Me too! Totally worth it. They feel brand new and I can use them for at least another year or so
Get the sony wx5 or 6s they are the best sounding buds you can get and the anc is great
Si je devais garder une paire juste pour l'audio, Hifiman Svanar (les plus audiophiles des TWS avec Noble fokus Prestige Encore). Et les all day => Sony WF-1000XM6
If you're spending 600 dollars (assuming usd) on earbuds you're spending way too much money on earbuds. 400 dollars should be the absolute upper limit, and even then they better spin gold out of thread. Best depends on whether you mean best overall earbuds or just the best anc. If it's the second it's generally considered a three way split between the Airpods Pro 3, Bose's Quiet comfort ultra Gen 2, and Sony's WF-1000XM6. Which one will work the best for you will depend on fit and there is nothing any of us can do to tell you which one will fit the best, but Soundguys does reasonably objective measurements of noise canceling performance, and they suggest that the Airpods block the most decibels, but the Sony earbuds do the best at higher frequencies--something anc traditionally struggles with, and Bose does better at mid frequencies and has a more sporty fit, but is edged out in noise cancellation by both. That said, I wouldn't look at the Airpods unless you already have an iPhone, as you don't get much out of them other than basic Bluetooth on android, and I wouldn't use the Bose on a Samsung phone over the sony--samsung, annoyingly, restricts the use of Qualcomm's aptx codecs on their phones, so the Bose only has the basic SBC codec. Sony uses SBC, AAC, LDAC, and LC3, all of which are supported on Samsung androids, and also has support on many new windows devices, although not all of them.
My ears hurt after wearing them for about an hour. The seal test said I needed to size up two sizes for one of my ears. Both ears were the first time I've experienced discomfort from an ear bud. The tip material is terrible and the body doesn't sit well in the ear.
Same for me, feel no need to try anything else other than what I have already tried thanks to them. Obviously "the best" is what suits each person and what fits their needs, ANC or sound quality, what is more important to each person. But XM6 are great across the board for me, if you get on with the tips, hard to say I need anything else. Suppose also budget is important.
I bought mine about a 1.5 years ago. Still going with use around 45 min 3 times a week. Given the complaints on battery life, I do wonder how much longer they'll last.
Just dished out $500 for the Devialet Gemini IIs and yes. Prior dailys were Technics AZ100 and One Plus Buds 4. Worth it for most people, probably not. They didnt wow me at first, but a week in and I love them. The sound is excellent and the ANC is actually better for me than any others including the Sony xm6s. This was important to me for the gym. The ambience mode is good too. I've had them in my sights for awhile now. Glad I finally pulled the trigger. If I was balling on a budget and wanted bang for the buck, I'd be perfectly happy with the One Plus Buds 4 for $90.
