Miele 6360 milk perfection owner. Simple math for me. Wife and I spent enough at coffee shops to justify the purchase and the result has been that we virtually never buy coffee out anymore. Solid machine. We are 3.5 years in and it runs flawlessly. Would buy it again if doing it over.
Miele CM63 worth every penny.
I picked up the Miele CM6360 last year because I only wanted Costco for this reason.
I bought a Miele CM6360 last year and it does everything. It has user profiles, individual drink profiles within the user profiles, so that it’ll consistently pour you the coffee that you want. If there was a way for it to satisfy me sexually, I don’t think I’d ever leave the kitchen! 😂
I have a Miele CM6350 bean to cup machine. Was very expensive but it does a good job for our several coffee drinkers. The main downsides are that its water tank is a bit on the small side, it spends a lot of its time whirring and rinsing itself (like an Epson inkjet printer) and the official cleaning and maintenance consumables aren't cheap.
Bought a Miele CM6360. It rocks.
You know, in parameters settings that you can change temperature. I find maintenance easy. Takes a few minutes daily. A few more minutes weekly. And the periodic maintenance (milk system, descaling, brew unit) you do have to initiate, and then they run on their own. As an owner of super-automatic machines for over 20 years the Miele is hands above my previous machines (Gaggia, Capresso-Jura, Jura). I like that the Miele is a bit old school with its interface. Just an opinion!
Bought a Miele CM6360. It rocks. Look at professional reviews. It’s a great machine
Miele has a better cleaning and milk foaming system than Jura. The e8 is juras economy line. If you are in the US you will get similar performance to the cm6 from the kf8 for $1200 if you are looking to save $$. Its more user friendly too.
The kf8 would be more expensive if its there. The miele is a better performer and more feature rich
Ha, the issue is jura usa nickel and dimes everything . The e8 is like $2300 here. $1300 not eu is a fair price for the e8 considering. Ive never had the e8 but i looked at one for a vacation house. Milk performance was fine, but all things being equal (including price) Miele has more drinks, more convenient steam cleaning. Downside is the Miele cm6 no longer offers the americano which is crazy to me. The form factor of the Miele is large and incharge. A big brut style rectangle, and the water tank handle is super flimsy. Miele needs to update their machines as id consider them overall dated in style and ux compaired to newer Kitchaid, Melitta and Novina machines that share the same contract manufacturer and base design.
I've had built in Miele coffee machines since 2005, when I moved to a condo I bought the countertop version in 2025. In two decades the machines were flawless, never having an issue and making exceptional coffee every time. I like all the options these days and in a flat white phase.
I knew that I'd never drink espresso in the morning if it didn't involve a press of a button. Bought a Miele super automatic from Costco, and it's been the best. Always keep it clean and perform the proper maintenance. Use filtered water and OEM cleaner from Miele. It's held up for years. Only use medium or light roast non-flavored beans as specified. You're able to specify grind size, amount of coffee and volumes to tailor the espresso drinks to your taste. We use it mostly for espresso, cappuccino, Americano, lattes and lately macchiato. Again with just a push of the button for the most part. The ability to use whole beans or even ground coffee (for coffee) with the Miele saves money. There's often used and new machines on Facebook marketplace. It's a great machine that will hold up until the plastic degrades. Parts can be purchased, albeit from Germany, off of eBay like gaskets. Edit: Also you're not producing plastic waste like a Nespresso or Keurig.
My FIL likely won the Miele in a golf outing and then gifted it to us. We were using a Breville previously and were totally fine with it.
I had a entry level DeLonghi for like 10 years and it served me well, and I was fully intending on getting another similar one. Then I got a great deal on a Miele ($500 off so low one thousand-ish), then I got a greater deal on my Jura Z10 (ended up paying $2200 after everything). I got to use the Miele and Jura side by side for a few days and decided that Z10 is worth the premium for the milk frothing, which is on a totally different level from the Miele. Miele did make pretty good espresso though. I drink 3-4 shots just about every days, so even with the higher price tag my cost per use is pretty damn low.
