"They've been much, much better and I dual connect with my Pixel 8 and a MacBook Pro."

"didn't have any issues until the TW4, when people started complaining that they couldn't hear me. Apparently, was having some mic issues. Then, they would disconnect in the middle of a call."

"The sound is just next-level, really clear, detailed, and balanced. ... You can actually hear the layers in your music, which is what I was looking for."

"Sound: Sennheiser's Momentum lineup, Denon Perl Pros, Technics AZ80/AZ100, and B&W Pi8, in that order (taking into account Sound Personalization and AAT are being used)."

"Unless you're already using it, you should definitely try the Sound Personalization setting. It brings these buds to life like nothing I've tried before. ... I usually always stay away from anything that isn't the customizable EQ, but just for the Sennheiser Momentum 3/4, it's a completely different ballgame. ... I keep mine set around 5 o'clock and about 1/8th of an inch away from the edge. ... I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed. ... I almost didn't bother because with every other set of earbuds I've tried these settings with, it's always been more of a gimmick, but with the Sennheiser, it was truly a night-and-day difference."

"They’re perfect for workouts—super secure fit, IPX4 sweat resistance ... stay put during sprints ... buds that survive rain/sweat?"

"I've found Sennheiser Momentum true wireless very comfortable. ... I find the fit the best and I use them for hours for music and work. ... For these. You find the tip that has a secure fit and then rotate the whole bud back into the ear."

"They fit well, feel premium"

"They last about 6.5 hours straight at 70% volume."

"Case is a little thicker, but battery life compensates."

"ANC that drowns out traffic noise like a champ. ... their ANC competes with Sony’s."

"Best noise cancelling for my use case"

"Same."

I loved the 3, but I had one die on me outside of warranty. Do the 4s have a similar issue or have they fixed that? I would love to get the 4, because of how freaking amazing the mtw3 was. Best noise cancelling for my use case

sennheiser tws 3 worked great for 6 months. Then one side stopped charging. Apparently known issue with internal battery. needs a boost which means opening up the ear piece. Tutorial videos on yt. messed up anyway and couldnt get it working. shame for a premium brand. wont touch them again for tws.

r/EarbudsWhat’s everyone’s daily driver true wireless earbuds
9 months ago

Daily-driver buds are all about convenience: something you can throw in a pocket, pop in for calls, gym sessions, or a grocery run, and forget they’re there until you need them. Below are a few models suggestion from my end that tend to rise to the top of tech-forum polls: **1.** **Apple AirPods Pro (2nd Gen)** • Seamless iOS integration, reliable ANC/transparency, and the tiny case make them a no-brainer for iPhone users. • Mic performance is consistently strong for FaceTime or work calls. **2.** **Sony WF-1000XM5** • Class-leading active noise cancellation, customizable EQ, and multipoint Bluetooth. • If you commute on loud trains or value audiophile-grade tuning, these are tough to beat. **3.** **Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro** • Automatic device switching within the Samsung ecosystem, 24-bit audio with supported Galaxy phones, and comfy oval design. • Very pocket-friendly case compared with other premium ANC buds. **4.** **Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds** • The best passive fit + ANC combo on the market; they turn coffee shops into libraries. • Bose’s “Immersive Audio” spatial mode can add a bit of fun for Netflix on the couch. **5.** **Jabra Elite 8 Active** • Rugged IP68 rating and strong ear-lock fit make them ideal gym or outdoor companions. • Jabra’s multi-point lets you jump from laptop to phone without menu diving. **6.** **Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3** • Spacious, hi-fi soundstage and aptX Adaptive codec for Android users. • Case is a little thicker, but battery life compensates. **7.** **Cleer ARC II (open-ear)** • For anyone who dislikes having tips jammed in their ear canal all day, Cleer’s ARC series uses an open-ear “air-conduction” design. You hear your surroundings naturally while still getting surprisingly full mids and highs for music or podcasts. Perfect if you bounce between office chats, street traffic, and quick playlists without wanting total isolation. **Quick decision filter** • iPhone heavy user → AirPods Pro (ease of use) • Loud commute / flights → Sony WF-1000XM5 or Bose QC Ultra • Android hi-res listener → Sennheiser MTW3 • Rugged workouts → Jabra Elite 8 Active • Need situational awareness → Cleer ARC II

r/BuyFromEUAirPods died, replaced them with Sennheiser

All Senheiser products come with a 2 year guarantee, register it online and it becomes a 3 year guarantee. My Momentum 2s came out if my pocket while cycling, bounced down the road about 20 metres before I had to fish the earphones out of a puddle. Surprisingly, one still worked perfectly. I sent them in to get repaired and they sent me an email saying they couldn't fix them so they'll send me a new pair of Momentum 3 Pros. Fantastic products and customer service.

Oh man, it’s been a hot minute since I owned those, but I didn’t like them much. I found the tuning pretty wonky and the housing was huge and uncomfortable. Bad ANC too. I’d take the AKGs over them any day.

Lmao yeah they’re pretty shit. I think the only thing I remember liking was the neat fabric case, just because it was unusual. You’ll be well-served with this upgrade.

Maybe because of their garbage quality. Momentum 3 & 4 have a known issue with the batteries dying suddenly. Got my momentum 3 replaced two times within two years. The third pair died a few weeks after the 2 year warranty ended. Could have gotten then replaced if I fought for it, but couldn't be bothered anymore. Shame because they were otherwise great!

r/EarbudsWhat are the Top 5 earbuds for Sound quality?

Same loved my AZ80s till one bud died, I would buy again and hopefully I will with the right price. Oddly my SENN MTW3 had a dead bud too. The new ones mtw4 and az100 have been awesome.

Hard agree and the m3s sound pretty good too. Technics are trash, from personal experience.

r/EarbudsTomorrow I'm buying one of these. Which one should I choose?

I had Seinheiser Momentum 3 and was very buggy with connection problems, so I afraid to buy them again, maybe they fixed these problems in 4 gen, but need to ask users who are using these, Right now I have QuietComfort Earbuds II and these working amazing, never had any issues with these. I also had previous series in the past and they all were perfect to me. Bose design is very good for doing sports and ANC is in highest class in the market. Would be interesting to test Technics AZ100 in terms of sound quality, but I think these not gonna stay well fit in ear during sport activities. So my suggestion go for Bose or Technics AZ100.
