I just picked up a pair of Sony WF-1000XM5's, and I’m really impressed so far. The ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) hits the perfect balance for me—it blocks out enough noise without feeling too overwhelming—and the audio quality is solid. The fit is excellent, like they were custom-made for my ears. They’re super lightweight, comfortable for all-day wear at work, and they stay in place even when I’m moving around. Plus, they’re really easy to clean, which is always a bonus. The call quality is also fantastic, with way better background noise reduction than my previous earbuds. Before these, I was using the Sennheiser CX True Wireless SE. While the ANC on those wasn’t as effective, the ambient noise mode was definitely better in comparison. I’d even argue that the audio quality was slightly better on the Sennheisers, especially in terms of clarity, despite the lack of bass and the absence of an EQ like Sony's. However, they didn’t fit nearly as well—the weight of the earbuds made them fall out of my ears pretty often, which was frustrating. The call quality also wasn’t great, and they struggled with background noise during calls. On top of that, I had to go through two pairs of them due to random issues—they both died on me within months, even under warranty. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge fan of Sennheiser—I’ve been rocking a pair of Sennheiser HD 600's as my main headphones for a while, and they’ve been incredibly reliable with amazing sound quality. But when it comes to earbuds, I don’t think Sennheiser shines as much. Fingers crossed the Sony's hold up better because so far, they seem like a worthy upgrade.

I have had Ear a's for a few months replacing my Sennheisers CX True Wireless Buds after a bad experience with them (left bud suddenly died / ticking sound after 3 or so years). The battery life of the Nothing buds themselves is poor compared to the Senns. The left earbud charges only up to 85% and will drain down to 15% with just 2 hour use. I've already ran out of battery several times for the left bud and had to put them back in the case to recharge each time which is a bummer. I've searched online and found this was a common problem with the left earbud. I've never had this problem with the Senns, listening for extended periods without having to put them back in the case. Nothing's sound quality is good though. Would I get my next buds from Nothing? No. Senns? No. Meanwhile, I have my wired Audio Technicas for 11 years now. They're a bit dilapidated but they still work and sound great. I guess I can't expect the same longevity from any wireless buds. Let me know if there are buds that have lasted you guys in the long haul. 3 years to me, like I had with my CX True Wireless, is too short for me.

I've had my CX true wireless buds for almost a year now and I only have 1 problem with them. I cannot use them separately because if I separate them, they count themselves as 2 separate pairs of single buds and won't reconnect with each other when I want to use both. So, when I walk outside, I have to pull both out, leave on in my bag and use one so I won't be walking deaf. Other than that, I have no problem with them. I also have momentum 4 wireless the headphone version, before that I had the 4.50 btnc, and again, only one annoyance I have with them is the anc sometimes makes the headphone turn off and sometimes it just turns itself off. Other than that, no problems. You're just incredibly unlucky which is horrible and I wish that your luck will soon turn around!

I bought some Sennheiser CX true earbuds when they were on a really good sale. Originally they were for work use, but I have been using them for my runs over the past year and they are great. I sweat like a beast too and so far so good.

So I'm a headphone user most of the time. I have the DT880 Pro and HD560s paired with a Topping DX3 Pro+ and I'll buy some other headphones later on. The thing is that sometimes for walking or for going to the gym I like using wireless earbuds, and I had until recently the Sennheiser CX True Wireless, that did their job well and IMO had better sound quality that other earbuds around that price, but I lost them last week unfortunately. So now that I need to buy new earbuds, I wanted to know what good options are there out there. I prefer a neutral sound signature and my budget is about 80 dollars at most. I'm located in Colombia, but I can order from basically anywhere. Posted in r/headphoneadvice but recieved no answers. Thanks in advace for the help.

I had the CX True Wireless before... they where amazing sounding! They impressed even more than the Momentum TW 3 out of the box!  If they were multipoint and smaller they would be perfect. In house I also have HD250BT and HD25 Light...

TECHNICS AZ-100. It's amazing. I was using Sennheiser CX True Wireless previously and Technics is so much better

I too have CX true wireless and don't have this issue. Only once (3 weeks ago) the left earbud disconnected to the right earbud but I got it fixed easily and never happened again, and I have had them since May. I use them consistently separated because I use them mainly when I sleep

I find them pretty comfortable, actually. Personally, I prefer them to the Sennheiser ones. They don't disappear in your ear quite like Airpods or Pixel Buds, so there's a slight pressure feeling at first. But with the Sennheiser TW, I actually had earaches, so these are way better for me." Edit: i Hope i understood your question correctly, my English isn't that good

Sennheiser True Wireless Buds and QCY Ailybuds Pro+.. I prefer the Qcys because they are semi inear which fits better to ne and the nc is working nice for that budget earbud. Also the Call quality is better than sennheisers in my opinion ✌🏼
