"Today I was at Dunkin and it's a noisy place with their music and A/C. The ANC did a nice job of blocking it all out."
"anc’s honestly better than i expected, blocks out the usual office noise and people talking around me pretty well."

The sound of the soundpeats air5 is bad!
The soundpeats is straight facts and I love them
I got my pair today and I'm really surprised how great they sound using Spotify and audible on my Pixel 9. I prefer the sound profile to my SoundPeats Air 5s, which are a similar design and price.
I can comment on Freebuds SE3, Oppo Enco Buds3 and Soundpeats Air5 (non pro) [https://www.reddit.com/r/Earbuds/comments/1noqlbl/comment/nswtesd/](https://www.reddit.com/r/Earbuds/comments/1noqlbl/comment/nswtesd/) \- Soundpeat Air 5 have ANC, but i barely use this as it only filters certain background noises and eats battery. \- For Aptx Lossless you need a compatibel Snapdragon/Aptx device. Most Windows devices can support Aptx with a registery tweak, as AAC is default, but most certainly not Aptx Lossless. You'll need a seperate -Bluetooth dongle with Aptx for this. \- Soundpeats have about realworld 5 hour battery-life without ANC. Good luck with your choice.
If you don’t want to have ear pain wearing it for more than 30 minutes than go for Soundpeats Air5. I am using air4 and you don’t even feel you have it simply plugged into your ears. It’s light and doesn’t have rubber tips that makes your ears itchy.
They are priced well. I like these. Bass is better than expected. Soundpeats Air5 are my favorites. Their ANC is enough for my needs.
I like Soundpeats Air5. Comfortable and sound really good. They have ANC. They just came out with a lower priced Air5 Lite that doesn't have noise cancelling. I haven't heard them.
I bought another when they upgraded to Bluetooth 5.3. I have my older ones paired with a Vizio TV. They sound really good. I do think the Air5 is even better but they fit my ears ok.
I like the Soundpeats Air5. Haven't tried The Oppo Enco yet. I like the Soundcore k20i in that price range.
I like these but prefer the Capsule3 Pro+. The xMEMS high frequency drivers give my ears the shimmering crispy highs I need. More comfortable for me too. Either one is a great value. Our ears are all different.
I like Soundpeats Air5. Comfortable with balanced sound.
Latest Soundpeats Air5 are my current favorite of that type. Both bass and ANC are better than expected. About $80 USD.
Good in my ears bad in yours. That's why reviews and opinions can't substitute for trying them out.
I use Soundpeats Air5. Semi with adjustable ANC. Comfortable with good sound and mics.
I use this type most often and have the k20i and Soundpeats Air5 which I prefer to the newer Lite. My new favorite is the Baseus Bass BS1 NC. Deeper bass and better noise cancellation. LDAC too. Fit my ears comfortably by that's a personal thing. Their performance has surprised me.
I bought the following on Amazon, tested all of them (audiophile obsession level), then returned all but kept one: HiFiman Svanar Wireless Audio technica AZ80 Denon Perl Pro Edifier Stax Spirit S10 Edifier NeoBuds Pro 2 SoundPEATS Capsule 3 Pro+ SoundPEATS Air5 My top 3 were Denon Perl Pro (please go for this one and you won't be disappointed), AZ80, & Svanar Wireless (this is one of the best sounding along with the AZ80 & Denon, but the Svanar has issues with dropping on Android phones, and the battery life is dogshit)
You can hear what they sound like [here](https://youtu.be/ai7jujoC87M). I recorded the output of the Air5 and other semi in ear options (well, the man ones that have active noise cancellation specifically) using Binaural mics. It will at least give you an idea of what to expect before deciding whether to pull the trigger
Also like Soundpeats Air5, really love
I have the soundcore k20i cheap earbuds and they do function well mainly for calls because of the mic. Soundpeats Air5 absolutely shit mid range earbuds that don't function well on calls, stuttering bluetooth connection but anc is amazing. Airpods 4th gen ANC, tried the apple ecosystem, that spatial head tracking when connected to 2 devices interrupts the Bluetooth and there's no option to permanently turn it off, haven't fully explored other things about it.
