I'll second the Soundcore Space A40s. Great sounding at the price point, I just wish the fit was a bit more dialed in for me.
I also have the Sony C700Ns and they are a great value bud. ANC and sound quality are both very good for me. I also find the fit excellent, I wear them most of the day at work. On top of that, the Bluetooth multipoint on the C700Ns is great. It switches between my phone and work laptop seamlessly.
