I have the viper mini and I think its one of the best small mouse with its shape. Sad razer not going to release a wireless version of the mini with the same shape and size w a new sensor. Idk what razer is up to. JUST GIVE ME A NEW VIPER MINI WITH THE SAME SHELL, MAKE IT WIRELESS AND GIVE IS NEW BUTTONS AND SENSOR. ITS NOT THAT HARD

I moved to razer's mice after the double click problems with Logitech's and while they don't have the double clicking issue, the scroll wheels are worse. Returned the Viper mini due to random scrolling in opposite direction and the return started having the same issue in few months. Deathadder has fared better but its scroll wheel starts squeaking now and then.

I have been using the g305 and viper mini. I'll count them as mid in terms of price. Now i wanna know. What differentiates it from the gpro s and hyperspeeds. I don't think I've ever spun out the sensor. If there is a difference, should i buy the gpro(non-superlight)

I used to love it. But lately it gave me soo many problems with the scroll wheel (my jumps are bound to it. So when i move the mouse around, it makes me jump in unwanted situations). So i shifted back to my g305 but all in all i think I'll stick to the g305 for now. Thanks

Hey everyone, I have been using small mice for quite a while now. Right now, I have a relaxed claw grip and I mostly play Valorant/CS2. Since my hand size is 20x10 cm, I started out with a DeathAdder Elite and then gradually moved on to smaller mice with the release of the Razer Viper Mini, which is probably my favorite mouse to date. Everything about that mouse is beautiful. Using a mouse with a smaller form factor gave me excellent precision in-game and allowed for micro-adjustments. However, as I sought to use a wireless mouse, I tried a lot of small mice. Doing that probably evolved my taste, and I now know what I want from a small mouse. Here's a list of the mice I have used, in the order I used them: Razer DeathAdder Elite Razer Viper Mini Ironcat Infinity Mini Pro (aka Pwnage Symm 2) Glorious Model O - (wired) Pulsar X2 mini Lamzu Atlantis Mini Glorious Model O- (wireless) Xtrfy M42 Wireless Ajazz AJ199 Incott HPC01M Pro VGN Dragonfly F1 Pro Ajazz AJ199 4k (Using it right now) I could give you a lot of reasons for using or not using each mouse, but I think it will eventually depend on individual preference. As for my preference, I like a mouse with minimal width and curved sides. I've also come to discover that because of my larger hand size, it's better for my grip if the mouse is taller at the front. I have been using the Ajazz AJ199 4k for the past few months. It's almost the perfect mouse, but I've noticed some slight latency issues with it. Ideally, I would like to have a wireless Viper Mini, but I guess that's not possible without spending hundreds of dollars. If you guys have any small mice to suggest, please let me know. Also, I'd be happy to give my review on any of the mice I have listed. Thanks!

Trust me when I say Razer mice are good. I’m using the Deathadder V3 Pro, previously had Deathadder V2 Mini, Viper Mini, Orochi V2. And out of the 4 mice except for Orochi all mice have scroll wheel issues. Generally occurs between 3-9 months. I have RMA’d my DAV3Pro for the second time now for the same issue. Also Orochi v2 sensor stops working. I have kind of lost faith in Razer. The DAV2Mini still works nicely with little scroll wheel hick-ups here and there (very manageable) but DAV3Pro was completely useless because even while touching the scroll wheel would cause the mouse to go haywire, to the point I couldn’t work at all (I’m an architect). So yeah safe to say, I’m staying away from Razer in the future.

My friend and I bought two VGN F1 SE mice for $25 each, and they are much worse than my Razer Viper Mini and his Pulsefire Haste. So, we're both looking for Razer and HyperX wireless models. Additionally, all Chinese mice have terrible software. I usually bind the side buttons on the mouse to applications, but Chinese mice almost never support this (they use OEM software from the controller manufacturer), which is just awful.

In terms of feeling, Zowie ZA series is number 1 for me. When I hold it it feels like home. That's when I used to palm grip. I tried that at local store and I never owned one so idk how my aim perform with that. Currently I owned 2 mice. Viper Mini and GPX, my main. But I like the Viper Mini shape way more than the GPX. If the Viper Mini was wider, that would've been my main anyday of the week.

If you dont want to spend too much for wired i can suggest logitech g203 prodigy or razer viper mini which i used both in the past. Although wireless mouses last pretty long,if the mouse doesnt have a charging deck and just uses battery,u can buy rechargable battery pack which isnt pricey and a recharger. Im using a wireless g305 rn and the battery it came with lasted me like 6 months before it started bugging out. Ive gone through 3 batteries so far and only charged them once.

Razer Viper Mini is a great wired option for around 1.5k or below. For wireless options I dont know any that I haven't read qc issues about, maybe something from Rakk? If you can stretch to like 1.8k you can get them the Logitech G304 Lightspeed, a classic and reliable wireless mouse.

No joke, these scroll wheels are notorious for having issues that can be fixed by putting your mouth over the area to make a seal and blowing hard. don't know why. See: https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/s/ujHk5HvoaK Personally I use a Viper for 4 years of compulsive fps and dota and my scroll wheel is great. My brother has one purchased at the same time that had a wheel issue. Just unlucky

Well if the Mini size is good for you, the viper mini can be had for around $25 on Amazon and you can use that budget to buy a second one if it craps out. Note the viper is significantly smaller than Deathadder, so mini viper might be a bit smaller than you want. Check out Rocketjumpninja.com for a good comprehensive guide, he recommends measuring your middle 3 fingers across at the knuckle and selecting a mouse with width around that size. You can sort his top mice charts and find other options around the size of your deathadder mini.

Rakk Dasig - heavy at 90g, outdated 3325 G102 - heavy at 85g, outdated 1855 Aula SC580 - heavy and another 3325, better build quality than Rakk Dasig at least Viper Mini - 3359 is old but acceptable, high lift off distance (preference), good but relatively slow skates. Actually usable weight (60 ish grams) too bad its discontinued and there are no viper minis that arent fakes below 1k, the razer cobra (viper mini replacement) starts at 2k. Hawk 1 - avoid Garuda Gear brand as a whole, too many quality control issues Attack Shark X11 - old 3311 sensor, avoid their sub 1k mice and go straight to 3395 like their Attack Shark X3 VXE R1 - build quality issue, luck of the draw depending on the batch you get. Go straight to R1 Pro for higher chance of better QC, issues dont show up until weeks or months in use (switches or scroll wheel is usually first to show issues, shell creaking and slam clicking problems as well but those are rarer with the model I mentioned) Only mouse I would consider from that list is VXE R1, but you're better off saving 2k+ for more better options

I have a Viper Mini, and highly recommend it if you're going for a wired mouse. It's absurdly light and the feet that come out of the box glide quite smoothly (I'm NOT a mouse/aiming enthusiast so correct me if I'm wrong :D). That being said, I do think wireless mice are really good and quite reliable now. The Superlight and Lamzu Atlantis are what my friends are using and they've got nothing but good things to say.

I'm still probably going to go with the razer viper. I bought the ultimate back in like 2016-2018 and so far it's the longeat I've ever been able to keep a mouse both because my hands sweat when I get nervous and I flick hard so if there's a wire it'll be yanked out. I like the feel and fit of it, absolutely hate the company and the shit software you have to download just to get the mouse going and then get to uninstall. The only reason I'm looking to replace it is because the stand it comes with to charge or the metal pieces where the prongs on the stand sit are going bad and it won't charge without fiddling with it, and the rubber sides on both sides are just torn/worn down to the plastic lol, it still works amazingly and I still love the feel and size.

I'm hoping someone can share with me the hidden insight of "Shape is best for you" 1. Shape matters 2. I don't see people walking around with 3,4 or 5 or 6 fingers. Hands seem to follow a pattern of how the bones are structured. This is to say that an ideal mouse shape does/can exist. 3. It's proven that the GPX is leagues ahead of other gaming mice. Apex tournaments, CSGO's best player in the world S1mple (at least when I researched mice), the aim labs tournaments. All won by GPX users. I can certify that in my own experience, I get the effect of "wow amazing" from razers narrow grip widths like the viper or the curvy mice - you can move faster. but the issue is you can't move *faster, anywhere*. The GPX keeps *all* of my hands tendons relaxed so I can whip the mouse in far more directions with far more precision.
