Soundpeats Free2 Classic. Provide good sound, at a decent price. The Skull Candy Dime 2s are completely indestructible though. Not as good battery life and slightly less quality but I have had them split in half before and get water all inside the electrical components. It still went on just fine. I keep them as my backup.
r/Earbuds • Which earbuds are you using or which do you believe is the best and why? ->I got the Dime 2s a month or so ago and they were so bad that I left them at work for one of my co workers to take home for themselves 😂
r/Skullcandy • I usually do pretty good getting cheap Skullcandy headphones for like $10 or under and sound amazing, this pair however had the sound quality of Dollar Tree $1 ear buds ->My broke ass has had these [skullcandy dimes](https://www.skullcandy.com/products/dime-2-true-wireless-earbuds?variant=42010448232505) for ears and the only complaint is maybe not hearing the surroundings when they're on.
r/trailrunning • Good running earbuds? ->I picked up some £20 Dime2’s from Amazon the other year. Pretty much the most budget Skull Candy ones I could get at the time. They have been perfect, Multiple years of use, good sound quality, fit in my ears perfectly compared to alternatives like Apple. The battery isn’t the longest. But 4 hour stints work for me and the case recharges the earbuds quite quickly. Everyone compliments on their looks and are equally shocked when I advise them of the price and the extra features it has. Don’t think you could go wrong with any option skull candy offer, Value for money +++++++
r/Skullcandy • earbud recommendations? ->I have some skullcandy dime buds that are decent. Dirt cheap, but they've lasted for like 3 years and only now starting to crap out. I'm looking for something to replace them now, but not because I want something different. I just want to make sure I'm getting the most bang for my buck with my next pair.
r/Earbuds • What are the best cheap wireless earbuds? ->indy anc and rail anc have been really great in my experience. only complaint with rail anc is in a phone call ive accidentally hung up by brushing against them and idk what press associates with hanging up, i no longer call with them anymore so i havent experienced it since. dimes are really good basic earbuds to have, only issues i had with them was sound bleeding to people around me
r/Skullcandy • Why are these genuinely the worst earbuds I’ve ever used ->The earbuds themselves sound great, they're comfortable enough. I really dislike the button controls, they're so sensitive that a slight breeze can pause your music. I have turned off all touch functions aside from volume -/+ and pause to help mitigate this. The case is a monstrosity and it is quite difficult to get the buds into the case reliably. I have been using my Skullcandy dime earbuds more often than my brand new method 360's.
r/Skullcandy • How are the 360 ANC earbuds?? ->1) Jlabs are always good for the price. The case is larger with that style, but they have both dust and water resistance and good battery life. They’re touch controls and in-ear. I’ve owned these before and they were decent, I just wasn’t a fan of the case size. [They make them in black too.](https://www.harveynorman.com.au/jlab-go-air-sport-true-wireless-earbuds-black.html) 2) I have these currently (as well as the previous Dime 2’s) and I absolutely love them. They sound better than buds twice the price, a super small case and to answer your question: I’d say it’s actually *more* secure than the others as it doesn’t have the usual magnetic closing lid, it snaps shut physically. Think like a case of breath mints or zyns. They have a surprisingly good “pass-through” transparency mode that’s unheard of in headphones in this price point. Throw in water resistance, good battery life, built in Tile functionality and a lanyard, and *physical buttons on each earpiece* (important if you prefer touch controls, but is preferred when working out to prevent accidental presses and could be better when you’re fishing). Obviously it’s my recommendation. :) 3) never heard of this brand before, but looking at the specs, they honestly suck for that price. They don’t have any features besides splash resistance and the battery life is significantly worse than the others. Especially since you had a pair before that broke, I’d avoid them for sure. 4) I’ve never owned Belkin headphones, but they’re a decent quality brand in general. They have decent features like water resistance, EQ and multipoint but that case is a chonker. Might not be as bad in person, idk. Best battery life of the list though, but only by an hour. The fast charge is nice. I think they’d be a solid pick. 5) literally everything from #4. Do note that they’re open-ear, not in-ear like all your other options. Good for being aware of your environment, but if you ever do want noise isolation you’re out of luck, unlike earbuds with transparency mode (like the Dime 3’s *wink wink*) where you can turn it on and off. Hope this helps! :)
r/Earbuds • Which earbuds should I buy? ->Sound quality is going to be about the same at this price point. Neither have true noise cancelling, just isolation. Ease of use will be the same, just learning how many presses does what, etc. The main differences will be: > Which do you need more, transparency mode or multipoint? > Do you prefer touch controls on the earbuds or physical buttons? Other than that, it’s really just aesthetics and which style do you prefer. :)
r/Earbuds • Which earbuds should I buy? ->I got the skullcandy dimes, definitely not super high quality but for the price 100% worth it
r/Earbuds • Under $100 wireless earbuds? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
