Ich habe auch enge Gehörgänge. Guck Dir Mal die Galaxy buds live an, sind schon etwas älter, damit aber auch sehr günstig. Kommen nicht in den Gehörgang sondern liegen in der Muschel davor. Ich war auch erst skeptisch, aber die halten bei mir am besten und drücken nicht.
I have a similar issue. The buds live on the other hand are a perfect fit, can do high intensity works outs with them with no issues. I've not messed with the additional buds, just persevered.
I've used a couple different ones and my favorite are actually the old galaxy Live buds, the magic beans.the others I've used are the Sony link buds and the Bose open ultra, the Bose felt really weird and it felt like I was listening to loud music coming from a separate room, the link buds sounded bad, the live buds are good enough for me to sleep in
