No it's has exact same battery, slight better latency while gaming. And battery and tunning is exact same. Same size, t310 and n1 both fits in each other's boxes, they are exact same shape and looking

I've used both and can say Realme T310 have better ANC and transparancy mode along with few extra features which can be accessed via app. On the other hand, OP3 has better fit and they felt lighter, also the app is way better and unlike realme app wouldn't give you ton of ads.
T310 felt bulky, kept coming out of my ear and if you wear it with a cap or helmet you're doomed. OP3 are more expensive and the sound does not justify the extra money paid for it.
Honestly it would go for OP for their better fit and comfort (highly subjective thing). For the best sound quality I'd honestly suggest you to go with IEM's but incase you want TWS only then from sound perspective I'll suggest T310.
Can vouch for T310 or any realme TWS, I've used about 3 realme TWS ones. Never had an issue. My dog chewed the box, buds everything of realme air 6 it still worked flawlessly. And they even sell single earbuds if you ever lost one.
