If you want actual quality and care about little else, Creative Ace Aurvana Mimi or Soubdpeats Capsule 3 Pro Plus. Those xmems drivers really are something. The top end market seems equal with different strengths from generation to generation. Although I have found Sony's default EQ to get worse for every generation from the xm3's.

In my Soundpeats Capsule 3 Pro+ (has the latest firmware), when I use both earbuds simultaneously, the left earbud's microphone is not working. However, the left earbud's microphone works when used individually. Is this an error, or is this the intended functionality?

I am not an audiophile scientist. My guage for audio quality is how the music makes me feel while listening and the cost of entry for each level of feel. I also have 3 categories that I have alway used for audifonos EDC, listening , and production. IEMs don't fall into production range for me except for audition on every piece of gear I can while production is being mixed for me. I have only had the H3 for about 3 hours and am currently swapping between my c3p+ and the H3 and replaying parts of tracks over and over. My wife is worried about my mental health this morning. As with all IEMs the H3 needs to be EQ'd right away. For me LDAC enabled is a must or they can't keep up with the c3p+ at all, the adaptive hearing test in the Soundpeats app is worth running, and I ended up with the same Focal tips from my c3p+ (no idea if they fit in the case yet). The H3 is the clear winner for listening. I am impressed by the instrument separation and quality in general. Bass is just deep enough to give me the feels with hip-hop and house music. Rock and classical, while not my daily, are very enjoyable and again the impressive separation. Sepultura and Slayer get a triple 🤘 For me the H3 is not a multi-tool like the c3p+. My wife can hear the audio coming from H3, that is a big deal for me for public usage. LDAC must be enabled to get the audio quality and single device paring is also a big deal for me for an EDC IEM. I see myself using the H3 for listening at home use only (maybe airplanes too). The c3p+ will remain my EDC so I can still bump on public transportation privately, have dual device pairing for working, and ill definitely be able to wait until I am home to use the H3 to listen to new (to me) tracks. I hope this helps someone looking to choose an EDC or a pure audio IEM in the price range. I paid $111 (current exchange) for the H3 and I believe around $50 for cp3p+.

I'm an iPhone user, I tested the Airpods Pro2 and if you're looking for sound quality, at a much lower price, but with audio quality superior to a range of much more expensive headphones, go with the Soundpeats Capsule 3 Pro+, the sound quality of the airpods is not 80% that of the soundpeats, in addition to being a much cheaper headphone. I found the passive ANC super effective, if I activate it, I didn't see much of a difference. The battery is excellent, with the case, I can use it for a whole week. As for the sound, it is very immersive for reggae, rock, good bass and mids and very detailed highs due to the xMEMS driver.

I’ve tried the Capsule 3 Pro+. If you need decent battery, I would pass on them as their battery life is under 4 hrs. Also, the app feels and looks really bootleg.  I haven’t tried the other ones you listed. But I have tried the Capsule 3 Pro+ against the EarFun AirPro4. They are comparable sound and fit wise except the EarFun’s battery life is 8+ hrs and the app seems better if you care about that. Going back and forth between them, I couldn’t really decide which sounded better. The ANC on both seemed fine to me but I didn’t test them on a train or anything.  Main takeaway is if you need decent battery life I would probably skip the Soundpeats.

Well, I always like to recommend any of the XMEMS drivers options out right now, there are a few like SoundPEATS Capsule 3 Pro+ and Creative Aurvana Ace Mimi, which can deliver sound wayy above its price point due to XMEMS tech simply being better. The clarity, soundstage, detail, etc is really great. And at the same time, they are not super expensive and have all the usual wireless features you would want. That’s what I would suggest, there’s also the denon Perl pro and technics az80/100 which are safe picks but a bit more expensive. And of course then there is r/iems, where you can get god tier audiophile level sound quality on some of those nicer pairs, but of course they are gonna be wired and missing any features. Good luck

Also I recommend checking out the Roseselsa Earfree I5 because they punch sound way above their price point for sure. (I'm talking better than the Airpod pros 2 which are too overrated and underperform in sound) also the Soundpeats capsule 3 Pro plus which is another tws that sound better than some other 200+ dollar earbuds as well

For best sound quality. I would go for the Soundpeats capsule 3 Pro plus or the Roseselsa Earfree I5. Both have superb imaging and excellent seperation at this price point that I think wins against many earbuds 100+. Roseselsa Earfree I5 have a warmer, more natural, and rich sound. They still have bright, crisp, and clean treble, with good controlled natural bass. Vocals and instruments also have great depth as well. (No EQ though and only 4 EQ presets) The Soundpeats Capsule 3 Pro plus has a brighter sound tuning but definitely delivers with heavier bass. Vocals and instruments do sound somewhat more thin but the custom EQ fixes the issue. Soundstage is also a tad bit wider on this pair but the Roseselsa have better height. Now unfortunately these don't really work for your water resistant rating since both Soundpeats (Ipx4), and Roseselsa (Ipx5) are under ipx6. Not sure if there are any higher rates earbuds in the same price category with the same sound.

No doubt, the Roseselsa Earfree I5 or the Soundpeats capsule 3 Pro plus. And I say this with confidence l as I rated them THE BEST under 100 category for sound quality alone. They will not disappoint you whatsoever with the clean detailed sound and top notch clarity amongst both of them. They have the widest soundstage out of any earbuds in this price segment, the cleanest bass response as well. Both tuned excellently and both the Roseselsa and Soundpeats push out sound better than most earbuds 200 plus.

Budget under 100, Roseselsa Earfree I5, Soundpeats Capsule 3 Pro Plus HM: Moondrop Moca, Budget for 100-200 Denon perl pros, Cambridge Audio Melomania M100 HM: OnePlus buds pro 3, Nothing Ear, Technics az80, Jlab Epic lab Budget for 200-300, B&W Pi8(when on sale) HM: JBL Tour Pro 3, Technics Az100, Sennheiser MTW4 300+ Noble Fokus Rex 5, Devialet Gemini II This would be my suggestions for audio quality, I base these off their performance in soundstage, imaging, seperation, and things similar to that. As for tuning it really comes down to personal preference, most of them will suite anyone's personal needs with their custom EQs. I've tried countless amount of earbuds in all price ranges (20 to 300+ dollars worth) but these come out to be my top performers. I might have missed some since I have so many but I'll probably come back if I missed some. (I'll get into more details if you really want, like durability/longevity, battery, ANC, transparency, etc)

The I5 are definitely a mild v shape tuning but it's very carefully tuned. They still provide a far above average wide soundstage for this price point. Imaging is also very precise. Vocals don't lack in any way either and instrument locations are easily recognised even of this tuning. Another option I would recommend at the Soundpeats capsule 3 pro plus, if you can extend your budget, those will be the go to if you want the widest soundstage under 100. Imaging is decent and these have a custom EQ unlike the I5 which have only 4 EQ presets (although I find the presets good enough already) Imo both are good, the Moondrop Moca are also very good, but when I use the app, it's very buggy and also I needed to get a replacement but for now there aren't any issues with them.

Imo the Roseselsa Earfree I5 are the best sounding tws under 100 when it comes to accurate/precise imaging, great airy soundstage, amazing depth and instrument perception. Bass is also on the balanced side (although it's a slight v shape tuning, it still remains decently balanced through all frequencies). (4 EQ presets) I get about 6-9 hours depending on if I'm using LDAC or LDAC with ANC. I have a review on my page if you want to check it out. Another solid option are the Soundpeats capsule 3 Pro plus, they have the widest soundstage I've tested in this price and they have a custom EQ so bass can be tuned down. ANC imo is better at cancelling low frequencies on this pair but battery life takes a hit at 5 hours with ANC and LDAC. (I also have a review on my page for these ones as well) (Also I've tested these against the soundcore liberty 4 nc/pro, realme air 6 pro, OnePlus buds 3, earfun air 4 pro, nothing ear a, etc and these two tws come out to be the most accurate sounding out of the bunch.)

It would still be the Roseselsa. But I would also recommend the OnePlus buds 3, they do have slightly worse audio quality, but the battery life is superb at 9 hours with ANC and LHDC on(although I'm not sure what phone you have so idk if LHDC is supported on your device). ANC is decent as well maybe on par with the Roseselsa. Another solid option that at similar to the OnePlus with better ANC are the Earfun air 4 pro.

It might help if you told us what you disliked about the ones that you've tried. I've been happy with my Sennheiser TW4s, but I also recognize that I'm never going to get ideal sonics from an earbud, so I stick to my HD600s when I do serious listening. I haven't used the others on your list, because I have a hard limit of $100 on earbuds (the TW4s were bought used via eBay) - I've realized that when it comes to audio, reliability and durability are inversely proportional to price. Soundpeats Capsule 3 Pro Plus sound amazing good for something that cheap.

I went ahead and bought the Roseselsa I5. The sound is excellent out of the box (which is fortunate, since there's not a lot of ability to adjust it), although I think that the Soundpeats Capsule 3 Pro+ sounds smoother and more to my taste. Other advantages are the robust build of the case, and the ability to completely customize the control scheme. Glad to have in-ear detection (which the Soundpeats lack, alas). Downsides - the included eartips stink; I ended up using a pair of Spinfits that were lying around. And both the ANC and transparency modes are a joke.

I’m currently using this and it’s good. Disclaimer: I received a sponsored unit. Would I buy it with my own money? Definitely because it it’s not too expensive. And wireless earbuds have very limited lifespan so I don’t really want to spend too much. Main downside is there is no proximity sensor, so music/video will continue to play after you take off earbuds. Sometimes even when the earbuds are in the case, the Bluetooth connection is still on for some reason

Lots of buds allow you to turn off the on-ear controls, either by selecting an in-app option that turns them off temporarily (my QCY Melobuds N70 have a "sleep mode" that turns off the touch controls for one use), or permanently. Some buds have an in-app toggle switch that turns off all controls (like my SoundPeats Capsule 3Pro+); others allow you to program each touch gesture to "nothing" (like my OnePlus Buds Pro 3) Really many, if not most, buds, allow you to do this. So maybe take a look at some buds you're interested in, or give us a price range and we can make some recommendations, and then we can look to see if you can turn touch controls off. My CMF Buds 2 Pro don't allow programming for the first touch (since it has a click wheel on the case). My Liberty 4 Pros have controls on the case, too. I think you can turn the touch controls off.

\>I won't write a price  I mean, you've got to give us some idea of your price range. There are plenty of $75-$100+ buds with LDAC and ANC from brands like Moondrop and Edifier. You can get the SoundPeats Capsule 3 Pro+, which has xMEMS drivers and a very neutral sound signature, for about $55 on Ali. They have LDAC and ANC. I just wrote a review of them here this morning. They way outshine anything in their price class (except maybe their xMEMS competitors, the Creative Aurvana Ace). You can get the Baseus EP10 for about $25 USD. I don't know those buds particularly, but baseus is usually a little bass heavy (though EQable). They have ANC and LDAC. I know there are other brands more popular on Ali or Asian countries -- Redmi, Realme, Huawei-- that probably fit the bill too, but I just don't know a ton about those brands because I've never experienced them. But the overall quality is going to vary a lot, depending on what you want and your budget. Here's another hint -- LDAC is nice, but on cheaper earbuds, it's not going to make that much, if any, of a difference. To really hear the difference between LDAC and AAC/SBC, you need to have some quality drivers to take the better signal and do something with it.

Soundcore liberty 4 pro: I keep them in my purse, only use them with my phone at lunch, when I eat out of the office, and for calls. Soundpeats Capsule 3 pro+: I got them mainly because I was intrigued by xmems drivers, I use them only at home when I'm cleaning and doing things in the apartment. Airpods gen 2: it's my old pair, I don't use them much anymore, but I keep them also in my purse. Bose quiet comfort gen 2 earbuds: These were a gift from my dad, I use them in bed to help me fall asleep, movie trailers sound great on those as well. I also have two headphones from Sony: XM5's: these I use at the gym only. XM4: I had these for a while, but I haven't been using them much until not so long ago when I replaced the ear pads, so now they feel great again. The XM4's I've been taking to work, and also use them when I'm consuming media or watching movies/shows at home, they are super comfy. I know it's crazy,

I'm tempted by the OnePlus but they are double the price. I own the soundpeats & they are not on the same level. Not tried the other. The Earfun is close to my Airpods Pro, which sound wise are still the top of the tree in my opinion (and I'm an Android user). The battery however is double on the Earfun to the apple. For the budget, the Earfun are the best buy at the lower price point.

Are you sure you enabled LDAC codecs on your source? Otherwise you end up streaming in SBC (or AAC at best) and both of those BT codecs sound like sh*t (especially above 8 kHz... Harshness fest...). I was disappointed with mine at my first until I enabled LDAC HD audio codecs. No more harshness, just a tad too loud around 12 kHz and lacking a little something around 300 Hz. Easily fixed with the app equalizer. And if you tried all of these and found they still have a harsh rendering, either we have very different audio tastes or maybe you got a pair of earbuds that are defective. I'm very happy with mine (especially at that price). I work with the HD 800 A (paid 1800$) for audio editing/premixing and when I listen to my down mixes with my cheap Capsule 3 pro+ buds, I'm always amazed by their rendering.

If you want strong ANC, Bassy sound, Reliability, Excellent App support, Quality control product then go for Soundcore Liberty 4 NC and If you want earbuds with phenomenal sound quality, Good ANC and reliability then go for Soundpeats capsule 3 pro plus. Don't go for Audionic and other rebranded Chinese crap. You can't go wrong with either one of these, All depends on what you want.

Worse in comparison not in general since both are top tier in this price. I have Capsule 3 Pro Plus and ANC isn't bad it's good enough to cut 90% of the sound but NC may cut 95% of the sound. These numbers are just for comparison not analysis. Capsule shines in sound quality and I've used high end earbuds too but Capsules are hands down the BEST sounding earbuds I've ever used under 50K. Yes gives tough competition to flagship ones in terms of sound. They really put all money on sound and avoided all unnecessary features like Wireless charging, Lights and so called smart features. So again for Pure sound quality, Good ANC and No Gimmick, Capsule takes the crown But For ANC, Good App support, Longer battery Liberty 4 NC takes the crown. Regardless of the model, even Soundcore and Soundpeat's worse earbuds are superior than these rebranded Chinese shit

The best sound for less than $100 is without a doubt the Soundpeats Capsule 3 Pro Plus. However, there are better options in ANC and transparency mode.

For sound quality: Soundpeats Capsule 3 Pro Plus (xMEMS driver, amazing in this price range). Acceptable ANC, good transparency. Customizable controls, so good. For very good ANC: Earfun Air Pro 4. Acceptable sound (instrument separation and treble are not the best), acceptable transparency mode. Customizable controls, so good. The pads personally create a lot of occlusion in my ear, I recommend changing them for flatter ones.

As I said, I'm a novice in TWS so don't be surprised when I recommend wired option because I didn't know much about TWS. :D The only TWS I've recently used are: Earfree I5, Capsule 3 Pro+ and Svanar Wireless. I love the last 2, the first 1 wins the honorable mention in my book. Other than that, feel free to DM me.

I'd go with the Soundpeats Capsule 3 Pro+. The thing that stands out about this stem compared to other TWS is how well and smooth it could replicate the details of the midrange and the treble range while not making it harsh. And even if it did, you could tame it down and be really happy with it. Separation is not perfect but very excellent. Soundstage is fairly wide (really good width, but very average height) with a decent amount of depth. Bass is very controlled yet it punches really tight with a decent amount of rumble, nearly like how you would usually hear on really expensive cans. I own a lot of IEMs, TWS (i did listen to the Buds 3 Pro), and some decent cans like the HE6. My stereotype about TWS changed after listening to the C3P+. :D

I bought the C3P+ for around $70 including the tax. Literally couldn't think of any pair of IEMs + dongle dacs could sound as analytical as the C3P+ for around $70. The treble on this thing is very very addicting.

[SoundPEATS Capsule 3 Pro](https://s.shopee.ph/8fG6jmV5Km) best option for the 2k price range. It has hybrid ANC (-43dB) which is really effective and adaptable to noisy environments, helpful din sa calls. It has 3 mics for better NC and calls etc. For its price, advanced na rin yung tech na mayroon siya like Hi-res audio and LDAC. Pero the best feature is the dynamic drivers kaya solid yung bass and sound output. Goods din yun battery and low latency, pwede for gaming.

I'm no earbud genius but I've been doing a deep dive into this recently because I needed a new pair. I ended up buying soundpeats capsule 3 pro and really like the sound quality. I think I might have to get larger silicone's though. The ones I have seemed to drop connection randomly when I first got them, the issue has stopped though so I'm not sure exactly what happened. I have an old pair of nothing 1's and they work great as well. Ultimately the only reason I went with the soundpeats was because they were on sale and 60 bucks cheaper than the nothing 2a. I really want the nothing 2024 version but I'll be waiting until I have a birthday or something because I'm too cheap to buy $200 earbuds just because I want to lol.

These edge out my lib3pros, plus im having charging issues with the lib3pros. The denon perl pros put a smile on my face.. Fantastic earbuds.

I prefer using SoundCore and SoundPEATS brand for wireless. While I do value “clarity” in sound I want a fun, bassy sound when I’m using wireless and these 2 brands serve me well. (SoundPEATS Capsule 3 Pro is a really good set for a balanced sound FYI.) These space travel sound good for what they are. They try and sound more like an accurate and analytical sound than a “fun” bassy sound, and for the $20 they cost they do a good job of it. But they are $20…..it’s only going to be so good, but they are better than most every pair $40 and under.

Just got them yesterday. Much better than my Samsung Buds+. I listen to audiobooks and music from my phone. Today I was at Dunkin and it's a noisy place with their music and A/C. The ANC did a nice job of blocking it all out. 10% coupon at Amazon make these hard to pass up.
