Soundpeats Pop clip if open are ok. Soundcore x10 or X20 have buttons if over the ear hook is ok.
Does anyone know the price point of these? I got an email from SoundPeats for 35% off and says I can save $52… That seems like a pretty high amount for SoundPeats. I’ve had the TrueEngine 3 SE, Air3 Deluxe, PopClip and PearlClip Pro and will still probably get these if they’re $150 but was just curious.
Check Scarbir for reviews of cheaper headphones. For open-ear style: [https://www.scarbir.com/tws/multi-test-budget-clip-on-earbuds](https://www.scarbir.com/tws/multi-test-budget-clip-on-earbuds) After reading that, I got the Soundpeats Pop Clip. They have proper buttons, and have an app to configure it.
Can get open-ear air conduction headphones. They can give better sound quality than bone conduction, and can still hear your surroundings. And some cheaper options. I'm using Soundpeats Pop Clip. No. Not when you can get the Soundpeats Pop Clips for $39. I can't wear regular earbuds and had basically given up on anything but big, overhead headphones but the Pop Clips are kinda incredible. They clip on your ear. Good sound. I can run with them. Game changer for me. (They can be a little finicky around other Bluetooth connected devices but once I figured out to turn off my Bluetooth speaker in my house before connecting them my phone, they're awesome.)
I've been very happy with the Earfun Clip. The Soundpeats Pop Clip is also excellent.
Pearl Clips sound good for this type. Pop Clip are lighter and more comfortable They have mechanical control buttons too but not as much bass.
You'll be giving up some bass for the comfort but both of the soundpeats clips are comfortable and good for casual music listening. Pearls are a little bigger and heavier but have a bit more bass. Pops have mechanical button controls that are more precise than the Pearl's touch controls. Good for switching to calls and devices.
I have the Popclips and Baseus Bowie MC1. Both are very good but with decent mid bass but littke deep bass. Very listenable. Both have good mechanical control button. Both have decent apps to update firmware and adjust sound eq. Monster has no app.
Here's a good deal on a pair that fits my big ears well. They sound fine and worth twice the price. I tend to switch between soundpeats pop clip, basus bass bc1, tozo open ring and soundcore v20i. Out of all day , I find the basus bass bc1 and soundpeats pop clip the best. The tozo has a issue with accidentally turning off depending on how I have it. The soundcore v20i pinch a little bit with sunglasses.
In terms of clip on headphones, I have the Tozo open ring, basus bass bc1 and sound peats pop clip. The pop clip has this werid issue with battery drain by the way. Also do you think the clip 1 are a good upgrade from the pop clip?
I have the pop clip and they have issue with battery drain. I also have the Tozo opening. They are really good and when it comes the basus bc1 . They are great because of them having button controls
If most of your use case is talking on the phone, yeah, that's what I do as well. I do listen to podcasts, but I need an ear open to listen out for the kids around the house. I'm using a single ear, mono headset that is my absolute favorite. If you need to be able to hear someone on the phone, and have them hear you really well, this one is pretty good. If you're looking to listen to music and want both ears, then you might do like I do and carry a pair of stereo ones for that. I rarely use the stereo earbuds that I have, but do use a pair of stereo on the computer and on my tablet. I'm using a Poly Voyager Legend 50 headset. I can talk all day and half the next day with no issues. I usually only have to charge it every 3 days or so. It's amazing. It was about $109. Then I have the Poly Voyager Focus 2 headphones for listening to music, but with the mic, they're great for calls as well. They are on the ear headphones with a boom mic, and I use them mostly on my computer. The sound quality is quite good. I have used both of these on phone calls while I was working in the kitchen. I ran the blender and stood right next to the blender, and the people on the other end never knew I had run the blender until I told them. I'm like, "By the way, I'm running my blender. Can you hear it?" They didn't hear any difference from my end whether running the blender or not, which is really good. My voice was still clear the whole time, and they couldn't hear the blender! Okay, the headphones were like way more than Airpods. The 2024 version is currently sold out, which is what I got. The 2021 version is in stock, but it's $455. Has a charging stand to sit on your desk. They can be wired, use a special dongle, or use Bluetooth 5.4. You probably don't want to spend that much. As far as in ear earbuds to listen to music, I picked up several different models of SoundPeats earbuds. The top of the line was the H3, and those are amazing. However, talking on the phone with them is useless. Listening to music and drowning out the entire world even during a severe thunderstorm? Great for that. I also picked up a couple of open ear earbuds that allow you to hear your surroundings. Those are great when you've got to watch the young ones in the house. Both have great sound, but only one of them has good call quality both directions. It's hit or miss sometimes. The ones that worked great were about $40, and are currently on sale for $29.99. It was the SoundPEATS Pop Clip open ear buds. If you like that sort of thing. I use them daily with my table. I like the physical button instead of the capacitive touch, because I have circulation issues in my fingertips and capacitive touch doesn't always respond every try.
