Just bought an Instant Pot 4qt for small size, square basket, light and window. We have 3-4 servings tops so I am hopeful. I see my last Ninja on fire because it was impossible for me to clean.
First edition InstantPot big air fryer has worked well but broke the tray. 2nd gen with the stainless face is a little beefier so I’m hoping it continues. Zero issues so far.
I’ve had both: a really fancy Cuisinart and a much cheaper and better basket-style one from Instant Pot. The Instant Pot one is simpler. You set time and temp, it preheats, beeps when it’s time to put the food in, beeps when it’s time to flip it, and beeps when it’s done. It simple and I burn things less often.

The good thing? Almost all of them performs that way too, it just depends which brand you are going for, it's electronics and if it's a dual basket or single one.
Cosori turboblaze would be the top choice for air fryers because it uses DC motor, so less noise and faster cooking while keeping the crispiness up to par. It's expensive than most but it's definitely worth it.
On the other hand, instant vortex plus for a budget option is the best one. Instant appliances really are something, competing the market at a low price.
