"I have really large hands and the only mouse I've found comfy lately with an RSI is the Pulsar Xlite V3 Large. ... It's bigger than the EC1, and most other large mice you'll see recommended here."

"I also didn't love the raesha optical switches"
I have huge hands, so the best i found for me is the Rog Spatha X. I also have a Xlite V3 Large which is lighter but the Rog fits my hand better, with the thumb and pinky rest Maybe there's another one, I haven't found yet
\+1 for pulsar xlite v3/v4 large. I used deathadder v2 pro for a while before switching to the xlite v3, it is a noticeable upgrade. Pulsar's software is a lot better than synapse too and you can actually save profiles to the mouse.
It feels like Pulsar pumps out a new mouse every week at this point. Their mice are decent overall, but I really wish they would get around to improving their click and build quality. I find it hard to go back to my Xlite ever since I tried out the Outset Ax and EC2-CW.
This mouse is weird when it comes to the thumb, they made the back stick out so much on the side so you basically have to palm it. It feels weird when useing anything but palm. And i used a xlitev3 before which was perfectly fine for my "claw/fingertip" grip. Also the mouse feels off at 1kHZ meanwhile feels crisp on my end when useing 8k. doesnt make any sense tbh
I have the exact same problem and most mice I've used so far caused me actual pain on my hand/wrist lol So far the x2h mini is the only "safe" mice I own. Ones I tested and can't use: any gpro based shape, Lamzhu Thorn, Pulsar xlite, any ulx based shape (causes less pain compared to the others but still far from comfortable). I'm looking into getting an op1 as it should be even flatter than the x2h at the front, at least when looking screenshots and 2d shape.
Xlite V3 and DAV3 HS have the same sensor, in fact, RAZER's implementation is probably miles better, yet only for the DAV3 HS you mention old sensor, why ?
If your favorite are EC1 and DAV4, give Xlite V3 or V4 Large a try.
All ergos are basically the same, I’ve tried the: Pulsar xlite v 3 es Razer deathadder v4 pro (current main) Pwnage storm breaker max cf and 8k Superlight dex Lanza x fnatic thorn I’d highly recommend the Deathadder v4 pro, it’s the same mouse as the hyperspeed but it’s lighter and arguably better sensor.
Yes, mine is awesome and I have better material mice that are made of carbon fiber and magnesium and the DAV4P is better than those Pwnage mice. Similar shaped mice I have and love my deathadder v4. •Pwnage Stormbreaker V3/ Max CF •Superlight Dex (awesome clicks, side buttons mushy) •Fnatic x Lamzu •Pulsar Xlite ES and v4 Check those out^
I was excited until I looked at the dimensions and saw they're using the Size 1 Xlite for this one, which I found too small for me.
502 is a big mouse, but maybe you want something where the hump is a little taller and more so in the middle. Ec1-dw or Xlite large v3 or 4, ec1 will be slightly taller and more forward and the xlite is similar but a good amount taller. Keep an eye on that Razer vertical mouse they announced maybe. Eloshapes to help compare
I have a similar grip and the same size hands, have tried many many different shapes and the bigger ergos are most comfortable for me. Its possible to go too big for gaming though; I like to have the ability to still drag down a bit within my palm. Mice similar to the ec2 shape/size are safe for me. I like the vaxee outset ax a lot. Xlite large is comfortable but I cant drag it within my palm much. Have a rapoo vt3 gen 2 on the way that I'm hoping will be my main. There are a good amount of options that could work; Lamzu Thorn is another I liked for a while
I use an xlite v3 decent mouse super light wireless or wired I love it
