The Shure Foam Sleeves are pretty good at pnc in my opinion! I use the Aonic 215 and I love them(they're kinda ugly tho)

Check out the Shure aonic gen 2’s which I should have done instead I have a set of beats fit pro that I use now. Not completely happy with them as no matter what setting they’re on you get wind noise. I had the aonic 215’s and they were great but they were wired and I haven’t bothered to find an adapter to plug them into my new phone yet.

I have a motor tic so I constantly shake my head; earbuds and IEMs that stay put are my holy grail. So far using the Shure wireless set was the best staying with their band but they aren't as comfy, and their bluetooth module is god awful with its latency. I'm still waiting on my custom tips for my Stax. You can get custom fit tips for just about any IEM from a company like ADV Sound; they use an Ear impression taken by any audiologist. Supposedly they can use a 3d scan of your ear too. Not the cheapest thing, but you can get the tips for just about any IEM or earbud out there. They even make them for my Stax earbuds which I think it's the only real 3rd party thing I've ever seen for them; I expect those next week and would be happy to give a report back on comfort and staying power.

I bought the bluetooth 215 kit after trying a friends set, and replaced the IEMs attached with 535s. [https://www.shure.com/en-US/products/earphones/aonic215?variant=SE21DYBL%252BTW2](https://www.shure.com/en-US/products/earphones/aonic215?variant=SE21DYBL%252BTW2) The bluetooth kit basically has the same connectors that the wired IEMs use so I was just able to swap them in and out, but it had band around the ear which is what matted. I'm not sure which set the tips I ultimately put on them came from, I kinda hodge-podged the best combination I could get to work out of all my supplies Having been moving to electrostatics I finally but the bullet and did the ear impressions, and got myself a set of custom molded concert earplugs from the audiologist as well whilst I was at it since they had a variety of attenuation ratings.

I need something that provides a decent seal to keep out noise from airplanes overhead or whatever else. I'm currently happy with the Shure AONIC 215 Gen 2 wireless earphones, with Final Audio Silicone Type E earphone tips from AliExpress (they fit my ears better than the stock ones).

Shure se215. They are detachable and can be connected to a normal wire with headphones jack for times you would have use of that, but can also be attached to a Bluetooth controller (rmce-bt2) with buttons on it.

Look into the Shure Aonic 215’s. Had mine for a few years now and love them for mowing the lawn.

I’m also super interested in trying Shokz for the safety factor! Right now for running I’m using the Shure Aonic 215s. They’re wireless in-ear earphones that have really good sound isolation on noise cancellation mode, but also offer a “transparency” mode like AirPods have. They don’t make any noise or move when I’m running. I had an issue with my AirPods making a squishing/rattling noise with every step that drove me crazy! That combined with the constant need to shove it back in the right place. The 215s stay put because they wrap over the top of your ear. They are pricier, but they’re really good sound quality!

Shure SE215 in-ear monitors with wireless modules. They been rated as hearing protection, and are good and durable.
