Check out the Amazfit GTR 4 or Galaxy Watch 4 if you can find it on sale - both hit most of your requirements and actually look like proper watches instead of those chunky fitness tracker things. The GTR 4 especially has insane battery life and the health tracking is pretty solid for the price range

Galaxy Watch 4 is gonna be your best bet for accuracy on all those metrics. The Samsung Health ecosystem is pretty solid and the sensors are decent quality Huawei's banned from Google services so that's a pain, and Xiaomi's hit or miss with accuracy but crazy cheap if budget is tight

I changed a galaxy watch4 for a Garmin Fénix 8 and there is no color.....no point of comparison.

I have a Samsung watch 4 with a ~$25AUD strap/case thing from supcase or something like that. I've taken that thing through hell and it's fine for years.

The Galaxy watch 8 internal speaker is a big downgrade no one is talking about, it sounds very low. In fact the galaxy watch 4 speakers sound louder than the galaxy watch 8. Anyone facing this similar issue?

Rolex Submariner two-tone. I wear that all the time except when I'm running, cycling, doing weights or HIIT training. During those I don't wear a watch. The only time I wear a smartwatch (Galaxy Watch 4) is once per quarter during my run, when I use it to measure my VO2Max and my Heart Rate Recovery, which are the metrics I use to check my fitness level.

Heya. I had the same question a few months ago. I ended up stumbling on a hella cheap galaxy 4 watch on market place for $75. Had a chip and some cases scratches and went for it. If I destroy it, then not a viable option, but if it survives then ill replace it at a later date. I do similar stuff in the industrial field also, but yeah... find what tickles your fancy, find a cheapie and send it

GW4 is lagging a lot, since the OneUI 8 update. My watch is bluetooth, and it keeps disconnecting for some reason since a long time, I would rather buy a LTE watch to never have to worry about that again. GW9 will stay at a steep price for at least the first year since its launch.

I am not a brand loyalist, so my phone right now isn't a Samsung. It's an Oppo Find X9, I had samsung a few years ago when I bought the GW4. I really like the look of GW8. My GW4 looks shit since I didn't use any screen protector or anything of that sorts on it, it's also lagging like hell ever since the OneUI 8 update. Also, I am guessing the new watches will have a steep price, at least for the first year of their life.

It’s available for around ₹20k in India right now, which is roughly $220. While I wouldn’t say that’s dirt cheap for a watch, because most Indians use smartwatches that cost around $20–30, I bought my GW4 for around $110 in 2022.
