Not at all. I eventually had the original wireless buds with my S10 and I used them daily for 2+ years without a problem, only reason I changed was the Active Noise Cancelling and I obviously got them free with my phone. Since then I gave them to my sister and she uses them everyday and says they still work like they did when I gave them to her. That was from 2019.

I've in the last few weeks jumped from the original buds (never an issue) to the new buds 4 pro. Purely because I had enough Samsung points it was a brainer. Original buds were a perfect fit, great sound sealing and never ever fell out. Buds 4 pro, none of the sizes fit well, constantly fall out, never feel like they sit well in the ears. Anyone else had such a stark contrast? I've got a set of sonic foam tips to try, better but not as good as the originals

Didn't know was possible. I've had galaxy buds 1. Pro 2 and pro 3 and they already broke within 1st year... friend of mine has had same air pods pro 2 for last 2 years orso so was thinking of getting them

Meanwhile my gen 1 galaxy buds are still going strong. I just ordered some buds2 pro. Honestly just needed something that “works”.

I have a few sets of over ear cans that cost a few bucks, as for buds I’ve only ever had the og galaxy buds (terrible) and AirPod pro 2/3 (good enough for my limited use case). If I used them everyday I’d look into something higher end.

First-generation Galaxy Buds. Sufficient for what I need it for - and I have a lot of possible tech purchases on the horizon - that's why I won't be upgrading them any time soon. Maybe the 5 or 6 when they come out.

Had mine for six years lol I'm in the US lol, but 150$ isn't really best spent on a pair of buds for me. I'd rather use that to upgrade storage when I replace my phone or tablet, for example. Plus, these buds work like they did on Day 1, and I don't really use them too much since I have headphones that do the job.

Understandable that you aren't keen on purchasing. Your 3 Pro was only bought recently and that should do the trick for the next few years - not worth blowing another 300$ on the 4 Pro right now. I'm still on my OG first-gen Galaxy Buds and they work fine for what I do with them occasionally.
