"when I first opened and used them it crushed my ear."

"The voice prompts are a couple decibles away from being actually painful. ... Hearing "Battey 80%, bluetooth connected" every time you put them in makes me want to throw them off a bridge, and the volume being almost unbearable makes these almost unusable."

"My biggest complaint is the voice prompt, which is super loud and sounds like the prompts from cheap generic China buds and earphones from 10 years ago. ... Got the update for the voice prompt, but its still bad, only marginally less so."

"The case... is an atrocity. ... The earbuds are hard to take out and they're hard to put in. ... The molds for the earbuds in the case are so shallow that it's difficult to know if they're oriented correctly and don't always magnetize into position. ... It's confusing because when you face the case vertically with the logo facing you the earbuds will be on opposite sides and inverted. ... The magnets holding the earbuds in are also fairly weak; I often have them drop out of the case when opening from the slightest touch."

"Only thing I hate about them is the huge case. ... I only wear 1 ear buds at a time for safety reasons at work. I do work some long double shifts sometimes and need to have the case on me for switching buds."

"I really don't like the case. ... I cannot get my buds to charge. ... I always struggle getting them into their case and they make a high pitched whining sound if you do not turn them off first. ... The left vs right side is not intuitive at all so I have to check the L and R markings each time to ensure I'm putting them into the right spot."

"I've been experiencing connection problems, particularly with the left earbud, which just disconnects out of nowhere and needs to be plugged into the case for around 10 seconds to reconnect, or just fails to connect outright."

Huge case and confusing finding which is left or right because of the design, sounds good though.

Good. Just buy em, no explanation or deep analysis. For the price they're good. Not "clear" audio but you wouldn't understand unless you switch between $300+ headphones and the $100 360.

The be quite frank they’re just not good at all they sort of feel like standard AirPod pros so nothing new at all. Also I’ve been having so such a hard time actually enjoying them because my earbuds will suddenly change from YouTube to Spotify or stop and start again whilst I’m listening to something. It also randomly turns anc mode off and on by itself. (Not sure if it be because there a little bit of movement in my ear like when I’m chewing or drinking water) IT JUST HAPPENED RIGHT NOW THEY TURNED OFF AND ON BY THEMSELVES 😭😭😭 these shit suck they turned off and on 5 times these shits are ass don’t get em total waste of money

I haven’t used the methods for long but from what I can tell so far, the sound is very good without having to change the eq. The rails are good as well but I think the methods has a better sound stage and is clearer. I’ve seen some reviews saying the mids and highs seem a little muddy to them but I haven’t seen that yet, if it indeed is that way. The rails can be more muddy sounding depending on what you set your eq to. I like bass in my music but I also like to hear the vocals. The methods are more comfortable to wear even on the first time putting them in. I’m not sure what tips and fins are on them right out of the box but they were a perfect fit instantly. I can’t speak on the battery life of the method yet but if they get the 9-11 hours with anc off, that’s perfect for a work day for me. The rails I think have a little more in the case than the method but both are good.

The rails are good as well but I will say the Method 360s sound better than my rails or grind tws. OP should definitely look into the methods.

I got to try them from a classmate last semester and honestly, the noise canceling is pretty decent, especially indoors. It's not the super block-everything kind like Sony or Bose, but it still helps a lot. The touch controls are really sensitive though, so they can accidentally activate when you're adjusting them. As for the sound quality, it’s alright not super bass-heavy, but clear enough for music and classes. I’d say they’re a good pick for the price if you’re not super picky

I like the feel, look, and pretty sure the quality of sound is great... However, I think the highs and some mids are lacking and getting muddy. It could be personal preference since I came from Beats Studio Plus Buds and maybe those lean into that more. I just want the vocals and treble to shine thru more! So I just need to fiddle with the EQ or wait for someone more skilled than me to post their EQ changes.

If you don't mind the case size, the skull candy method 360s are just rebranded qc ultras with a bulkier case and at a much cheaper price point. I paid $85 for mine, don't know how much they sell for on your side but probably will be about the same.

Ah I didn't realize they were that different since the buds look almost identical except for branding but I guess they had to cut some corners.

I think I figured out the case design. Whoever designed it thought it should be worn on a front belt loop. When you lift it up towards you still on your belt loop, it opens the right way.  That's the only way it's made sense to me.

Thoughts on the case? Mine arrived today and I am enjoying them. Sound quality is good. Really good fit for my ears. Just wish the case was much smaller. It really isn't suitable for a pocket.

My experience has been great. I’m coming from the Beats Fit Pro since the sound became harsh and the hear buds would hurt after 2 hours of use. I’m enjoying these a lot more. Tested for the correct tips and wings and the fit is great. No ear fatigue for me at all. My primary use was for the gym but have now been using at work on phone calls and Teams meetings. No complaints on the receiving end. Sound is great, bass is present, the equalizer within is nice. I mainly listening to HipHop and EDM music. ANC is good enough when taking calls or blocking out noise at the gym. At the price point only complaint for me could be the case but it’s rarely left in my pocket.

Compared to my Indy ANCs the Method 360s are phenomenal. The bass is much deeper. The controls, while limited, are very responsive. The battery life and fit is amazing. The latency is noticeable by a few milliseconds but still low enough to provide a great experience while gaming or watching movies. The Method 360s are well worth the price tag and offer quality sound and high end features at a low cost while still retaining the premium feel. However... The case... is an atrocity. The earbuds are hard to take out and they're hard to put in. The molds for the earbuds in the case are so shallow that it's difficult to know if they're oriented correctly and don't always magnetize into position. In addition to this, removing them from the case is a problem as well. It's confusing because when you face the case vertically with the logo facing you the earbuds will be on opposite sides and inverted. The magnets holding the earbuds in are also fairly weak; I often have them drop out of the case when opening from the slightest touch. Not to mention the case itself is kind of an eyesore. The lanyard and carabiner is annoying and intrusive when storing but I do see the use case. While the earbuds feel quality, the case feels cheap. The retention point when closed feels loose and like it's going to quickly give out from use over a short time. The plastic surrounding the case also feels thin and has flex. This could easily crack from a moderate drop. As a final nit pick, I wish all black earbud tips were included. I hate accent colors. Hopefully third parties will release some kind of silicone case protector to help with drops and scrapes. I'm waiting to see if anyone on the internet has attempted to remove the rubber lanyard by cutting it off as I think that'd make the case a lot more sleek.

Finally got mine yesterday, and I just wanted to say you've got everything summed up pretty well! Just one thing tho...the voice prompts in these are very loud and almost like a jumpscare every time I want to switch between hearing modes. Hopefully they issue a firmware update OTA to fix, or even an option to disable, the voice prompts.

this is the fourth pair of skullcandy earbuds i’ve owned and i’d have to say that they’re by far my favorite. the anc is excellent and the sound quality is above-average compared to their usual. the stay-aware mode could be better but i don’t really have the need for it often so it’s not too much of an issue. they fit very comfortable, the ear-fins are a plus but even without them they are still very comfy. the case is the only downgrade with these imo, it’s annoyingly and unnecessarily bulky, it doesn’t shut well and springs open occasionally (which makes the clip-on functionality too risky to actually use) and placing the earbuds into it can be very finicky. i think the rails offered the best design for a case and i wish these had one more in that vein. but overall i think these are definitely worth it. haven’t noticed any issues with the touch settings, i don’t think they’re anymore sensitive than the other ones i’ve had, in fact they do feel a bit less responsive than the rails although not to a detrimental degree

I highly recommend the skullcandy method 360 ANC. They are a carbon clone of the Bose Quietcomfort ultras in many ways except ANC strength and software app support (software more like Bose QC standards than ultras) they are on sale for an introduction price of $99 dollars and tbh they are 1000% worth it. They are also the NEWEST product you could buy that isn’t going to break your wallet while still feeling like you have premium sound since most of the technology skullcandy used for the method 360s is all Bose audio technology, even to the earbud ergonomics look EXACTLY the same as the Bose QCUs

Quick question. When I take my Methods out of the case, I put them in my ear and they say 100% but if I immediately go into the app they usually say 98 or 97 percent. Do yours do that?

Agreed. I’d never really considered Skullcandy to be an option in the past but when I saw the Bose collab I knew I was going to buy them 😃 is always fancied Bose but the price put me off, that and other things like lack of multipoint out of the box and connection issues. The price was too tempting so ordered them pretty much as soon as I saw them. Now to get some work done whilst listening to them 😁

I love them! They are fantastic for the price. My only complaint is that sometimes, one of the earbuds will not stay in the charging case. Other than that, they are fantastic and respond very well to EQ - both third party via Android and internally. If you have Dolby Atmos on your phone, it elevates them as well. Pro tip: definitely use Apple Music while using these.

I got mine yesterday and so far just from the fit in my ear alone I already like them better than my Pixel Buds Pro 2. The sound quality is also better. The only thing they lack is all the AI bells and whistles of the Pixel Buds like the auto mute when talking detection or being able to swipe up and down on the ear bud itself to increase or lower volume. Overall though I really like this just because they fit so much better and the sound is better. The app could use some work though. I do agree with the others that the voice audio prompts are jarringly loud.

I haven't had a good pair of buds since the Samsung Galaxy Live launched so these are amazing in every way. The bass is super clean and the clarity is way better than I was expecting (never tried a Bose product before) I haven't had the chance to put them to the workout test but these things do not move in the ear at all. This is the first pair of buds where I don't have to adjust them after a few head movements. For the price I paid (93 after discounts and promotions), I can only say the voice prompts are a tad bit too loud. Solid buds I would recommend to anyone trying to find some quality buds while on a budget.

I threw on a custom EQ (which is fabulous. APPLE GIVE US A REAL EQ) and they’re amazing for the price. They’ve taken over as my regular listening buds. I use Shokz at work and for working out because I like hearing my surroundings, but these are insanely good for the money. I just hope they update the voice prompts to be less horrifying and give us another button option to continuously adjust volume on the buds.

I had a HUGE allergy to these. I would get wet/weaping itchy skin and days later flaking off skin layers. Something in these and JBL tune buds and galaxy buds 2 have been causing issues for me. Apple and sony and ALL other bose sets have been fine. I feel they have either uncured acrylates or a bad mixture of silicone/rubber because I could detect no nickel in the buds externally. I gave it a try after letting my ears to heal for 2 weeks and the symptoms returned after trying the buds. I have the red color if wondering… I wish these companies would test their products because sony, apple, b&o and many cheap buds have been fine but literally ALL JBL and Samsung buds (except live and Galaxy Buds Pro 3) cause issues for me.. Now I think these need to be added to the list of buds affecting allergy sufferers to Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 pro and JBL Tune Buds (look it up)

I'm a bit late but just got mine today. I think these are my favorite earbuds out of all the pairs I've owned. They have a perfect blend of crispness, piercing highs, and grumble, guteral lows. Ive always been a fan of skullcandy and I feel like these are the perfect next step in evolution for them. And, when you consider the price, it doesn't get much better. I would say my least favorite thing is the size of the case, however, the integrated belt clip does compensate for that a little. Overall, I'd give them an 9/10.

Hi guys, I wanted to share my experience with these new skullcandy method 360 ANC. 1. Sound: ✅ I say the ANC so far with just being at home is great, they are snug in my ear and don’t feel like they would fall out. They do come with other sized ear pieces. 📝 the vocals in the songs you will listen to with these earbuds are the main highlight of these earbuds imo). If you want clear clean vocals they definitely have it! 📝 They do have bass but I’d say even with the bass boost EQ setting on its decent average bass, the good thing is that there is no muddying/ distortion of the vocals because of the bass which is perfect. songs with distinct drums, guitar, or tap-tap type beats really pop alongside the vocals 👍 📝 After a long time in my ears I do start to notice how they feel in my ears due to the shape of earbuds which doesn’t get too uncomfortable but compared to my AirPods Pro 2s that I can forget I have them in my ear is a difference. ⚠️ you should know by now but the case for these are not really pocketable unless you have cargo pockets. The case is probably the biggest in the earbud market lol. Conclusion: 📚 balance & overall sound is good with nothing to complain about sound wise & no need for comparison imo. These are solid earbuds, You get what you get for the price and it’s definitely worth it in this price range. I have not messed with custom EQ but I’m sure if you know how to use it for your liking you’ll get what you need out of it. They can handle any genre of music, podcast, and video well due to them being loud & distinctly clear sounding without having to crank up the volume slider up so much. - If you have any questions please feel free to ask 💬 - 💰 I bought these for $85 on CCS with the (sign up for text) notification with a free code they send when you get on site.

And with anc on I don't think I'll get 6 Wish more people were saying how long theirs last so I know if I need to send them back. Maybe I got bad ones?

Started listening to mine today. Bass is punchier than Bose’s standard, highs are more crisp and less convoluted, and ANC is actually pulling some weight — relative to the previous SkullCandy offerings. The company is obviously trying to make a statement that it can offer a better tier for those who want better sound quality combined with its signature bass-first sound signature, and SkullCandy does an excellent job. The Method 360 ANCs are clearly a top-tier option in its price range. I find it funny that SkullCandy needed to outsource its sound somewhat to make a more compelling device, but I think the company has a winner on its hands.

Great point! The leftover parts component is most likely on-the-money. Why not do something with a surplus of parts? Probably also parts that may naturally not be up to snuff for Bose — “binned” drivers, etc. The ANC is definitely not tuned to the greatest extent it technically could be, but I did read in a CNET article (I believe) that a SkullCandy PR rep said that Bose basically reviewed and signed off on the ANC, so definitely a stipulation of any license agreement to ensure a nice sweet spot and avoid cannibalism of Bose’s offering(s).

I love Apple; and although the company doesn’t (or can’t) innovate like it did for years prior, I love the ecosystem surrounding the walled garden. With that said, the ANC on the AirPods Pro 2 is better but not as much as I thought it would be going in, at least preliminarily. PNC and ANC on the SkullCandy is actually great…for the price point. As a whole, the AirPods Pro 2 are an objectively better set for seamless integration with Apple products. (Spacial Audio is something I wholeheartedly wish was somehow present here on the SkullCandy Method ANCs). If you like SkullCandy’s bass-forward sound signature but have always wanted more quality within other areas of music — with some bronze-colored bells and whistles, like a better mic system, etc. — you really can’t go wrong with these at this price point. (I also doubt SkullCandy will nerf the ANC with firmware updates, unlike Apple. Hahahaha) Right now, these have the same shot of daily driving as my AirPods. SkullCandy has such a nostalgic place in my heart, and it’s awesome the company is trying to be more serious about the quality of sound holistically.

Excellent point! Stick the older hardware in other products through licensing agreements and allow the licensee to make certain changes while you (Bose) work to refine a pitch perfect (pun slightly intended lol) offering for your target audience. Brands can boast that they have worked with Bose, and Bose can dip into another revenue stream for R&D while keeping other brands happy enough not to make a move to directly compete on their level. My experience right now is that the buds haven’t had any Bluetooth connectivity issues, so SkullCandy probably realized that it was a sticking point for its customers and ensured that the Method 360 ANC had 5.3 and a decent chip in general for better range. Time will, though! Here’s hoping for some longevity! lol 🤜🤛

If you’re talking about both buds staying at 100 percent volume, I haven’t had any issues; if you’re talking about distortion at 100 percent volume, it’s not too bad! I don’t do it a lot because these things get loud; but to me, it does get a little dense and muddy. I haven’t done it enough to see if it’s consistent, though, but 100 percent isn’t very pleasant to sustain with these, to my ear. Hope this helps!

One thing I’ve noticed with these is that while walking if it’s windy or I turn my head a certain way, go downhill etc , it’s keeps activating the touch controls specifically on left ear. I had to completely turn off touch controls on the left bud but I can still hear it randomly being activated. Hoping this is fixed with a software update.

Can’t believe I’m recommending Skullcandy but I chose the method 360 anc as my dedicated gym earbuds. Battery is great and the tuning is a bit biased towards bass but that works great at the gym for me. They advertise the tuning is by Bose and that’s about right. They sound like Bose earbuds. They’ve held up great with gym then the sauna after for about three months where I used them for 5 days a week. Noise canceling is really good too and considering they can be nabbed for about 80 usd they’re kind of a no brainer. Can’t say much about comfort but they’ve been comfy enough for the three ish hours I listen to them. Call quality seems to be above average for the price point they can be had for. All in all they’re pretty good and I’ve certainly had worse for more money spent.

With EQ settings you can make sound better than the Pro 2’s Overear Headphones from Skullcandy will sound WAAAAY better than  Pro, Pro2 and any Skullcandy earbud

I have a Cardo and several earbuds, including the AirPod Pro 2nd gen. The second gen. Is important because the noise cancelling is better. Huge difference. I use a skullcap that extends below my ears, or a neck gaiter stretched over my head, or both. That's the trick. I can easily get my helmet on and off with no issues. I get more sound blockage with the AirPods. I don't have to turn the sound way up. If I do happen to have the volume up, I equate the sound environment to be like riding in a quiet car. Sound it is pretty much no issue. About 85 MPH +, wind noise does creep in but not excessively. I used earplugs with my Cardo. There is a balance you have to get to. Too much and the sound is muffled. Too little and wind noise is an issue. I've tried many. Foamies tend to be too muffled. I'm trying the new Loop Switch. It seems to be the best balance. Wind noise is still present but not an issue. The biggest advantage to the Cardo is the voice activation. I can turn up the volume. Turn down the volume. Turn off the media. Turn media back on. For me, it depends on the riding I'll be doing. I can't really say one is way better than the other. Oh, just got a pair of the Skullcandy Method 360 earbuds. They use Bose technology and is claiming excellent ANC. Bose is supposed to have one of the best ANC. They are selling for about $100. The biggest downside so far. Case is huge. https://www.skullcandy.com/products/method-360-anc-noise-canceling-earbuds

I’m still evaluating the Method 360 ANC. I’ll provide more info soon. I’m very pleased with the sound quality and comfort. Those are the biggest qualities I want in earbuds. Everyone wants to compare them to the Bose QC Ultras, but realistically they are likely based on the less expensive, but still excellent Bose QC 2024 earbuds. (I’d post pictures if I could. Let me know if there is a way.) Externally, the resemblance to the Ultras is strong, but the business side (microphones and charging points) are identical to the QC 2024 earbuds. They even have the same irritating issue of the stability bands coming loose when I take them out of my ears. For some reason, that has never happened once with my Ultras. Also, the app is identical to the QC 2024 which is not the same as the Ultras. I think the QC 2024 earbuds indeed have excellent sound, comfort and ANC. Just not as feature rich as the Ultras. But you can trigger a picture on your phone if that works for you. Skullcandy has a reputation for loudness, but these (and the Bose) don’t hold a candle to my B&W Pi6/8s. Those are the loudest earbuds I’ve ever heard.

You can't clean the mesh cover on the buds,if you try to use a q tip or microfiber cloths it gets stuck on the mesh and little wires start coming out from the sides where the mesh fence is latched in. The eargels don't stay firm on the buds too. I would have kept them if they didn't have these 2 design flaws.

The Method 360 have less ANC than the QC Ultra. I wouldn’t get the QC earbuds II, they were far too buggy to purchase and Bose has been swapping them out with QC Ultras for customers. If ANC is your top focus, it’s going to be the QC Ultra earbuds or the JBL Tour Pro 3, they both have the top ANC on the market with the Pro 3 coming in second to Bose. The QC Ultra earbuds are buggy, but they’re have the best ANC.

You aren’t going to find much with decent ANC from Skullcandy except the Method 360. Their ANC is borderline a-tier. It won’t cancel out landscaping equipment, but it should help muffle some of it. They’re essentially re-skinned Bose earbuds and have about 50-60% their ANC for less than half the price. That would be all it recommend from Skullcandy for earbuds. Anything with better ANC is going to come from other brands (Soundcore, JBL, Bose, and Sony).

They might sound good, but their ANC is c-tier at most. I figured OP would want stronger ANC since they work in landscaping and nothing something that just plays white noise to muffle some soft sounds in low frequencies. Skullcandy’s ANC has never been known to be strong, which is fine. But their top ANC before was beat out my $40 earbuds from Soundcore.

I guess the page I saw was wrong. Dust resistance isn’t needed for something like landscaping. Most earbuds with an IPX4 rating out higher for water are fine. Skullcandy makes some dust resistant earbuds, but they aren’t the best. Skullcandy earbuds in general aren’t the best due to their quality control and overall performance. The Method 360 are still the ones to get.

Seconding this. The voice prompts are a couple decibles away from being actually painful. I also just hate voice prompts in general. They are literally the only reason I keep going back to apple, is the airpods seamless experience when you stick them in your ear. Hearing "Battey 80%, bluetooth connected" every time you put them in makes me want to throw them off a bridge, and the volume being almost unbearable makes these almost unusable. I also am having pretty poor audio quality, can't be understood unless I project my voice like I'm talking to someone in a restaurant, but I'm sitting in a silent room at my desk. Going to hold onto mine for a few weeks and hope they at least release a firmware update to change the volume of the prompts (and hopefully disable them altogether) but if not, mine are getting returned. Music sounds fucking fantastic though

I've been using them for a few days. The fit is great, the little fins and the buds fit well and aren't uncomfortable even after a few hours of wearing them. I've done some light workouts and they stay on. I also have a Sony wf-1000xm5 which I feel sounds better, but the price point is also different (the Sony has an inferior fit though, IMO). The case is cool, and the integrated strap and carabiner-ish thing are a nice touch. The case is BIG though, and I found it weird that you have to open it downward to get and return the buds in alignment with the corresponding ear they go on. My biggest complaint is the voice prompt, which is super loud and sounds like the prompts from cheap generic China buds and earphones from 10 years ago. I like that you can customize the touch functions in the app, but the touch function itself is less responsive than I would like---you have to really be intentional (and a little slower when doing multiple taps) when you tap it. ANC is OKAY. Not excellent, but not poor either. The annoyance of the voice prompt telling you what mode you're on (ANC off, ANC on, StayAware on) is offset by the fact that it tells you what mode you're on. I cannot comment on specifics with the sound, as I'm not really an audiophile. There was hardly any difference for me switching from one EQ preset in the app to another.

Got the update for the voice prompt, but its still bad, only marginally less so. Also, I've been experiencing connection problems, particularly with the left earbud, which just disconnects out of nowhere and needs to be plugged into the case for around 10 seconds to reconnect, or just fails to connect outright.

The earbuds themselves sound great, they're comfortable enough. I really dislike the button controls, they're so sensitive that a slight breeze can pause your music. I have turned off all touch functions aside from volume -/+ and pause to help mitigate this. The case is a monstrosity and it is quite difficult to get the buds into the case reliably. I've had them for awhile now. CONS: They have significant connectivity problems outside (Pixel 7 Pro & Leitz Phone 2). they connect but constantly "skip." This makes things difficult to listen to while walking around NYC. This is hands down the worst case design I've ever seen. Gravity works against you no matter which angle you choose. It's bulky for pockets, and the "carabiner" has come unclipped twice. Also, the case can easily slide open while clipped outside a bag. They seem to lose battery power at the same rate whether you're playing music or not. That seems weird to me. PROS: ANC is great. Aware mode (passthrough mic) is surprisingly clear. (I watch TV w them in with Aware mode on so I can hear if my partner talks to me.m, especially to hear if she gets up late at night so she doesn't scare the bejeebus out of me by suddenly appearing in the living room like a silent spectre) The last firmware update fixed the loud voice prompts. In-app EQ is easy to use. They connect to "Find-my" They're the best earbuds I've ever used w my TV. Immediate connectivity, consistency, and clarity. The shape works VERY well for my ear, and feels comfortable and secure. Charging is FAST. Sound quality is better than other SC earbuds I've used. All in all, so long as I don't use them outside they're great and recommendable. But not being able to listen to anything outside without missing 1s of audio every 10-15s is truly annoying. I use them at WeWork, cafes, subway, bus, in my apartment, and on planes/in airports.

I found that the stay aware mode works well in an office or school environment where all you need to worry about is people talking to you. The passthrough mode is really clear compared to other Skullcandy earbuds and usually about as clear as taking out the earbuds in a conversation. If you do take an earbud out it will pause your media, disable touch controls for the removed earbud, and kick the other earbud into stay aware mode. When putting the earbud back in it will return both earbuds to the previous ANC/Stay aware status and sometimes resume your media (depending on what it is, I find that YouTube music usually resumes while YouTube itself is a little more picky).

Some things that I have experienced: Generally the noise cancellation is better than most Skullcandy earbuds, and the stay aware mode is really clear as well. Note that wind will mess with the ANC or stay aware mode, as they rely on microphones. The best solution that I have found is to set it to ANC off when strong wind is present. If you remove one earbud from your ears, it will automatically pause your video/music and kick the other one into stay aware mode, which is great if you want to clearly hear someone without having to fiddle with playback controls. There are 4 button press combinations on each earbud that are individually programmable (which includes Spotify tap). The audio generally holds up the entire sound range even at very low volumes. They may take a while to adjust to the physical fit, as they feel a little large when compared to something like the Rail ANC earbuds. Edit since I'm on mobile and forgot the post. Overall I would recommend these over the other Skullcandy earbuds, especially in situations where you may need to have some sort of awareness during most of the day (like school or even some jobs). The touch controls are a little sensitive, but easy to avoid. I'm not sure how sensitive you are to certain sounds, so use the Skull IQ app to adjust the ANC/stay aware intensity.

very refined compared to other Skullcandy earbuds, i would say. like the others say, ANC is good (for Skullcandy standards), and Stay Aware is fine. it has features like auto-pause and play when removing your earbuds, and more. the sound quality is interesting, it is tuned by bose, again, somewhat bass focused, but still clear vocals and the instruments are clear to hear. i would say that the custom eq is really good, and i use a custom eq for my earbuds. the clip-on case in my experience is good, it is different and really unique. the fit of these earbuds is excellent, they stay put in long runs, and in the gym. in terms of the features in the app, it is overall basic, and i assumed that it had the skull-iq voice technology (Hey Skullcandy), however, these earbuds don't have that feature. overall, i would recommend these if you are a fan of bose's sound signature, or the fit of these earbuds, because the fit of these earbuds are excellent.

If you can find them for the price, Method 360 ANC. Theyre 99 bucks for a introductory price right now. Earfun Air Pro 4 and OnePlus Buds 3 and Anker Soundcore Liberty 4 NC are also good contenders.

I bought mine about 2 weeks ago, heres my verdict The method 360 anc is definitely worth the hype imo, it has exceptionally good base with clear subbass as with impressive clarity for the price. The soundstage is also not bad considering bluetooth earbuds usually arent that great in this area. The in ear detection is almost as good as in airpods pro, which surpised me the most. The earfit is pretty much the same as the bose qc ultras,so long sessions do make it uncomfortable to wear and in terms of anc it is definitely not as good as the flagship earbuds but for a mid tier earbud it does the job. The transparency mode is surpisingly good, better than most mid tier earbuds like the nothing ear ie. Altho this earbud does lack quite a but of mids clarity which makes this sound very v shaped. If your into a balanced sound profile, this earbud might not be for you. However for bassheads(like myself) this is probably one of the best picks out there. The Bose partnership definitely shines here. The battery life is also quite decent. I dont use anc, and i get around 9 to 10 hours of battery life. Calls do reduce the battery life quite a bit but so do most other earbuds. The mic is also quite impressive for the price, With noise reduction thats almost on par with airpods pros. The case however is quite big, altho having the carabiner is a nice feature its still quite long and thick compared to most other earbuds cases. No wireless charging as well. In terms of connectivity, the bluetooth distance is as advertised and it only supports AAC codec unfortunately. The gaming mode however doesnt seem to be working that well,im not sure if its a firmware issue, because the latency is was very noticeable especially on my pc. I wont reccomend you play any fps games on these. Oh and the controls i found to be quite basic with the single, double, triple and tap hold. They work consistently as well, i did however see alot of people complain about the sound prompt being too loud, idont seem to be having this issue. Its seems the latest firmware update fixed it. Overall id give it 8/10
