I have the Tozo T20’s and the updated Tozo NC 9s and both are solid. You can download the app to get updates and manage EQ levels as well.

I’ve purchased almost everything at this point. I’ve compared them all back to back and side by side. The best ANC TWS you can get while actually having a working app is the new Bose Quietcomfort that just came out. Second is going to be Jabra Elite 8 second edition tied with AirPod Pro 2 with excellent fitting tips. After that, when you get into budget buds it’s a tough go. The Soundcore Space is OK, the Tozo NC9 is OK but definitely less than the above listed buds. If you’re using them for sleep at all, the Jabra and Bose fit me a lot better than AirPod Pro 2 but if you can use the stick style there are a lot more options out there for you.

Honeslty I spent like 150$ and got Raycon impacts and they are trash. Their best product and it doesnt function half the time. Has issues with the battery station contacts making is so half the time one ear bud doesnt even charge while in the dock. Other issues like random disconnects and sound issues dropping in and out etc... I since than purchased Tozo NC9 for $40 and they are far supior in every way. Even the dock is awesome as it has a digital interface that tells you how much charge is left in both earbuds and the dock its self, the battery life is better and so is the sound quality. Only been using it for about 5 years but its been rock solid once paired. I love them. I believe mine are the NC9 Hybirds that are $40 but they have a more expensive NC9 version for roughly $80.

I moved to the Tozo NC9 2024 (with the screen on the case) and I'm pretty pleased. They're around the same price (like $50ish), much better ANC and battery, sound is a mixed bag but overall better to my ears. Comfort not quite as good (they're bigger) but still good. Tozo also has some other variants which look quite interesting... There's so much good stuff in this price range.

I literally just returned a pair of Bose QCEs and am keeping a pair of Tozo NC9s. The Bose has really good noise cancelling but a sensor that put them to sleep if you stop moving….. so if you fell asleep in them, they wake you up. The Tozos have good ANC but not Bose good. They’re half the size though. They last a full night on low volume and aren’t dead but are getting low. The Bose lasted PROBABLY 12 hours, so a bit more but not worth getting woken up when I passed out. As for sound quality, I can tell big jumps between garbage and great but I have loud noise hearing damage and was never an audiophile. The Tozos are good for me and they have an eq in the app. They have a PILE of Amazon reviews and a good app, they have to be doing something sketchy to be so good AND cheap.

The tozo NC9 is actually insane for the price, I would never have bought AirPods Pro 2 if I knew that there were pairs like it out there. Touch controls, good sound, good battery, IPX8, 90% of the ANC of premium stuff.. At this point it’s not really worth it for me to switch since used wireless earbuds are not worth much.. but I’m happy that good value pairs like this exist if my AirPods die or I switch to android. I always recommend them for people on a tight budget.

Hey just seeing this. NC9 is the first and only TOZO product I personally own. But if I’m not mistaken the NC7’s MIGHT have had ear detection if I’m not mistaken and I could be very wrong off the top of my head but I have heard of a pair having them. I recommend just looking at a couple reviews on YouTube and see. Their most expensive model the X1 goldens should probably be one that has it if no other model does.

another vote for the tozo nc9 - put my xm5 buds through the wash a while back, replaced them with the tozo - my backups were the p30i. i seriously rate soundcore as a company, though quality varies greatly between models/suppliers. but the tozo is definitely better eq control and battery, and compared to sony at around $30 on amazon atm they’re basically free in comparison. my new fave by far, even with the stoopid case screen. and they come in red, historically for me at means at least twice the lifespan before i lose one.

After my dog are multiple pairs of AirPods, I’ve gone with the Tozo NC9s. Because he has expensive taste, they haven’t been eaten and I find them ok value for money. They’re not as good as AirPods. AirPods either transparency mode is good for running, and ANC for your other use cases.

I've tried other tozo earbuds like the Nc9 but the t6 do seem like a solid option without ANC. But I have noticed that tozo earbuds usually don't have the most accurate sound quality as in they don't really reproduce soundstage as well. But for comfort I think the tozo look better especially if you're a side sleeper.

And for ANC, the qcy melobuds pro are a winner. But for overall usage everyday and battery life, the tozo Nc9 are a clear winner to the Soundcore a30i

I've got liberty 4 Pros and absolutely love them. I also use liberty space a40s at night because of their small size and side sleeping. I said all that to say this. Tozos sound really good and they are pretty cheap so I bought NC9s, Crystal buds (no stem) and Crystal pods (stem), A1s, T10s, T12s. I am never more than a few feet of a pair or 2 earbuds no matter when or where I am. NC9S are my favorite Tozos, great sound and pretty good ANC, no wireless charging though, strange because the Crystal buds do have wireless charging and are usually cheaper. Anyway, something to think about.

I'm getting ready to head out of the country in a few weeks. I really like BASS, LOUDNESS, and NOISE CANCELLATION (in that order) and would like to find a decent set of wireless bluetooth earbuds that would drown out some of the plane engine sounds and perhaps be OK to wear just mowing the lawn. My truck has a JL Audio 1000w stereo in it and I currently use a nice set of Astro A50a's when gaming on my PC, PS5 and listening to podcasts on my iPhone--so that should tell you that I like loud "thumpy" bass the most. My budget would be around $100 max. I ordered the CMF Buds Pro 2 & Tozo NC9 Active Noise Cancelling Earbuds from Amazon last night and they have already shown up at my house. I am hesitant on opening them because quite a few reviews I've seen online say that the Tozo's are cheap and the noise cancelling isn't really very good at all. The CMF Buds Pro 2 look like it might be a hassle just to carry around and keep out in the open all the time just to use the controls. So, the question goes like this: "If you had $100 right now to throw at ANY earbud that gets LOUD, has great BASS and helps reduce the noises of normal day to day activities--what would be your TOP 3 CHOICES (in order)?" If you would like to give a few reasons why you think this way or another--I would be interested to hear YOUR opinions as well. My motto goes something like this--"Turn that shit UP & as long as the wife, kids, and neighbors don't have to hear it, then it's within bounds". UPDATE: JULY 4, 2025-- I got bored & opened up both the TOZO 9NC & the CMF BUDS PRO 2 this afternoon. First, the CMS: These things get just loud enough for me. As a former artilleryman, I have been tested for hearings loss and let's just say I don't hear like a youthful 19-year old anymore. The bass sounded great, the noise cancelling was pretty darn good as well. Although I could turn them up all the way with the bass setting on 5 (its max), I could tell that these things were probably very close to what I'm looking for. I got them to pair with my iPhone & PC quite easily, but my PC only recognizes them as a MIC. Maybe I messed something up when I first booted them up while I was charging them with the cable connected to my PC, but now I'm sad that they don't output sound into the earbuds at all (no sound) like they did the very first time I turned them on. Does anyone know how to rectify this? If so, I'd like to hear how. As far as the CMF BUDS PRO 2 go, I like everything about them except I really have no use for the control box & I can't get sound from my PC wirelessly with bluetooth like I did with the charging cable. Next, I opened the TOZO 9NC and immediately noticed that they were very small. I couldn't figure out the right way to insert them into my ears. The TOZO app is not very good and it wasn't laid out nearly as nicely or intuitive as the one from that NOTHING offers. The sound coming from the TOZOs sounded "anemic as fuck" and I couldn't get them to sound anywhere as loud and powerful as the others. When it came time to put them back in the charging case, it took much longer than I expected because even though I thought they were in correctly I couldn't close the lid because they were actually turned around. *HERE IS MY DILEMNA:* *Although I liked the sound from the CMF BUDS PRO 2s, I am contemplating taking the next step further and just "upgrading" to either the Nothing Ear (a)s or the Soundcore Liberty NC earbuds instead.* I pretty much know that I'll like the Nothing Ears, (as long as they sound similar to the Buds Pro 2s), but I'm also willing to consider the Soundcores as well, since they have been recommended here on this thread the most. This is an especially "tricky" decision to make since both of the higher-tier buds cost exactly the same amount of money ($89.99 USD) and can be here sometime before this long holiday weekend is over. *Maybe I'll buy them both and just return the ones that I don't want come Monday morning.* *Of course, Amazon is going to hate me by then.* https://preview.redd.it/fbnjijknmyaf1.jpg?width=1473&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b80c9269d949300c7eabf728e4d3da7d90f9de91

Tozo nc9. They sound frikking awesome, anc is great (I can not hear the neighbors or my ceiling fan with it on). And it's 39 bucks. You can sometimes catch them on sale for $20. But they are worth every bit of 40. Easily easily sound better than my pos air pods, and the battery lasts longer. They don't fall out during activities, and theyv run most of the day for me.

Highly durable. I use them every day while exercising, doing housework and sometimes at the office The sound quality is truly remarkable for the price point. Or the NC3! Both are by far the best sub 30 dollar buds I've ever used. Great sound, good enough ANC and passive modes, comfortable fit, quality build at this price point, good enough battery life.

For sure. The sticks work better for me personally and I like being able to grab the stick part to adjust without worry of hitting the touch controls, but like most earbuds it all really comes down to fit and I think my ears are just very shaped for the stick style. The crystal pods and crystal buds are both awesome as well, though you don't get the battery monitor on the case and the ANC/Passive modes are not as good (they struggle with sharp noises such as keys or chains jingling around, harshly amplifying the sound instead). The NC3/9 incorporate Tozo's newer ANC design.

Tozo NC9 or sconcore P30i. But if you can push the budget a bit then the SoundCore liberty 4NC.

Have a look at the noble range, but do you really want to spend that much on a pair of buds? I have bought many pairs of buds over the years, both cheap and very high end. I have come to the conclusion that you really don't need to spend that much anymore. For $300 you could get two or three pairs. I have multiple pairs of SoundCore buds, Noble, Bose and B & O. The ones I tend to use every day are the sound core P30i's, they have a great fit and I just love them , the other pair is the Tozo NC9. Both of these are about £30. Have a look at the SoundCore range as the app is the best out there and they have buds at all prices. Liberty 4NC are good alrounders.

They must have been defective. Mine have worked fine and are plenty loud.

Sadly, I have significant hearing loss in the upper frequencies (I'm 60), but they are still plenty loud enough for me.

I mean a lot of ear buds on the market fit that criteria, but here’s a couple options you can explore: The Tozo Hybrid have all your specifics and in terms of mic pick up for calls these ones are up there cos they have 6 inbuilt mics, so you can be in a noisy place and still have a pretty decent convo. They’re also waterproof so a lil extra bonus. The [JBuds from JLab](https://dbestlists.com/dp-B0C86WTC1C) have really good noise canceling and have the least delay in terms of commands. Like if you wanna pause or play or even have an uninterrupted call, they respond pretty much immediately and dont let your call lag but with some others you have to give it a second. These also have a movie mode that make audio super crisp and if you wanna watch smth, the audio syncs up with the visuals so there’s zero lag. The Catitru ones are actually best suited for sports like when you’re out on a run but i like the design a lot on these, it fits into the grooves of your ears and doesn’t budge. The others might jostle a little.

I have Tozos mine suck as far as ANC and the app is buggy as heck meaning I can never adjust the sound settings because it won’t connect. Finallly you have to have both earbuds in your ears to adjust the sound picture which sucks because I often only wear one bud on transparency mode at work

I just checked the prices on those and trust me, I’ve been buying Bluetooth since the single QCY mini 2 that had micro usb on the buds. Fun fact: I remember wanting wireless earbuds so bad in 2014, I got 2 of’em, paired each of them individually to my 2014 MacBook Air and BOOMM! I basically had what Apple did years later with the AirPods. After those I got the QCY T1, T2, T3…until the AirPods got released. Then I switched to apple! And if there’s 1 thing I learn, it is, nothing under $70 is worth it unless it’s temporary. Like a few month ago I lost the right side of my AirPods Pro and since I wasn’t interested one their 2ndneed time to thoroughly research replacements, I got the TOZO anc earbuds for $30 in the meantime. However they were so bad, I quickly got the Nothing ear 2024 for over $100 and I dont miss my AirPods Pro no mo’!

Tozo absolutely has been doing insane things with 2024 releases. The Hybrid Active and Crystal are great - both have noise cancelling but I'd say the hybrid active sounds the best. I have the E2s for casual/gym sessions as well.

Quick answer: Tozo’s new hybrid noise-cancelling earbuds are $40 AUD. Cheap enough that losing them won’t ruin your day, waterproof enough not to stress about rain or sweat, and they hold enough charge to get you through a decent stretch. The ANC and pass-through are fine, and the bright red colour makes them easier to spot when they vanish into the depths of your bag. They also come with a bunch of eartip options. If battery life is your nemesis, the Moondrop CHU wired earbuds are a great pick. Excellent sound, barely touch your phone battery, and you can kill Bluetooth completely to save even more juice. Plenty of trail runners and hikers I know are switching to bone conduction so they can hear what’s going on around them. Personally, not a fan, but I get the appeal so something to be said for knowing when a mountain biker is about to mow you down.
