I have 3 pair of Skull Candy Indy Evos that all work great. They are currently under $25 on Amazon. They are cheap enough that I buy extras to keep all over. I charge the pair I use for dog walking /running once every few weeks. The pair I keep on the night stand and rarely use lasts months without a charge. I got my first pair in 2020, my second in 2022 and third in 2024. All of them act like they are brand new, aside from some slight wear on the rubber ear piece. Note: I also have a pair of Skull Candy Dime 3s that suck, so not all are made equally.
If you’re more of a bass head, skullcandy has some damn good options like the recently released Dime 3. ANC is not that great but itll get the job done.
I have the dime, 3. The charging is a nuisance. If the pins have any dust on them, they don't charge or they go into pairing mode and drain down to zero. You can't wear them to sleep with as soon as you roll over, the button gets pressed and pauses whatever you're listening to, and they aren't compatible with the app to configure them..
Those both are solid. I have the original JLab Go Air Pop. Solid bassy sound with good battery life. Dimes 3 should be good too. I know that Scabir the earbuds blogger liked both of these. He put the JLab Go Air Pop, Dimes 3, Soundcore P20i, Moondrop Space on his best buds for $29 or less. Dimes 2 only had 4 hours of battery life, but Dimes 3 has about 7.5. So, I would pay a bit extra for D3.
I did not know where you live, but there are a few decent items that I sometimes get at Best Buy. The Skullcandy Dimes 3 is pretty solid. The Soundp\*ats Clear is a good one as are the basic CMF Buds. CMF Buds are $30.00 on Amazon USA. Soundcore P20i or P30i are 20 and 29 on Amazon.
Skull candy dime 3’s, great sound and they’re the best I’ve had for staying in my ears while riding. Use them snowboarding and mountain biking all the time
Maybe Sony's C-510. The Sony app shows the charge for them, they have a good battery life, and according to a friend, the sound quality is very good for the price. Keep in mind that they do not have active noise canceling. Or maybe Skullcandy Dime 3's, I owned them for a few months last year and they are really good, very comfortable and sound surprisingly good, great battery life, multipoint. But they don't have an app, or ANC, however you do get to see when they charge because the charging indicator is visible on the outside until they finish charging. Check out some reviews from those, maybe they are what you are looking for. The pricing for both is not too steep, and they often go on sale. Hope this helps.
I've had two dime 3s and they both died within a week. So I threw them away and got air pro 4s. They are amazing
I have some skullcandy dime buds that are decent. Dirt cheap, but they've lasted for like 3 years and only now starting to crap out. I'm looking for something to replace them now, but not because I want something different. I just want to make sure I'm getting the most bang for my buck with my next pair.
