I got the Tozo OpenRealz (offbrand shockz) and I'm really happy with them. They were maybe $30.

They are so comfortable that I forget I am wearing them and they have a great battery life. No wireless charging, but they don‘t need to be charged very often!

If I were you I'd go for open ear design. I have the Tozo Open Ears and it's surprisingly good. Stays out of your weird ears and is a good price. You can get great Bluetooth buds but you're paying prices between 250 - 600 USD. Noble, Denon, Technics, Hifiman all have decent models but they are all in ear.
