming earbuds will have. The only other earbuds I know of that can do this are the Razer Hammerhead Hyperspeed Xbox and/or PS5 edition. Otherwise, you can of course get a wireless headset... But then you would have to deal with the discomfort of having a heavy headset on your head. These types of earbuds are for a very particular crowd.

I have a few gaming earbuds. Reason is I need ANC while gaming and want consistently low latency, which means they need to feature a 2.4Ghz connection (which is usually via dongle). I had the Razer Hammerhead Hyperspeed, JBL Quantum, Sony Inzone and now the Cetra Speednova. The Cetra win hands down as they combine good ANC, decent sound (you can eq them as well) and decent battery life. The weaknesses of the others are: JBL Quantum: Terrible battery life (like 2 hours with ANC on), don't fit my ear well. Razer Hammerhead Hyperspeed: Decent tbh, but they have weaker ANC and when the case is connected to my PC to charge it causes weird issues sometimes. Sony Inzone: Slightly weaker ANC, don't fit my ears well and have the worst constant white noise ever. Without ANC they already have a really high noise floor and with ANC on there is another layer of white noise. They are unusable to me for that reason even though they seem to be the best in all other regards especially with their incredible battery life. That leaves the Cetra, which fit my ears really well and have good anc. The battery life is not as good as the Sony ones but still decent. In general: Don't buy gaming earbuds unless you want to game with them. For gaming though the Cetra are the best in my book so far. I am thinking about giving the Razer Hammerhead Hyperspeed Pro (they have much worse battery life as well though) a shot though.
I've been using both the song WF-1000 XM5 and the Razer hammerhead pro hyper speed over the past year so here's my two cents: For work calls the sony buds are hard to beat. The noise cancelling is amazing, and people on zoom meet always hear me clearly. They're super comfortable for long calls too. The only downside is gaming the audio lag is noticeable if you play anything competitive. Fine for casual stuff though. Razer hammerhead are opposite. They don't block as much background noise, but the low latency mode actually works. I can play shooter's without that wired audio delay and the mic is decent enough for dicords and meetings.
Razer Hammerhead Pro hyperspeed for wireless and Moondrop x Crinacle dusk for wired.
I did that. Sony Inzone have static/ white noise issues and JBL Quantum TWS sounds terrible. Razer Hammerhead or the ROG Cetra are much better than the ones from "reputable audio/gear manufacturer" ive listed.
Holy moly this is a sick feature and looks like this is exactly what I'm looking for. THANK YOU for this! I think I found my next set of earbuds. I currently have sony inzone's but I'm having the charging issue one of the ear buds. Recently purchased a set of Razer hammerheads and they're pretty awful IMO so they are getting returned. How has the battery life been on the JBL's?
