"The PS link frequency from the dongle ensures zero latency while gaming and allows you to use the dual connectivity feature on virtually any device. My point still stands, the dongle was a smart move on Sonys end. ... "I can’t even take mine out of the case without them disconnecting from my phone. ... And don’t get me started on the “use it with 2 devices at the same time claim”. I paired them via bluetooth to my iphone and they disconnected the second I removed the buds from the charging case. They WILL NOT pair with the phone while not in the case😂. ... Unfortunately it turned out to be the worst $200 I’ve ever spent hoping customer service can make it right👎😩"

"These would be awesome if they didn't just decide to disconnect in the middle of games or chats and are fully charged. ... The amount of money you pay for these for this to be a common issue almost everytime I try and wear them is not worth it. ...
