I remember my Technics EAH-AZ60 lasted so long and sound profile was great. AZ80 and AZ100 shall be be good option. I love Jabra's sound profile especially mid bass,.. Using Huawei freebuds 4 pro and I'm enjoying them except that they distort sound above 80% volume but overall perfect for daily use.

I’m using Technics EAH-AZ60’s. ANC is awesome and they came with 7 sizes of buds so they fit great.

I do a 5km run once a week with them. Never had a problem in over a year.

I have the AZ60's, super happy with them that I don't feel the need to upgrade.

Where’d you find that deal. I picked up AZ60 for that a few years ago but lost them. I’d love to replace them for $100.

If your main priority is sound quality and you actively dislike ANC, you actually have some very good options in that price range. For a clean, natural, music-first tuning: Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 (with ANC turned off) – still one of the better-balanced TWS for music, strong mids and bass control. If you want a more neutral / detailed sound: Technics EAH-AZ60 / AZ60M2 – very good clarity and separation, especially for rock and acoustic music. If you're okay with a more “audiophile” approach: Galaxy Buds2 Pro (ANC off) – surprisingly good tuning, compact, and very enjoyable for music-only listening, even without using ANC. All of these are comfortable for walking, don’t force ANC usage, and focus more on sound quality than features. If you want something closer to the WF-C500 signature but more refined, I’d lean Sennheiser or Technics. Happy to narrow it down further if you prefer warm vs neutral sound.

Technics az60 and also the same problem with charging. Randomly one earbud is not charging. I have cleaned contact points. I have to remove them from the case and put again. Several times. It's annoying. For sure i won't buy Technics again.

Hoping to see AZ100. Have been happy with AZ60 and want to try upgrade. Will make AZ60 workout buds and AZ100 for everything else

Well, for me its anything in the Technics range, from the AZ60's through to the AZ100's....the Buds 2 Pro's are a decent bet, BUT the fit isn't the best, meaning the passive isolation isn't great, which in turn, means the ANC is undermined and no true multipoint👎🏽. My Sennheiser momentum 2's were great but lost one earbud 😭 My B&W's sounded lovely but bluetooth stability was pretty atrocious, so sent them back. Jabra 75t's were poor. Sony XM4'S were poor...sent back I recently got the Poly Voyager Free 20's...thought I'd give them a go and have been really impressed so far. Got a brand new pair of ebay for 39quid but now Amazon UK 🇬🇧 have reduced the price from 94quid to 39.99....an absolute steal 👌🏽
