LEM-MemesterI never had a redmi product fail on me but these airdots indeed did. One of the ears' batteries became faulty within months and still runs but only for 5 minutes after a full charge, the other ear is fine and runs for hours. Such a shame because it was a great product.

I don't think the phone matters, my airdots connect to vivo as well as they do to my ipad. But yeah, they're pretty great.
