"At about 10 minutes in I felt my blood start to boil. It was like some Guantanamo torture method with all the different frequency sounds coming from those kids. Just then I remembered I had my earbuds so I popped them in, turned the ANC to the max, turned low ambient noise and within 5 minutes I was snoozing. About 30 minutes later the receptionist came to wake me up. Definitely worth the money for those 35 minutes of ANC bliss."

"makes the ANC 5x better"

"to my ears these have the best ANC with the lowest noise floor"

"I don't recommend them because of the automatic ANC. This ANC is crap, you have to stay away from it. ... you don't buy headphones with superb ANC to use this mode as rarely as possible."

"using them while running a stump grinder made crazy loud and annoying feedback the whole time."

I'm currently using the Jabra Elite 10, and they’ve been fantastic. The fit is excellent—they stay in place even during workouts. I previously tried the Pixel Buds Pro, but the fit wasn’t great for me. With the Elite 10, I never have to worry about them falling out, making them a perfect choice for both everyday use and exercise.

Jabra Elite here as well. I do about 1K miles/year, nearly all urban streets and nearly all with sound canceling (it’s never good enough to block all noise). Especially with electric cars, it’s about eyes and defensive running period. Ears are important, sure. But in the quiet electric era (or in cities with scooters and bikes cultures), I find myself looking way more than listening. I’ve been dense urban area running for 15+ years (think NYC and the like), and the change is real. I know the consensus is anti-sound canceling or anti-earbud and even anti-music. But I’ve run a ridiculous amount of miles over the years and music is a big part is my running. But to be fair, I chose my headphones based on battery life. Once I had a marathon go wrong and my headphones died at 3.5 hours and I limped to a 5 hour walking finish. Damn, even a touch of music might have helped the struggle. Best of luck!

I have small ears and the Elite 7's smallest size fit my ears perfectly. I could move any with confidence that they wouldn't fall out. The Elite 10 is a touch big for me so I don't have the same confidence but they fit none the less, I would just prefer a tighter fit

You can snag the jabras 10 if you're commuting and care about talking, 8 if you're active. They say they are discontinuing their earbuds line but 1. It'll be back 2. I still have every set I've ever owned and haven't had any issues. If you get 2 years out of them at 169 that about .25 cents per day. Great deal for great use but they'll last longer.

There’s no such thing as the perfect wireless earbuds that excel equally in calls, sound quality, music, and workouts. However, I’ve found that the Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2 and Elite 8 Gen 2 come closest to meeting my needs, especially for calls. I own two phones—a personal iPhone and a work Samsung Galaxy. Jabra earbuds connect to both simultaneously ( multipoint BT ) support ), which is a huge plus. They also feature a SideTone option, which is similar to ANC during calls. With SideTone, I can leave the feature on to hear my own voice and some background noise ( Default ),or turn it off for less background noise and reduced feedback of my voice. Personally, I prefer Jabra for calls because I dislike 100% noise cancellation during calls, music, or workouts. Jabra earbuds are very comfortable for me (I use the medium silicone tips) and stay secure in my ears. Compared to the Apple AirPods Pro 2, Jabra fits better and is slightly more comfortable. Additionally, AirPods Pro 2 can only connect to one phone at a time unless both devices are part of the Apple ecosystem. Another issue I’ve had with AirPods Pro 2 is that, when using just one earbud (in my case, the right one), the ANC feels unnatural, and I find it bothersome. For ANC Lovers Jabra’s ANC is good but not the best. If ANC is your top priority, Bose QuietComfort Ultra earbuds are an excellent choice, offering superior ANC. AirPods Pro 2 also perform well in this area but, again, they’re not as ideal for calls compared to Jabra. For the ultimate ANC experience, I recommend over-ear headphones. The Sony WH-1000XM4/XM5 are my top pick, offering slightly better music quality than Bose. On the other hand, Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones edge out Sony by a small margin for ANC. It comes down to personal preference: Bose delivers 1% better ANC, while Sony has a 1% edge in sound quality. For audiophiles, other over-ear options like Apple AirPods Max, Sonos Max, Bang & Olufsen, Sennheiser, and Technics are worth considering. While their in-ear models are also good, they’re still a step below their over-ear counterparts for sound quality. For Music Enthusiasts If music is your primary focus, over-ear headphones are generally better than in-ear options. The soundstage, clarity, and overall experience are superior with over-ear models. For Workouts When it comes to workouts, many in-ear earbuds, even the most secure ones, tend to fall out during intense activity. For running or heavy workouts, I recommend earbuds with ear hooks, such as the Beats Fit Pro. Ear hooks provide much better security during movement. Conclusion Ultimately, the best choice depends on your primary use case: • For calls: Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2 or Elite 8 Gen 2. Support of multipoint BT ( 2 phones ) • For ANC: Bose QuietComfort Ultra (in-ear or over-ear). • For music: Sony WH-1000XM4/5 or Bose QuietComfort Ultra (over-ear). • For workouts: Choose earbuds with ear hooks like Beats Fit Pro. Every brand and model has its strengths and weaknesses, so it’s all about finding the right product for your specific needs. Let me know if you’d like further adjustments!

Can vouch for jabra. Bought the elite 10s this weekend. Music quality is insane. Really easy and quick to use. Fitment is crazy good, it doesnt make you look stupid like some other earbuds. Even the mic is better than my sony whx headphones (soucre: gf). Only downside i can think of is that they dont like strong winds. They make some noise with ANC on and off

Well that's annoying. Because they were $299 last week on Amazon. I obviously never would have bought from *the airport* otherwise. Lol Fair, 3 weeks isn't forever. I needed them asap sadly, as my Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2s went in the ocean.

My Jabra Elite 10 G2 fell in the ocean, so I bought XM5s. I am happy with the change, not so happy being out almost $200.
