"too bad its discontinued and there are no viper minis that arent fakes below 1k"
There are very few with an adjustable sensor position. I only have experience with the razer orochi V2, Taipan, viper mini, viper mini SE and gwolves hsk pro. So I can only speak on those. You'll have to do your own research on pwnage. They seem to have produced some well priced bangers from what I've heard so I doubt they'll disappoint. The sensors on all modern gaming mice are overkill nowadays so I wouldn't worry about that either. I have a €300 mouse and never used its 8k polling rate.

r/FPSAimTrainer • How important is a mouse for your aim training? ->You do have a pretty good mouse. It can do 8k with a dongle, under 2ms latency. I have those internals in a Viper Mini SE shell that I had 3D printed in nylon. It is not noticably different in performance to my DAV3. I'm not saying you shouldn't upgrade. I'm just saying what you have is closer to the best gaming mouse out there than it is to a random Bluetooth wireless mouse from the corner store. That being said, most "better" mice will be lighter. If you want a weighty mouse, with premium features, look for something like a used Logitech G502 or G502X, or Razer Basilisk. Those RTS ready mice have a lot of extra buttons, but are also heavier. Most gaming focused mice go for lightest weight possible. As a result, even $160 Logitech and Razer offerings tend to feel cheap. At least, cheap if you equate weight to quality. Which, most people do before they try a super light class mouse. To each their own.
r/MouseReview • Best Wireless Gaming Mouse under $100? ->Review of the ATK U2 This is my first review like this i hope it is useful to someone. I am using a standard tape measure and converting from inches to cm so measurements might not be exact. This is my hand size for reference. My hand size is about 17.78cm x 8.89cm and my thumb is on the short, stumpy side at around 5.08cm. First off a little TLDR Warning a backstory to my mouse journey. So the Journey began with my first mouse a redragon M901 equipped with PMW3360 Precision Sensor. Then I tried the Redragon M913 Impact Elite equipped with the Pixart 3335. It was decent much better then the stock mice I always got with the prefab desktops I had as a kid. I returned it because the battery life was horrible on it and stuck with the wired version. Moving on I purchased my first name brand mouse real gaming mouse it was the Logitech g604 using the HERO 16K sensor. This bad boy was a chonker weighing in at 135 grams. But boy did it feel better. Everything about it felt more precise. I want to say I mained this bad boy for about a year. I I started watching a lot of reviews on mice and got the itch to try something new. Less buttons as I had gotten tired of setting up hotkeys for my games and wanted something that I could set up and key a few buttons quickly and get to playing. I also wanted to try lighter wireless mice as I had heard they are a lot better. This is when I stumbled onto the g305. It used the same HERO 16K sensor if I'm not mistaken with the model I had (I have sold it since then). It was lighter and had a decent sensor for the time. I used the AAA battery mod in it. The only thing I didn't really like about that mouse was that the back end sits low, the middle is pretty wide for my grip style. It felt off to me. Shortly after I got the Orochi v2 and this was the best I had tried. Equipped with the 5G Advanced 18K DPI Optical Sensor (according to tech power up it's a the PixArt PAW3369) the shape fit my claw style grip it was light weight and it felt perfect. Well this was short lived not long after I tried the viper mini because I wanted to try optical switches and it was a cheap way to do so. The Viper Mini is equipped with the PAW3359. I fell in love with the switches and just hated the cable. I wasn't sure if it was a placebo or if the opticals really felt quicker to me and more responsive but I was stuck on them. So I bought the viper ultimate. This checked all my boxes at the time. Light weight for the time 74g, opticals switches, and wireless. It came equipped with the Focus+ sensor (PAW3399). My claw grip felt great on this mouse. The only thing I didn't like about the mouse was the side buttons on the side for left handed people. Not a big deal as it was easy to disable and the rubber grips they wear down after time. I tried the G-Wolves HSK Wired equipped with the PWM3389 Sensor and weighing in at 36g. I liked the weight, the lack of side buttons was the deal breaker for me and the fact it was wired. I liked the size of it and felt pretty nice in my hand but the wire was annoying to me and the lack of side buttons just made it not suitable for my gaming needs. I continued to mained the viper ultimate until the release of the viper v2 pro and ordered the hyper polling dongle as soon as it launched, 4k Hrz polling later updated to 8k hHrz polling. The v2 pro was a huge upgrade to me, lighter at 58g as opposed to 74G, and equipped with the Focus Pro 30K (PixArt PAW3950). This was mained until the release of the Viper Mini SE. i Originally passed on the first batch of the Viper Mini SE due to the price and having spent so much on the Viper V2 pro at launch and not having used it super long. But the beauty of the Viper Mini SE got to me. It really checked all the boxes I wanted in a mouse. Super light weight at 48.3 grams, High Polling 8k Hrz, amazing Build quality, and top tier sensor. The down side was the price tag. Once it came back in stock my Ex ordered it for me. I have since put it up for personal reasons and this led me on the journey to find my new main. So now here we are with the ATK U2. I started looking for a new mouse and didn't want to spend Razer, Logitech, Final Mouse kind of money on my next mouse. I stumbled onto a lot of different brands of Allie Express Mice and noticed something sub $70 8k polling support on a mouse. This caught my eyes. I also noticed they had it implemented for wired and wireless. Both my V2 Pro and Viper Mini SE only supported 8k in wireless mode which I always found silly and figured it had to do with the dongle having something in it that allowed it since the V2 Pro only came stock with the 1k dongle. I looked some more and noticed the the ATK F1 extreme supported the 8k polling wired/wireless and its shape is almost exactly as the hitscan hyperlight. Which is very close to the viper mini shape. Watched a lot of reviews on ATK and i ordered the F1 Extreme for about $69. My copy came in at 35.73g with 4 tiger ice v2 dot skates. I got it in the mail, got it out of the box and I was in love, boxed up my Viper mini SE and put it in storage. I had seen the zowie U2 shape and wanted to try it but never bought one. I had seen the ATK U2 on sale when I was looking for a new mouse but the 49 +/- weight was a turn off for me because I wanted a super light mouse sub 40g with 8k polling because i remembered loving the weight of the gwolves hsk wired and now sub 40g wireless is a thing. So after using the ATK F1 extreme i ordered the ATK U2 ultimate for about $56. TLDR over on to the review. My copy of the ATK U2 comes in at 52.31g with the stock skates. I got it from aliexpress so i don't know how the shipping from ATK’s Official site is. The unboxing experience is nice. It comes packed in a brown box that says ATK on it. Inside of that box is the mouse's actual box. It comes with an 8k dongle, a decent paracord cable on the stiffer side of paracord cables, and extra skates. I have not used extra skates. They say they are control skates. It also comes with grip tape as well. I don't like to use grip tape but its a nice addition. Software/Web Driver: ATK U2 has 2 ways to use the software for mouse adjustments: a web driver [ATK HUB](https://hub.atk.pro/) and the software. I use both. I prefer the web driver if I'm messing with settings for the mouse. It's just more fluid and it's easy to use in English. The software was in Chinese from the start for me a little messing around i got it working in English. I use the software if I want to quickly look at the battery level of the mouse. The web driver you have to add the mouse each time you load it if you close the browser. With the software you do not have too. Both Drivers are full of features and do the same things. Allows you to adjust DPI, Polling Rate, Angle, LOD, Dongle RGB setting, Key binds, and Firmware updates and much more. Only complaint I have about the software is that the Key binds do not have the ability to be paired to the application you use. This was a feature that kept me liking Logitech and razors software as buggy as synapse is. This is an easy fix honestly and I wished I found it sooner. I started using a program called X-mouse Button Control. This allows you to be able to implement your key binds using X-Mouse Button Control and set them up to be used on a per application basis i also set it up to have google cloud save my key binds to the cloud so i have thin in an event that i have to reformat my PC and don't have to go back the key binding process. X-Mouse Button Control fixes my only complaint about their software and its free and pretty light on computer Resources. [You can Get X-Mouse Button Control here](https://www.highrez.co.uk/downloads/xmousebuttoncontrol.htm) The Shell And Coating: The mouse has a nice coating; it feels kind of like a smooth matte texture. It's not a rough feeling like the V2 Pros texture. Not on the shell something felt off when compared to my old V2 Pro and I couldn't put my finger on it until I was reading some other reviews. The shell does not feel as dense. I have tried squeezing the mouse pretty hard more than you would put on the mouse in normal day to day use and I don't get any squeaking, creaking or flexing. So it is not a bad feeling that it feels less dense, it's just how it is. Battery life: I have not had the mouse dies once on me i have a bad habit of if i'm done i will toss the mouse on the charge that being said i have been running it at 8k polling and ran it multiple sessions without charging the 800mah battery makes 8k Hrz honestly feel like when i used 1k Hrz with older wireless tech. The Grip: The mouse honestly feels to me like it speaks to you. When I grabbed it for the first time my grip was pretty much locked in. It is one of the most comfortable mice I have used for my claw grip. Clicks and Scroll wheel: The Omron Opticals are on par with razer opticals in my opinion. They have a nice crisp click quick and easily spammable buttons. The side buttons feel great they are pretty good size not tiny and the placement of them is perfect it's designed in such a way i don't have to feel like i have to place my tomb in a specific place to hit the button it feels like my thumb wants to be there and the buttons just happen to be where they can be hit easily. The Scroll wheel is using the TTC Gold encoder. It feels amazing with great tactile steps. The scroll slick is easy to use and I have not gotten any accidental scrolls while clicking. The main chip: is the Nordic 52840 The Sensor: Not much to say they did a great job implementing the Pixart PAW3950. Honestly i feel its on Par with Razers implementation of it The Dongle: The dongle is ok. It has adjustable RGB which is nice. I would have liked the dongle to be smaller and more of a normal shape but it's not an added cost to the mouse, it's included with it and it works really well so all and all no gripes. All in all this is my favorite mouse, my new main. I liked it so much I bought a 2nd one on sale for around $49. I plan to do some mods to it, a battery weight reduction, use dot skates, and add qi charging to it. When I get my second copy in the mail I will make any updates I need to to this review. # ATK U2 = 10/10 Would Recommend
r/MouseReview • ATK U2 Review ->I will always recommend the Endgame Gear OP18k (or the OP1w 4k if you simply cannot fathom using a wired mouse), or the WLMouse Beast X Mini. Cannot go wrong between these two. I also love my Razer Viper Mini SE, but I'd never in a million years recommend it, purely due to its cost and lack of availability.
r/MouseReview • Recommendations for small mouse ->Wow. That is a very tough question to answer since it is so subjective. For ME personally, considering my grip, handsize, weight preference, shape preference, I would have to say hitscan hyperlight, superlight 2c, or razer viper mini SE. But there are SO many factors at play here. Many think the viper V3 pro is the best on the market right now, which does not suit my needs.
r/MouseReview • So I got my Superlight 2c in yesterday... ->Yeah it is just an amazing mouse. Arguably not worth the price though
r/MouseReview • So I got my Superlight 2c in yesterday... ->If you have a smaller hand size the Cobra is a really comfortable mouse for productivity and gaming. I daily the Viper Mini SE and they are very close in size and shape. If I didn’t have the mini I would still be using a cobra!
r/razer • Hey, I’m looking for a new mouse. Which one would you recommend out of these: ->Well, now I bought the Razer Pro Click V2 Vertical, using it together with my Razer Viper mini Signature Edition, which is more than 100g lighter than the vertical. For me who plays competitive wuthering waves, I’d say the vertical is very nice to have in terms of speed-running. I actually feel arthritis using the Viper Signature even paired with the Razer Firefly V2 Pro mouse mat and the Razer mouse palm rest. Sure I’m losing out on 8k polling rate which is a huge draw back for me, but for 3 man team speed running, fast, non stopping clicking is the key and the Proclick V2 vertical can really leverage my muscle pain for it
r/MouseReview • Razer Pro Click V2 & V2 Vertical Edition ->If you like small and light mice and can get one without paying scalping prices the Viper Mini Signature edition from Razer is my favorite.
r/buildapc • What’s the best mouse money can buy? ->RAZER VIPER MINI SIGNATURE EDITION
r/playrust • To all the high hour players, what mouse you rocking? ->Premium? Razer Viper Mini Signature Edition and I don’t want to hear your opinion on what it costs
r/MouseReview • Zekken Using Another Unreleased Razer Mouse ->I too upgraded to vxe r1 pro after 2.5yrs of using viper mini, right now waiting for shipping
r/MouseReview • VXE R1 Pro/Max : Long term users - How is your experience so far? ->Well that's preference. I first got viper mini but my pinky hurt so much I returned it and bought v2 mini. No pain at all. Now I'm using dareu a950 Pro clone and no pain at all. It has similar shape to viper mini so dunno why.
r/MouseReview • What's your favorite MOUSE SHAPE of all time? ->decent enough, pretty heavy compared to most comp mice though. I'd only get it if you really like the shape. You can get good 30 dollar mice from china at 50\~ grams, but with shapes closer to the viper mini or regular.
r/SiegeAcademy • is the g502x a decent mouse for siege? ->i use the viper mini
r/playrust • To all the high hour players, what mouse you rocking? ->Honestly, I started with a Viper Mini and MP510 I’ve not become better while having all these new peripherals 20+ mice and mousepads. Of course I’m better than 5 years ago lol, but aim training and just playing the games I like has helped much more than peripheral changes. I went from a Viper Mini 5 years ago to a Hitscan Hyperlight (similar shape) basically went full circle lol. Even tried the XM1 that you have but it was too large for my hand, but it felt very premium to me at the time.
r/MouseReview • Come and help me find a new mouse ->I started with the Viper Mini, and it feels like my mouse journey has now come full circle, returning to a Viper Mini-esque shape again. I will definitely review it in the coming weeks.
r/MouseReview • Bought the Hitscan Hyperlight Mouse for just £50! - AMA ->I actually started playing Valorant with the Viper Mini, I quit playing though, I don't enjoy it as much anymore.
r/MouseReview • Bought the Hitscan Hyperlight Mouse for just £50! - AMA ->if you can stretch it to 2k this will last you years [https://shopee.ph/Vxe-Mad-R-R-MAJOR-MAJOR-Series-Major-Ultra-Lightweight-Dual-Mode-Wireless-Esports-Mouse-Ergonomic-Game-Ssential-Mouses-Boys-i.272922800.26559132298?sp\_atk=a03f7a29-a611-47c7-ad7b-f11d80a6bb48&xptdk=a03f7a29-a611-47c7-ad7b-f11d80a6bb48](https://shopee.ph/Vxe-Mad-R-R-MAJOR-MAJOR-Series-Major-Ultra-Lightweight-Dual-Mode-Wireless-Esports-Mouse-Ergonomic-Game-Ssential-Mouses-Boys-i.272922800.26559132298?sp_atk=a03f7a29-a611-47c7-ad7b-f11d80a6bb48&xptdk=a03f7a29-a611-47c7-ad7b-f11d80a6bb48) or Vxe R1 at 1.7k [https://shopee.ph/VXE-dragonfly-R1-Mouse-Game-PAW3395-Lightweight-Wireless-Mouse-i.368885895.23585246373?sp\_atk=46eb2936-41d2-43a0-8993-5a4e4eb41b88&xptdk=46eb2936-41d2-43a0-8993-5a4e4eb41b88](https://shopee.ph/VXE-dragonfly-R1-Mouse-Game-PAW3395-Lightweight-Wireless-Mouse-i.368885895.23585246373?sp_atk=46eb2936-41d2-43a0-8993-5a4e4eb41b88&xptdk=46eb2936-41d2-43a0-8993-5a4e4eb41b88) many ppl recommending viper mini but i advise against it because my scroll wheel broke after like 6 months or so, yes its still good but the scroll will be unusable. Also avoid rakk gahum, when its in 2.4ghz mode theres a slight delay and it messes up my aim in valorant, my brothers attack shark x3 however, does not, so maybe try considering it.
r/PHbuildapc • Hello. Do you guys know of any good gaming mice for around 1k? ->No. It’s viper mini size
r/MouseReview • Pwnage Trinity - Carbon Fiber Symm ->Before switching from the Viper Mini to the wired Cobra, I had some preconceptions based on what people were saying on this sub but honestly I didn’t notice much of a difference, if any at all. I recently moved to the Cobra Hyperspeed to finally get rid of the cable, accepting a few trade-offs (like the puck/dock hole and a 26K sensor instead of 30K). It’s exactly the same dimensions as the wired Cobra, just +4g heavier which is still within a reasonable lightweight range (50–60g is my ideal sweet spot). Again, I noticed no difference at all and I’ve had no issues with the skates on my side. Besides that, it’s such a pleasure to finally be wireless with a lightweight mouse clone of the OG RVM. Now, if in the future they finally release what we’ve all been asking for like an RVM SE with the latest top-tier sensor, no holes, and a fair price without treating us like cash cows I’ll switch to it instantly. Until then, this mouse will do its job very well.
r/MouseReview • Viper Mini VS Current High End Gaming Mice ->It all depends on your preference, and your grip obviously. But if you already use a fingertip grip with another mouse, then yeah changing for a fingertip mouse is an upgrade since it's much lighter, smaller, and easier to move. However if you wanna switch grip, I'd recommend you to first get used to fingertip grip with a small mouse before getting a fingertip mouse. Using something like a viper mini in terms of dimensions is a good way to know whether or not this is the right grip for you. In my case it's not and I'm too used to claw grip anyway, which is why I never went smaller than mini dimensions.
r/MouseReview • Fingertip mice: gimmick or game changer? ->A4tech office mouse moving to a Viper Mini. Still using a viper mini today but looking for a replacement, the scroll wheels on these things really don't last.
r/MouseReview • What was your first "official" gaming mouse? ->Hyperx waala accha hai afaik, also consider viper mini, been working pretty good for me
r/IndianGaming • HELP ME WITH A GOOD GAMING MOUSE ->going from a viper mini to hyperspeed v3 feels good for now ngl only 1 problem weight..but in the time period of me changing mouse i took an 100gm mouse so i got used to it..
r/IndianGaming • Gaming mouse under 5k wireless is needed tbh ->as a fellow alien fingered fuck I have to say I thought the Viper Mini was perfect, however my grip is fingertip so idk
r/MouseReview • I have really long fingers and I can never find mice that are comfortable. Any advice? ->I have pretty much the same grip style and hand size. I found out for me that while the ec shape like the xlite are very comfy, they're sometimes not great cause I can't micro adjust with my fingers. I now really like either lower humps like viper mini/finalmouse inspired or something with a back hump like the Sora 4k. Allthough I think the lower hump is nicer.
r/MouseReview • Mouse recommendation please ->I've been using the Viper Mini the past 3 to 4 years or so and I think it's more or less on its last legs as it would randomly sabotage my gameplay by randomly disconnecting from time to time. My budget is around 30 USD, which is around 120-160 MYR from I'm from, I intend on getting a new mouse during next Shopee sale I'm right handed, 19x9.5cm, claw grip. I'm used to lighter mice as I've used the Logitech G102 and Viper Mini. Currently I've heard great things about Chinese AliExpress mices. So far I've been debating on choosing either the Vxe r1 Pro, Mchose A7 (base), and Attack Shark X6. I've heard some praise from these mice and I like how they look too. But I'd like to hear other recommendations or opinions on which to pick between the 3.
r/VALORANT • Mouse recommendations under 40$? ->ive got the same hand size 😁, my main mouse was the viper mini for years so if you have played ftip for a long time this mouse will feel amazing, 20g, low click distance, side buttons can be a little trickier but you get used to them 😁
r/MouseReview • Fingertip mice: gimmick or game changer? ->Viper mini g305 g502 viper v3 hyperspeed are all good options personally viper v3 pro is the most appealing
r/MouseReview • Best cheap gaming FPS mouse? ->vxe r1 for wireless, viper mini for wired. those 2 are the best mice when it comes to value at this price range
r/PHbuildapc • Budget Mouse Recommendations ->For size around Viper Mini, it's really hard to beat I also like L7 Pro and just got my hands on the Scyrox v6, but I keep going back to the Hyperlight as the micros on it feel so smooth. Not entirely sure but I'd guess it's the hump presence in combination with the low click height.
r/MouseReview • Does anything beat the Hitscan? ->Im also using the viper mini its goated
r/playrust • To all the high hour players, what mouse you rocking? ->I had a Viper Mini before so it didn't take long to get used to. The battery on the ultra is like 500mah while the Pro has 250mah.
r/MouseReview • Best budget wireless mouse? ->then enjoy your 2.4hz intermittent connection. I will 100% use viper mini or g203 over some cheap 2021 wireless mouse
r/MouseReview • Is this a good gaming mouse? ->i have used the normal viper mini and it was great my hand size is 17.5 x 10 do you think the V8 is good for me? or is it a bit big
r/MouseReview • Scyrox V8 – This thing actually surprised me. ->I’ll also chime in and say that, as someone with basically the same hand size, I love my fenrir asym. I started with the viper mini -> orochi -> fan tech aria xd7, finger tip grip on all of them, but switching to a finger tip mouse was awesome, to the point now where It feels uncomfy and clunky to use a full sized mouse. The asym is also a noticeable upgrade from the HSK line ( I mained a HSK pro for a couple years), the larger size feels much better and the shape is better IMO. It’s certainly the case that the type of mouse is a love or hate kind of situation, but as a finger tip grip main it’s a godsend. I’ll also add I hard disagree that the mouse isn’t meant for tac FPS’ (a common sentiment I’ve seen). I’ve maintained immortal 3 in Val for a while with this mouse shape, feels great. Again, certainly personal preference but i dont think the shape is inherently bad, just how it suits you personally
r/MouseReview • Fingertip mice: gimmick or game changer? ->Rakk Dasig - heavy at 90g, outdated 3325 G102 - heavy at 85g, outdated 1855 Aula SC580 - heavy and another 3325, better build quality than Rakk Dasig at least Viper Mini - 3359 is old but acceptable, high lift off distance (preference), good but relatively slow skates. Actually usable weight (60 ish grams) too bad its discontinued and there are no viper minis that arent fakes below 1k, the razer cobra (viper mini replacement) starts at 2k. Hawk 1 - avoid Garuda Gear brand as a whole, too many quality control issues Attack Shark X11 - old 3311 sensor, avoid their sub 1k mice and go straight to 3395 like their Attack Shark X3 VXE R1 - build quality issue, luck of the draw depending on the batch you get. Go straight to R1 Pro for higher chance of better QC, issues dont show up until weeks or months in use (switches or scroll wheel is usually first to show issues, shell creaking and slam clicking problems as well but those are rarer with the model I mentioned) Only mouse I would consider from that list is VXE R1, but you're better off saving 2k+ for more better options
r/PHbuildapc • Budget Mouse Recommendations ->It's not as good as they say it is. It gives a lot for a minimal price. That's all. My hand is 18 cm, I use a Viper Mini, I haven't held anything more comfortable in terms of shape in my hands. Size is subjective.
r/MouseReview • Mouse novice about to buy VXE R1 Pro - but is my hand too large? ->Since u have small hands. Try a viper mini from store. If u like it get Atk f1 mouse
r/MouseReview • Best mouse overall? ->I mostly play wow, overwatch and BFV. I'm really enjoying my reddragon 811 pro. It has onboard memory so works flawlessly on linux too. You could also look into m913 impact if you want more buttons for keybinds. Reddragon MMO mice are pretty good. Cheaper too atleast here in the EU. I use my viper mini for fps games.
r/MouseReview • Good alternative to Razer Naga X? ->18.5 cm x 10 cm hands. I love the HTS shape. I've always gripped my mouse in a claw fingertip hybrid where I fingertip at rest but I move my arm forward and pull the mouse into a claw grip when I feel I need it. I couldn't necessarily tell you when I do claw my mouse or fingertip it specifically but I change subconsciously depending on the situation. I think it's the ideal grip for me since I get the stability of claw when I need it but also the precision of fingertip when I need that. One of my first mice was the Viper Mini and this might be where I got used to this, but between wanting wireless and just wanting to buy mice as a hobby I got into different shapes, small and big, ergo and ambi, but I returned full circle to the ATK F1 Ultimate for the Viper Mini shape for this reason. At least until a week ago when my HTS Ultra came in. I ordered the HTS Ultra, not for the shape, but rather to feed my chase of the lowest weight possible. I have to say though, even they are both small ambi mice and do great for a claw fingertip hybrid, the HTS shape is better for me by a large margin. The main thing that is improved for me is how the far back of the mouse tapers off. The HTS hump falls very quickly at the end while the Viper Mini shape feels more flat and gradual. This basically means that the mouse contacts my palm higher up compared to the Viper shape. Which, while I don't know exactly why, feels a lot more stable. If I had to guess though, it would be that the thenar part of my hand is pretty meaty and less contact in that position means my thumb is less restricted and thusly that moving my thumb does not interfere with my claw. So I love this mouse and would have no problem recommending it to someone who knows they like the HTS shape from the past, but I honestly don't know if I'd recommend it to someone over the Hitscan Hyperlight based off Gwolves Customer support, especially if they don't have any reference to know if they like one shape over the other. I just trust Hitscan more than ATK or GWolves based on what I hear from each of them. Overall though I'm really glad I took the chance and experimented with the shape. The ATK F1 has no spot on my desk anymore and I'm kinda glad to not have to deal with the issues I've had with it. Secondary mouse is the Waizowl OGM Pro V2 only for casual games where I'd prefer comfort. I palm grip it in those scenarios and appreciate the flatter hump falloff specifically for palm.
r/MouseReview • Shape is KING! Share your hand size, main mouse, and how the shape benefits your aim! ->I wouldn't really say it feels cramped per se. If I never fingertipped the Viper Mini shape would be great for just a claw as I can get a good claw on it. Specifically for the grip style I have though where I switch between fingertip and claw it's very difficult to just pull back the mouse and get into that claw
r/MouseReview • Shape is KING! Share your hand size, main mouse, and how the shape benefits your aim! ->I have the same grip and am 18x8.5. I like the Atlantis Mini and Pulsar X2 Crazylight mini. Both of these have had good QC in my experience and seem to have similar reports online from others. They're pretty similar; I mainly use my X2 for tracking games like Apex and my Atlantis for clicking/flicking stuff like tac shooters and MOBAs. Pros of X2: * better clicks * more tactile scroll wheel * lighter Pros of Atlantis: * scroll wheel takes less effort (pro in my case for tap strafing in Apex but could be a con if you use scroll to cycle your inventory in games) * more forward sensor position (pro/con depending on your preference) I've tried the Endgame gear op1w and didn't like how narrow it was. Superlight 2 was too big for me. Beast X mini was too small. Pulsar X2h basically same shape as X2 but I didnt like that the hump was higher. Viper mini I like the shape but its kinda outdated (and the signature edition so hard to find)
r/MouseReview • Mouse recommendation for Carpal Stabilised Claw grip ->Mouse: Pulsar Xlite V3es / modded ftip Viper Mini Mousepad: just a generic 450x400 control pad. Keyboard: Mad60HE Headphones: KZ EDC Pro / Redragon H848 CS2/Val (playing more OW2 recently) Hows the atk 99g holding up? I plan to buy the Air variant also since they offer a smaller size to fit my desk.
r/MouseReview • What's your current main peripherals & game? ->Viper mini gang 🔥🔥 Been using this for YEARS its just so perfect especially for my small hands
r/playrust • To all the high hour players, what mouse you rocking? ->RVMSE is the mouse that made me want a magnesium mouse like that. When WL mouse came out with their products I jumped on them when the Max came out. No regrets. The viper mini is wayyy to small for me, but it is the reason I fell in love with this design.
r/MouseReview • I've found my final mouse ->I've had that happen to the cobra and two viper minis... OP1's scroll has been solid so far.
r/MouseReview • Endgame Gear OP1 8K: The TechPowerUp Review ->doesnt the viper mini feel cramped, I have 18x9 hands and my viper mini feels hella cramped now
r/MouseReview • Shape is KING! Share your hand size, main mouse, and how the shape benefits your aim! ->I've been meaning OP1 8K Purple Frost, but I think the Viper Mini will always be my favorite shape.
r/MouseReview • I've found my final mouse ->Viper V3 pro, Dav hyperspeed v3 and really like viper mini (still waiting for a pro version 😭)
r/pcmasterrace • I analyzed the 25 most recommended gaming mice on Reddit ->viper mini is the goat. i got glass skates and a mouse bungee for mine.
r/playrust • To all the high hour players, what mouse you rocking?
r/PHbuildapc • Budget Gaming Mouse Recommendations ->What's your hand size?? I also have small hands and was thinking about getting a viper v3. I currently use a viper mini, the best mouse in terms of performance but I'm having pain with it.
r/MouseReview • RAZER VIPER V3 PRO REVIEW ->I tested many but ended up liking the viper mini a little and liking the op1 A LOT. It was quite an advance but I don't consider it an "endgame" for me. I tried some "medium/large" mice with a smaller hump like vv3 (for what we call relaxed claw). I'm still a little lost, I feel like I have greater control on smaller mice but my hand muscles fatigue faster, maybe I'll take a look at a beastx someday. Thanks for the suggestions
r/MouseReview • Small hands just dont fit with the most popular mice. Any recommendation? ->Viper mini was too big for me. Im maining the Zaopin z1 pro now, never felt like mouse control/comfort are an issue when losing a game with it. Felt that all the time with my previous mice.
r/MouseReview • Tiny hands..Next mouse after viper mini? Fingertip mouse? Keychron m4 ? Is it good? ->Viper Mini or Cobra for me. Only issue is mouse wheel sucks but Idc about it.
r/ADCMains • What are your mouse recommendations for adc main? ->Funny enough my deathadder lasted years, my G403 gave out after like a year, a zowie lasted 2 years, and my current $14 used viper mini is still fine after 5-ish years.
r/pcmasterrace • Daily driver for 12 years and started double clicking randomly, RIP ->Funny enough my deathadder lasted years, my G403 gave out after like a year, a zowie lasted 2 years, and my current $14 used viper mini is still fine after 5-ish years.

r/pcmasterrace • Daily driver for 12 years and started double clicking randomly, RIP ->i agree with this, i always find most mice with hourglass sides to be quite uncomfortable even if i aim well with them (viper v2, viper mini, hts/htx) but i always find a gripe with where my ring finger goes. at the end of the day its preference anyways but i'd like more brands to explore this a little more in a competitive level product, like a pro version of the G309
r/MouseReview • My problem with most ambidextrous Mice ->The razer cobra shape is better than the viper minis, it's a small difference, but that hump being flattened just a tad makes a world of difference to how it feels to me
r/MouseReview • What take on mice will have you like this? ->I have my viper mini for 900 pesos. It's still with me. 5 years and counting hahaha Currently looking to replace it with VXE r1 pro or Attack Shark X3
r/PHbuildapc • Hello. Do you guys know of any good gaming mice for around 1k? ->I have it for 5 years now and the only issue I have is the mouse wheel click broke first. Ig it's preference. Today there are better options for sure. Looking to replace it with the vxe r1 pro or Attack shark x3
r/PHbuildapc • Hello. Do you guys know of any good gaming mice for around 1k? ->Visible Ketchup and Mustard Wires killed it for me. But its my new main for this year for sure
r/MouseReview • Just Got The Pwnage Trinity CF ->Its really solid unlike *cough*finalmeme*cough*. Its basically a viper mini SE carbon edition
r/MouseReview • Just Got The Pwnage Trinity CF ->Viper Mini was the based 1K mouse, until it got replaced by pricier Cobra
r/PHbuildapc • Hello. Do you guys know of any good gaming mice for around 1k? ->I'm surprised you've had scrollwheels die on you. I play apex regularly using scroll wheel for jumping and tap strafing with a WL Sword X magnesium for a year and I've yet to experience any issues. I also like the fact that they don't require a program to be downloaded to change mouse settings and is just a web portal. Your experience may differ but I found it way better than my Deathadder V3, Superlight 1 and 2 as well as Razer Viper. It isn't the lightest mouse around, but I have larger hands and it fits well with claw grip for me personally.
r/Apexrollouts • Mice with good scroll wheels. ->Razer viper/viper mini, safe shape, works well. Simple.
r/VALORANT • Wired mice recommendations? ->I'm still probably going to go with the razer viper. I bought the ultimate back in like 2016-2018 and so far it's the longeat I've ever been able to keep a mouse both because my hands sweat when I get nervous and I flick hard so if there's a wire it'll be yanked out. I like the feel and fit of it, absolutely hate the company and the shit software you have to download just to get the mouse going and then get to uninstall. The only reason I'm looking to replace it is because the stand it comes with to charge or the metal pieces where the prongs on the stand sit are going bad and it won't charge without fiddling with it, and the rubber sides on both sides are just torn/worn down to the plastic lol, it still works amazingly and I still love the feel and size.
r/pcmasterrace • I analyzed the 25 most recommended gaming mice on Reddit ->Yeah, you're not wrong enshitification affects everything. I'm still undecided on what or when to buy the next one i just know it's coming up and I enjoy the viper
r/pcmasterrace • I analyzed the 25 most recommended gaming mice on Reddit ->I have a Razer Deathadder V3 and a Viper that I really like. Liked the Logitech G703 as well. My keyboard is some basic $8 USB one.
r/aoe4 • What mouse and keyboard do y'all use? Thinking of getting the g915x, no idea which mouse. ->Have you tried the Razer basili....oh...oh my. Uhh.. Well... Sounds like you're a claw grip gamer, whether you want to be or not. Seriously though, RocketJumpNinja has a website and YouTube channel and has a bunch of recommendations. The Roccat/Turtle Beach Kone Aimo is a larger mouse, but it's also heavier. I need a bigger mouse and found the Kone Aimo from RJN a few years ago. The only problem I had with it was that the left click button would wear out too quickly. I played a lot of Siege and loved using the pistols. LOL I switched to a razer viper to try a different grip... The left click has yet to go out, but I find it a little small.
r/pcmasterrace • Help for a mouse that fits my hand ->Currently using a logitech g502 and a razer viper on laptop and desktop respectively. Both are great mice. I think the razer naga hex (v1) was my favourite mouse historically though i got it around the start of GW2 and it was just very well suited to that game. I had the naga hex v2 after that and it was also great. (preferred the v1 slightly)
r/MMORPG • What is your favourite MMO Mouse? ->A tip from a guy that knows about mouse: you will hear a lot of mixed opinions about durability "I never had a problem with it", "it sucks", but the truth is that's all subjective by their experiences, by design any mouse no matter how expensive can double click, specially if has no optical switches (most of them) otherwise, a mouse that mostly won’t encounter these issues using normal swiches does not exist TBH, but the chances of having double clicks are very very low, otherwise a lot of mouse companies would not sell, all you can do is watch good mouse reviewers like AimAdapt, usually when they say that a mouse is good is really good and choosing one with opticals if you are traumatized with double clicks, mouses with opticals is the way to go, solid construction is very easy to find nowdays, I also suggest you to consider your gripstyle to check all the boxes, if you use fingertip then why not go for Razer Viper, they are solid, good warranty, optical switches, recommended by any reviwer.
r/MouseReview • Need to find a good durable mouse for gaming ->My viper is 3 yrs old and has been barely hanging on. Logitech from 2015 is still going strong. Never buying another razr mouse/keyboard.

r/pcmasterrace • Daily driver for 12 years and started double clicking randomly, RIP ->Basilisk v3, i play a lot of siege and it is my favorite mouse. Depends if he has big hands or not, basilisk is fantastic if you have big hands, small hands seam to prefer the viper, I had one and found it very uncomfortable. Appears to be 69.99 on razers website but it should be available elsewhere.
r/razer • Best affordable mice? Gift for boyfriend plz help lol ->I like to rest my hand on the mouse as well, so my pick is always an ergo shape. I’ve tried Razer Viper’s shape and VGN’s Dragonfly shape (which is similar to Logitech’s G Pro), but as soon as I got my hands on a Rapoo VT3 Pro Max, it became my number 1 mouse. What I personally would suggest you is to look on [EloShapes](https://www.eloshapes.com/mouse/compare?p=razer-mamba-elite) for mouses that has a similar shape to the Mamba, this way you’ll know if the mouse you’re looking will fit your hand just fine. When I got my mouses/mice, I went for cheaper/cost-benefit options, just to test the shapes out. My plan was to move for a better mouse once I found my shape to go, but the VT3 fit me so good, that I just kept it.
r/MouseReview • Looking for wonderful mouse ->i had a raza naga and basilisk. I also tried a g203 and razer viper, both of which were too small for my hands.
r/MouseReview • Which ergo mouse to suit my grip? ->MX518. I wish they had wireless. Deathadder V3 Pro (I do also have the Hyperspeed too but I keep gravitating to the V3 Pro) I tried the Basilisk V3 (didn't like it), tried the Orochi V2 (too small and hurts hands), tried the Viper (preferred Deathadder V3 Pro better), tried the GPro (prefer Deathadder v3 pro much better) For eronomic office mouse I actually oddly enough loved the microsoft sculpt mouse. It's like a big ball. But it's discontinued now. I also like the MX Master 3 but it can feel clunky at times - but I rotate between that and the DAV3 Pro.
r/MouseReview • What's your favorite MOUSE SHAPE of all time? ->Razer is a gaming mouse company that makes the Vipers and DeathAdders that are best bought refurbished, I really wouldn't buy much of anything else from them. Their keyboards are way too expensive for what they compete with in the same price bracket nowadays, same with their headphones, and whatever else they make. If you ever own a razer mouse, get the software, choose your polling rates, and delete everything on your computer with the word razer on it.
r/buildapc • Is Razer good or overhyped ->A bigger mouse may not be better, you need a mouse that fits your hand , i had big mice but none realy felt good in my hand , then i tried a smaller mouse "razer viper" been in love with it ever since
r/pcmasterrace • Help for a mouse that fits my hand ->I used to have a deathadder V2 (halo edition) and had to go to the Naga V2 hyperspeed as my adder died on me after a year. The Naga has been fantastic thus far, I'm a year and a half in and I love it. 12 side buttons, free spinning (and normal) scroll wheel, you can *sideclick* the scroll wheel (both directions) and customizable DPI from a button notched out of the Left mouse button. I don't know how similar to YOUR Naga it is, but I felt the need to specify. Out of all of razer mice I've owned the Naga V2 feels the best. Glorious Model O was my favourite by far but it's not an mmo style. (Or razer, lol) Little bit of extra context also: my Naga does NOT have the 'quick connect' side buttons like other models. Mine is an mmo style mouse and mmo style ONLY. Edit: I never put a list, but I owned 3 deathadders from the first edition, the v2 and the halo edition, 2 Nagas now (mmo and standard), as well as the... Viper? I think it's called. I didn't like it. The Naga is my favourite for versatility but the deathadder felt the nicest. It was also like $90 CAD. Downside is its a battery operated, takes a single AA
r/ffxiv • Looking for an MMO mouse replacement ->Imo Razer is not that good. I had everything from razer. headphones, mouse, mousepad, keeb etc. and I can say that the overall build quality is bad, but razer makes good switches. Switches in razer huntsman mini are really good. Edit: Headphones - Razer kraken first gen and Razer kraken X USB - broken after 5 months (Same happened to all my friends) Mouse - Razer basilisk X and Razer Viper - Viper fast teardown and rattling problem, basilisk - Sometimes it was losing connection (the receiver was 1m away from the mouse) Keyboard - Actually good I still have it
r/MouseReview • What is the best mouse you can buy ->Everyone hates the clicks on the Deathadder and viper. I find them to be most satisfying out of any mice I’ve owned. They are very.. I dunno, surgical?
r/MouseReview • Sold off most of my collection, these are what I have left ->yea like a viper might be the best out there but not by a mile. although i do love mine
r/FPSAimTrainer • How important is a mouse for your aim training? ->This is exactly what I'm going through right now. Ultimately I'd like to find a mouse with a shape thats an evolution of the g305. I've been looking at elo shapes to find a similar mouse but they don't really provide the curves of the mouse just the overall silhouette and size. Some of the mouse I've tried are the Razer Orochi v2, fantech aria, Razer viper, mchose l7, pulsar x2h, zaopin z1. So far I've liked the fantech aria shape the most out of all the mice I've tried but there hasn't been anything quite like the g305 shape other than ofcourse it's clone mice.
r/MouseReview • My issue transitioning away from g305. Has anyone been through the same thing? What mouse did you end up getting? ->I've been through the same frustrations. My G502 started double-clicking, and then the Razer Viper had scroll issues. I eventually switched to the PowerColor Alphyn AM10 and it's been solid for me. No double-clicks, no scroll wheel glitches, and the build feels reliable. It’s wireless but you can still charge it, and the polling rates and sensor perform great even in fast-paced games. Definitely worth a look if you're done with Logitech and Razer.
r/IndianGaming • Need Gaming Mice recommendation ->Viper with its straight design i would say. Resistance on all directions will be equal.
r/cs2 • Which is the best for cs 2 ->Personally, I'll go with one of the following: Logitech g304/305 or g502, Razer Orochi or Viper, Attack Shark X3, VXE R1, Fantech Aria XD7 (Currently using this)
r/PHbuildapc • Budget wireless mouse for 2k-3k ->I find that interesting. I had a string of G502s fail after just a couple months of use . I switched to a Razer Viper and have had basically zero issues in the couple years I’ve had it.
r/pcmasterrace • Daily driver for 12 years and started double clicking randomly, RIP ->I find that interesting. I had a string of G502s fail after just a couple months of use . I switched to a Razer Viper and have had basically zero issues in the couple years I’ve had it.

r/pcmasterrace • Daily driver for 12 years and started double clicking randomly, RIP ->Check out [prosettings](https://prosettings.net/lists/league-of-legends/) They mostly detail stuff for CS and Valorant pros where peripheral changes are a more popular topic. So the league list isn't exhaustive and not 100% up to date. As with other games, variants of the Razer Viper and Logitech G Pro dominate the list. But the G703, G903, and Deathadder also make appearances. Niche lightweight brands like Vaxeee and Finalmouse that have made inroads in CS and Valorant don't have much traction in league.
r/leagueoflegends • most popular mouse used by pros in 2025 ->Unless I'm mistaken isn't the "Faker edition" of the v3 more similar to the v2 in some aspects? Also the drama of him being the guy on every death adder box, getting a signature edition, then switching to the viper because of wrist issues, then switching back to the deathadder? If I am remembering my insane Faker mouse timeline correctly?
r/leagueoflegends • most popular mouse used by pros in 2025 ->Logitech G Pro 2 Lightspeed or another Razer Viper
r/MouseReview • Any mice with side buttons on the right? ->usually any optical mice the optical mech click will never break before the rest of the mouse even with gateron/kailhua optical switches. I have a cheap shitty razer viper I got for $25 with optical mouse click and my issue is the scroll wheel is breaking.
r/buildapcsales • [Mouse] Logitech - PRO Lightweight Wireless Optical Ambidextrous Gaming Mouse with RGB Lighting - Wireless - Black - $39.99 ($109.99-$70) ->Its good performance it's just razer build quality.
r/buildapcsales • [Mouse] Logitech - PRO Lightweight Wireless Optical Ambidextrous Gaming Mouse with RGB Lighting - Wireless - Black - $39.99 ($109.99-$70) ->Well, I guess it's horses for courses. I tried the Viper, and I had really high hopes for the Corsair Scimitar Elite, but I really couldn't handle the software - I'm not one for all that rainbow unicorn shit and both Synapse and iCue seemed intent on destroying my minimalist colour scheme, as well as being almost impossible to consistently program macros to the buttons. At least with LGHUB, even though we all curse it, when it works it just works, and I found the SteelSeries software tolerable.
r/LogitechG • I just want to talk about my favorite logitech product. G600 mmorpg mouse. ->I have relatively bigger hands, and yeah I hold it near the same way. I am using g502 and viper, g502 is simply for work, it has many buttons, and viper is only because it is light...(I use gpro also)
r/MouseReview • In need of a mouse that fits big/long hands. ->Both are solid mice, just depends how much you value wireless vs wired. I will say, the older Viper shape is more similar to the Taipan. The Logitech Pro is more of a potato. I think both have buttons on both sides, as the older g pro had ones you could insert.
r/MouseReview • left handed or ambidextrous mouse recommendations ->Great writeup. Mine arrived yesterday. It will be replacing my VV3P as I like the ergo shape of the DAV4P more. The improved battery life @ 1000Hz is a very welcomed change as well. I find myself charging my Viper every 4-5 days. The skates/glide on the V4 is far more glidier than my V3 as well.
r/MouseReview • Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro: The TechPowerUp Review ->You could get the razer viper for 1.9k but do not buy razer deathadder v2x, I bought it a few months ago and it's been a horrible experience. The mouse disconnects randomly both with 2.4hz and bluetooth connection.
r/Indiangamers • Gaming mouse under 2000 ->Razer Viper is available on Flipkart for 1.9k Definitely the best mouse you could get from a decent brand with 2 years warranty. It has mechanical switches which last longer than optical switches.
r/Indiangamers • Gaming mouse under 2000 ->To anyone shopping for a new mouse right now: Don't just blindly look at #1 and buy that. While there are objective details that make one mouse better than another, there are also very important subjective concerns. The Superlight is a phenomenal mouse on paper, for example, but my hand simply can't stand the shape of it. For the longest time I also felt I didn't like Razer's products, but it's actually their Viper that finally ended my search for a mouse. To that point, you probably should try to resist the temptation to swear allegiance to any particular brand. These companies improve (and degrade) over time. This is pretty good advice for shopping in the tech world in general, honestly, and you'll see in the comments that a lot of people struggle with it lol
r/pcmasterrace • The 25 most recommended gaming mouse according to Reddit (in the past year as of Jun 2025) ->Viper is nice. I liked the form of the deathadder myself. It's still superlight and responsive. Just felt a little nicer to my hand.

r/pcmasterrace • Daily driver for 12 years and started double clicking randomly, RIP ->i have it, Ill write some pros and cons: \+ its cheap (i got it for like 60 euro or less) \+ its also quite light to the hand. its lighter than the previous one, but its not really the lighest on the market, Id say its somewhere in the middle. \+ 30000 dpi with polling rate up to 8000 from the standard 1000 (higher polling rates needs better cpu, but also it works weird with different games: minecraft, osu, league lag when you move your mouse with higher polling rate than 2000. Somehow counter strike 2 does not have that issue so I play it with 8000.) Also in the software it says that higher polling rate increases cpu usage, so it these problems may just be on my side, its not really a problem, just a little bit annoying. I usually just swap profiles when I change games. \+ you can find parts for it pretty easily \- razer product = you have to use their software :/ \- I dont know if its a me issue, but sometimes sensor lags the mouse - I move mouse to the left, and I get laggy, slowish, weird movement on the screen. After blowing its usually fine. Ive got a no name black mat, but im planning on switching since its old. That may be the issue but I dont really know \- scroll wheel is annoying. slippery af - I tried to clean it with isopropyl alcohol many times but I just couldnt make it work Overall I recommend it a lot, just because I got it for cheap. Its a good mouse.
r/MouseReview • Is this a good gaming mouse? ->Installing itself before windows (like really?) Random crashes/bugs that make me have to close every razer app in task manager to restart it correctly. Some days my keyboard wont function and I have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to work, same for kraken headphones and its thingy with thx audio. I have macros set up on side buttons, when I turn off the computer, they reset, but only on one specific profile, When I tried to ask razer support to fix it, we went through some weird hoops, where they recommended to install synapse 4 (I was on 3 because it did work and because all my devices want to install 3, so why would I go for 4? id have both apps at once, nice one razer btw) so after I uninstalled synapse 3 like their instruction asked, I restarted pc, but then all input devices were gone. mouse, keyboard were not working. I tried swapping to a different one, it also did not work. I couldnt log in to my own pc. I could get it to work in safeboot mode, and thru that I could go back to before i uninstalled synapse. Im calm typing this, but back then I was so mad. I havent seen anybody having same problem, but thats still on them or/and their software. Nonetheless Im not going to throw their products out of the window instantly, but Im not going to buy them anymore. Id still recommend the mouse tho, its really cheap for the great sensor it has.
