Eufy L60 with Self-Empty Station It’s my third Eufy. I wouldn’t go so far as to say it’s BIFL as anything with a rechargeable battery is going to require replacement batteries. They come with replacement rollers and side brushes, which is a wearable part. You’ll also need their proprietary bags for the docking station. Is it worth it? For me in a 2500 sqft home with two short haired big dogs, yes. This particular model has a programmable app where you can set no-go areas and prioritize cleaning order by room. You can schedule cleaning cycles for when you’re not home or sleeping.
r/BuyItForLife • Best self cleaning robot vacuum? ->Seriously tho, my old eufy L60 clearly and significantly outperforms a brand new Roborock Qrevo MaxV from Costco, in picking up pet hair from carpet and staying tangle-free.
r/RobotVacuums • I analyzed the 25 most recommended robot vacuums on Reddit ->I got the Eufy hybrid and it mops, as a lightning deal on amazon. Now I cant live without it. Never thought I’d care for a mop. It helps so much, saves my messed up back and saves hubbs’ lungs/allergies. It removes all my old lady shedding hair and that of my cats.
r/RobotVacuums • Help! Robot vacuum headache! ->I have a Eufy hybrid and love it. It mops great!
r/RobotVacuums • Recommendations for vac/mop for LVP flooring? ->I also had an older roomba that couldn’t keep up. I recently got a eufy brand one that’s self-emptying with a hair cutter. If I run it once a day, it’s usually pretty good at keeping up but if I wait more than two days, there’s too much hair and it’ll get balls of hair that cause an error with the cutter. When they’re blowing their coats I might run it twice in a day or do a little sweeping in between. I have three huskies and they’re in and out of the dog door too so plenty of dust/dirt in addition to the hair. The house is 1300 sq feet but I have it clean probably half that (open family areas) and it will have to empty two or three times during its job. I will say this one seems smarter and doesn’t get stuck as much as the roomba did.
r/siberianhusky • Best robot vacuum? ->What’s your budget? The Eufy L60 Hybrid is more budget-friendly, and its blade cutting makes it worry-free about hair tangles, but the vibrating mop is average. The Eufy E25 with its dual separation rollers can also prevent tangles and automatically untangle when it returns to the base station. The roller mop is better for dealing with muddy paws.
r/RobotVacuums • Vac mop for a dog breeder ->I have the L60 SES. Been using it for about 2 months. Very satisfied. All hardwood or tile floors. I have waist length hair and hubby's hair is past his shoulders. Run it in our bedroom every day and every third day(approx) thru rest of the house. The hair cutting system works well and we don't have any residual hair wrapped up around main brush. On a weekly basis. I remove main brush and detangle hair from the end parts of the brush. Also clean away the hair that gets trapped around the little side brush. My only complaint is it's a little loud.
r/RobotVacuums • Best Robot Vacuum Only for Long Hair ->Wow this sucks...I haven't had this experience at all, quite the opposite actually. And I have pets and a 'long haired' partner 😐 My take on the Eufy products: I have 4 x X10 (yes, 4), 1 x X9, 1 x L60 and 2 x S1 and just pulled the trigger on a C20. IMO, best obstacle avoidance in the business (Eufy makes cameras so the R&D was already there). Should the robot gets stuck it's for 2 reasons: 1. the mapping isn't done when the house is vacuum proofed (item picked up). 2. the house is messy beyond help... Regarding support, Eufy's is litterally the best in the business. Period. They've.always been quick, efficient and polite during the rare occasions where I had issues (S1 was leaving droplets after cleaning). Also Eufy sells the best 'mid-high range' and high range mops in terms of performance AND value. By this I mean that Dreame X40 is probably slightly better given it's extendable mops. But then agains its twice the price. And at a slightly lower price, the Eufy S1 blows it out the water in terms of mopping performance (X40 is significantly better at vacuuming though). The drawbacks: Vacuuming performance on carpet is Eufy's Achilles' heal for HYBRID ROBOTS. This distinction must be made because to be fair, their 'vacuum only' robots are as excellent as they are affordable. In the case of hybrids (X10, S1 and C20) it is 'ordinary at best'. It works fine - don't get me wrong - but 'fine' is as good as it's gonna get. I run multiple passes and this mostly takes care of the weaker vacuuming performance. I believe this is due to the roller itself, which is also much narrower than what the competition offers. Interestingly, the roller mop on the S1 takes *the whole width* of the robot. They should apply this design to the vacuum's roller too. That being said, Eufys are interesting as they're better than the some of their parts. And by this I mean that their excellent mopping abilities combined with their 'ok' vacuuming performance does make them *very good* over all, while providing excellent value. IMO, here's the best bang for your buck (i.e: value) with BF's discounts, in this specific irder order: 1. Eufy C20: good vacuum and mop according to reviews. MUCH cheaper by a 1000 miles, basic navigation (not the best if you have pets but will be more than enough otherwise). I also like the fact that they brought the 'hairy roller' back. Rubber rollers don't tangle as much but if you deal with short hair it should be excellent. 2. Dreame X40 Ultra (biggest discount, extendable arm and mop pads). 3. Dreame L40 Ultra (latest and greatest, same concept as the X40 without the dirt detect feature. Smaller battery, slightly lower suction but same real life performance. Navigation seems to be slightly better, although the X40 as a slight edge with object avoidance). 4. Eufy X10: Best all arounder by far. Great in corner, fantastic obstacle avoidance. Water tanks could be a tad larger and mop pads are not as 'squishy' as the X9's. I sometimes feel like it could use more water, which is something that I wasn't noticing with the now discontinued X9 (Eufy, if you're reading this, bring the X9 back at the same price as the C20 please!). 5. Eufy S1: if your primary requirement is the best mop in the business. Super quick too and unbelievably efficient with water. The X10 is significantly better in corners though and a bit better on carpet. Also the S1 requires a bit more maintenance (nothing problematic). Although I wish the base station was shorter and wider to accommodate for larger and wider water tanks. The tanks are pretty narrow and not as easy to clean, which is noticeable considering how much more grime the S1 is able to pick up compared to - well - ANY other other robot on the market today (the thing cleans the best by far. No comparison). Now, none of these robots are in the same category but we're talking *value*, not price. For unbiased info online (shocklingly hard to find), the best youtube channels IMO are "Justadad" and "Jamie Andrews". They both have amazing, non-sellsy no bullshit reviews. Good luck and let us know which bot you end up taking home :)
r/RobotVacuums • What robot vacuum is everybody looking to buy Black Friday? ->It is difficult to find what you need at your price point. You need a mop, good object avoidance and hair pickup due to the pets. So you kind of have to sacrifice in one area. Increase the price or reduce a feature or two. You could do without the object avoidance if you don't run a schedule and check the floors for objects every time you run the robot. Shark matrix is an old version. If you buy a Shark brand, it's mainly for being bagless. Bags are a way for these companies to hide the price of the robot, since you have to keep buying bags at $5 each. I would recommend RV2820YE if you go for shark brand due to it being the cheapest option with no bags, good object avoidance and a mop but it's a little more than what you wanted to spend. I've had a shark for a few years and it works well but I do have to clear the floors for it before running. I'm getting a AV2820S for $400 because it has better object avoidance but doesn't have the complication of a mop, the odor cartridges or the added cost of bags. You probably need a mop though. Irobot J7+ doesn't have a mop so it would leave behind mud from dogs but it has the best object detection, so it won't hit poop. That won't matter if you check your floors before running it. The Euphy L60 doesn't have a mop and the version that does, doesn't work very well unless you get the $800 version. Roborock Qrevo S is on sale now for $460 on Amazon and that's what I would get if I were you. It has good reviews, dual spinning mops, self empty base and object avoidance (though not the best). I don't like that it uses bags that run up the cost over time but maybe the cheaper off brand bags work okay? https://www.amazon.com/roborock-Qrevo-Self-Drying-Self-Emptying-Refilling/dp/B0CTZXJTGJ?tag=vwads3-20&th=1
r/RobotVacuums • Advice on first robot vacuum please! ->Eufy L60 SES is doing very well in my house
r/RobotVacuums • Best Robot Vacuum - Don't care about Mop ->I got the Eufy L60 SES for $199 right after Christmas new last year
r/RobotVacuums • Planning to Buy a Robot Vacuum: Should I Try a New Brand? ->I own 2 Eufy L60's (1 at home 1 at work) I've had them about 4/5 months and they are great, I did have one of the drive wheels die on the one at work after about 2 months but I was able to order some replacements and replace it myself pretty easily. since then its had zero issues. (Note that I work in a animal shelter and these robots are definitely not designed for the size of building and amount of debris/hair from all the pets but its held its own despite the abuse I put it through.) It does great keeping the brush clear with the hair cutting blade in the dock. And I really like Eufy's app.
r/RobotVacuums • Of these three options, which are the best for hardwood/carpet/rug combo, and pet hair? ->yea that was one of the reasons I went with the L60 for my work. Its not too fancy and easy to maintain and thankfully pretty easy to replace parts on!
r/RobotVacuums • Of these three options, which are the best for hardwood/carpet/rug combo, and pet hair? ->Oh yea, I’m fully aware these things were not exactly designed for the space I have them clean. I don’t have them clean the kennels obviously that’s unrealistic. They just help me keep the hallways and office areas clean. I do maintenance on them nearly everyday to make sure they are in tip top shape. I have a Eufy L60, an L50 and now an X10 that share the load. All have done a fantastic job!
r/RobotVacuums • is there really a robot vacuum that truly avoids pet mistakes ->yea really the only thing that ends up struggling is my L60 when I have it vacuum a room after we've had a long haired sheddy dog in there, and not even the roller brush the cutting blade in the dock takes care of that. Its the front wheel that ends up collecting so much hair that it stops rolling completely, something I wish there was a solution to.
r/RobotVacuums • is there really a robot vacuum that truly avoids pet mistakes ->I work in an animal shelter and I have been really getting into robot vacuums as a way to help our staff keep the building clean the past 6 months or so. As you can imagine our floors collect all kinds of hair/fur, kibble crumbs, cat litter, and dirt. Its a fairly large building as well, larger than I think these robots are really designed for. I've not really had any of my robots last more than 2 months before having some kind of issue. The first one, a WYZE Robo Vac worked great for about a month before the vacuum motor seemingly died. So during the replacement process (which took about 4 months and was a nightmare) I ended up purchasing a Eufy L60 SES after seeing Vacuum Wars review on it. It worked great for about 2 months before the right drive wheel started having issues. I've ordered a replacement that I am hoping fixes the problem. I wont be purchasing another robot for a while but I guess when I am ready to upgrade what would you guys say is the most durable reliable models out there right now? that can handle a larger building with a wide variety of debris. EDIT: I should mention I am not really dealing with massive amounts of hair, yes there is probably more than average, but I am not using these robots in the kennel rooms themselves, thats all still cleaned by staff manually. I think whats killing my robots is just the amount of time I spend running the robots through the building. I currently have my L60 clean our lobby and public facing hallways first thing in the morning everyday, then I am sending it to specific rooms/hallways throughout the day as they need cleaning. So I think what I am mostly looking for is just the brand with the most reliable components. since it seems both of the robots that have failed/started to fail on me were motor failures.
r/RobotVacuums • Most durable Robot Vacuum? ->Cool thanks for the recommendation. Thats one of the reasons I picked up the Eufy L60 SES cause of that base with the hair cutting blade, which works fantastic, I think like you said though having just the 1 running almost all day just to cover the majority of the building might be too much for it. I have thought about picking up another L60 SES for the opposite side of the building to share the load. Luckily I do have another L60 at home that I was able to swap out for the one having the wheel problem until I get that solved. And I hope the wheel problem is just a fluke and not a common issue I run into with the L60's because I really do like that model.
r/RobotVacuums • Most durable Robot Vacuum? ->Eufy L60 SES has a blade in the dock that cuts hair wrapped around the brush as it auto empties, it works great but you do occasionally have to take the brush out to remove hair wrap from the ends of the brush where the blade cant reach. I use my L60 in the animal shelter I work at and as you can imagine those floors see quite a lot of fur of all types.
r/RobotVacuums • Dog hair and the robot vacuum ->I got mine refurbished for like 250? Had a drive wheel die on it after about 2 months but it was an easy repair which I just did myself. It’s run flawlessly since!
r/RobotVacuums • Dog hair and the robot vacuum ->I owned a Shark Ion Robot for years. It was a random drunken sailor, bumping into everything. Eventually it would clean everywhere but without rhyme or reason. Low pile carpet and vinyl. Then we tried the Envoya Robot Vacuum. It was like a nazi, rigid patterns. It got stuck everywhere, the app was difficult, and I couldn’t map it. This time we are one floor throughout, LVP. No door jambs or anything. We returned it. Next we got the Eufy self-emptying with LIDAR. (Can you hear the angels singing?) What a wonderful vacuum! It maps the perimeter first. Then it goes inside the middle very systematically. It never gets stuck. It slows down because of the LIDAR and doesn’t bump into the furniture. When it docks, it empties in a powerful, long suction. Then a razor runs back and forth across the bar cutting any hair or string. Then it empties again! When it encounters a rug or a spot with extra debris, it automatically increases suction power. I sing its praises. Cost was under $300. Strongly recommend.
r/RobotVacuums • What are some of the Best Robot Vacuum Cleaners to buy - And why? ->Eufy L60 early days but so far am very impressed and it is miles better than my Beko which did clean but appeared to navigate by bumbling around and bouncing off furniture.
r/RobotVacuums • What vacuums are worth getting if I don't care about mopping? ->I have a Eufy L60. The hair cutting and self emptying system is key, and you can use cheaper bags off amazon with no issues. I run it 3 times a day.
r/germanshepherds • Robot vacuum? Best ones? ->I'll second this, the Eufy L60 works great in our house. I'd probably go for the non mop version though and save some money.
r/RobotVacuums • Help! Robot vacuum headache! ->Vacuum Wars on YouTube just put the Eufy L60 as their best budget vacuum. I bought one and it's been great. It's name is Dustin and now has googley eyes.
r/malelivingspace • Best Robot Vacuums most commonly picked during this time period? ->The higher the pa number the better. I have an Eufy. They are excellent , has built in mop/lidar. I have the L60.
r/AskIreland • Can anyone recommend a robotic vacuum cleaner that isn’t completely shite and won’t break the bank? ->I have 2 long haired border collies and a yorkie. The amount of fluff we get world full a carrier bag I around 10 days. 4 upright hoovers and a Henry are a nightmare to keep clean. Recently got the eufy l60 ses hybrid. The plus points No fluff on the carpet. No fluff on the roller dye to a decent cutting system. Pretty good avoidance system. The bit so good The mopping system is basically a drip water out kind of thing but still did a reasonable job copaes to my mopping skills.... Please note my wife laughs at my mopping skills...... Wife is happier now as she doesn't have to hoover when the dogs have Ben about and that the carpets look cleaning than they have in years. Overall I'd say we are happy Nd only wish it could do stairs.....
r/RobotVacuums • Best Robot Vacuum for German Shepherd Hair ->I'd say the same for the eufy l60 re the hair cutter . Made my hooving so much easier.....
r/RobotVacuums • Choosing a robovac for a housewarming present. Any suggestions? ->I have the eufy l60 ses. It has a brush cutter on the docking station. It leaves. A small amount on there but the brush is pretty clear. I have a wife and daughter and also 2 long haired boarder collies..... This is a £320 vac and my carpet has never looked cleaner.
r/RobotVacuums • Robot Vacuums & Long Hair — Help Me Escape the Manual Emptying Nightmare ->I have 2 long haired border collies. I've just got the eufy l60ses hybrid. I now very rarely see fluff.... Is a game changer for me. The mopping function is ok at best but you can get the non hybrid version.
r/RobotVacuums • Best vacuum for apartment with pets? ->Got the eufy l60 ses hybrid. Weeks ago I have 2 long haired border collies and a yorkie....... Never seen my carpets look so clean I'm uk based so not sure on cost for you but the positives seriously out weigh the negatives. The best part being the auto hair removal to when the vac re docks. Might leave a little fluff in the centre and around the end spindles but twice a week is well enough to keep o top of it. The down side is the mopping.... It's a cloth that is velcroed on and is dragged under the rear of it... Does as good a job as me... So my wife says.... But at £320 the vacuum side more than makes up for it. The app is also IMHO quite good Good luck
r/RobotVacuums • Eufy or roborock? ->Just got the eufy l60 hybrid ses. Handles 2 long haired boarder collies so easily it's amazing.... It has a cutter on the base that detangles the brush. Also when you remove the roller it is easy to fully clean to do that. And not bad for 300 odd quid....
r/RobotVacuums • Best robovac for handling hair with overall strong cleaning performance ->I have the eufy l60 ses hybrid Yes the cutter works to remove nearly all hair or fluff Mopping is a dragged cloth doesn't do a had job tbf Had it 7 weeks. And still impressed
r/RobotVacuums • Q5pro+ eufy l60, eufy x8pro ? The decision is stressing me out ->I have the L60 SES too, and have a dog. We’ve had it for a few weeks and it works well. Pickup up the dog hairs and strings from the rope toys she destroys
r/RobotVacuums • Best self emptying robot vacuum? ->We have the L60 SES and have a lab/husky mix, so she has short hair but after using it for a few weeks I looked at the roller yesterday and there was almost no hair wrapped around it (there was some but it didn’t clean the brush after the last clean).
r/RobotVacuums • What’s the Best Robot Vacuum for Pet Hair? ->It cleans well, the suction seems adequate. We have mostly hard surfaces but some area rugs where we notice the hair. I’m sure a regular vacuum would clean a bit deeper but the L60 noticeably cleans everything. What gets left behind is usually some pieces of string from rope toys. My wife’s hair also gets picked up, and gets cleaned from the roller.
r/RobotVacuums • What’s the Best Robot Vacuum for Pet Hair? ->Bought this Eufy L60 awhile back, strong 5000pa suction, 3d mapping, remote app and solid brand.Highly recommend https://amzn.eu/d/4m7jINX
r/AskIreland • Can anyone recommend a robotic vacuum cleaner that isn’t completely shite and won’t break the bank? ->I just got eufy l60 with the self emptying station and I love it. Pretty easy to use. Haven’t used it too much but a few times that I did the hair didn’t tangle into the brush and that was what I was most worried about. It just goes to it’s station, cuts and removes the hair from the brush and then empties into the station. And it’s in your budget.
r/RobotVacuums • Dog parents! What vacuum-only robot works GREAT for pet hair? ->No mopping, $300, cuts the hair out of the brush, has an emptying station. App is easy to use. I have a schedule for 11a and 11 p and I’ve noticed much less dog/cat hair
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum for cat hair ->Id recommend the Eufy L60. Bought our one from Noel Leeming for around $600 half a year ago. Does a great job. It will empty itself after vacuuming. It has pretty much completely replaced our vacuum cleaner. The only downside is that the floor needs to be clutter free. It will try eat up any cables socks etc. Takes about 45 minutes to do our 2 bedroom townhouse with a large lounge. Quite easy to maintain and repair too. Batteries, roller brushes, wheels etc can all be replaced DIY. A bit expensive but totally worth it for us. I've heard a lot of negative feedback about cheap models.
r/newzealand • Robot vacuum ->If mopping isn't necessary, there's no need to spend an additional 200 bucks for X8. My L60 works well with my daughter's long hair. Quick tips: the hair detangling blade is designed to handle about a day's worth of hair, so daily use ensures it performs at its best.
r/RobotVacuums • L60 vs X8 Pro vs Q5 Pro+ ->Eufy L60 hybrid or Eufy C20 omni. I have an L60 and my floor is 100% cleaner than before
r/RobotVacuums • Recommend me robot vacuum for my apartment (Europe) ->I think hair length really matters. I have the same hoover and a few people here have long hair, I get maybe 1.5 runs before it gets tangled. It's not really worth using the robovac in my case. In the time I spend cutting hair out of the moving parts I could just have used a regular hoover.
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum for long hair? ->I know this is old, but are you still using the L60? I just got one, specifically for the hair cutting feature, but it doesn't seem to work well at all. The hair just stays on the rollers. Kinda disappointed.
r/RobotVacuums • What’s the best vacuum only robot out there? ->Cheap and effective - I have zero regrets - the Eufy L60 - so easy to use and the best thing I’ve bought hands down all year
r/RobotVacuums • Best Robot WITHOUT mopping ->I’d go for the Xiaomi X10 or the Eufy L60 Hybrid for their solid customer service in case you need warranty.
r/RobotVacuums • Help me choose the best robot vacuum cleaner for parents in India (auto-empty bin required) ->not really high end, but i recently purchased the eufy l60 ses and i am extremely happy. it does the entire 1000+ sqft apt in one run, has not needed a bag change yet in a month running it 3-4x a week, the map is full, even including areas it cant get to due to steps, and the hair cutting feature on the dock means i havent had to get in there and chop out all the cat hair or long hair from 2x long haired humans.
r/RobotVacuums • Are there still high-end robot vacuums with no mop? ->The Eufy L60, simply because it is self emptying
r/RobotVacuums • Which one is better for dog hair? ->Cuts right through pet hair with its blade . It’s great
r/RobotVacuums • New Findings on Pet Hair and Carpet Cleaning with Robot Vacuums: Surprising Trends in the Latest Models ->I have the L60 SES for the first floor which is 90% carpeted. It is hands down the best value for money, vacuums super well and navigation is outstanding. The first time I used it the cutting blade got stuck because there was a tight hair wrap around the brush. This was likely because my carpets were disgusting before I got it and it vacuumed under the bed (which I’m embarrassed to say was never vacuumed before), this problem never recurred (I do find tiny hair wraps that I cut weekly with the included brush/blade in the SES). Battery life is limited and it will need 2 runs for areas > 500 ft, but that’s cause I have it on max power and it auto returns to where it left off anyways so it’s not an issue for me. Very quiet with impressively accurate floor mapping. I got it new from Amazon at a steep discount ($230.99) and it’s one of the best investments I made. Never seen my carpets cleaner.
r/RobotVacuums • Advice on first robot vacuum please! ->I have the EUFY L60 and it’s pretty great for the price but I can’t really see it avoiding puke. I think you’d need a really expensive one and even one of those would probably miss puke/puddles. I usually pre-clean tidy up before running it. Picks up a lot of cat hair as I have two.
r/RobotVacuums • Which model is best at obstacle avoidance and not tangling hair? ->Pretty good. I still run the regular vacuum every so often to do a deeper clean and to get under the spots the robot can’t.
r/RobotVacuums • Which model is best at obstacle avoidance and not tangling hair? ->I wanted to update this for those interested. I went with the Eufy L60 SES and I am very satisfied so much so that I ended up getting a second one. It does have a spinning brush but the bristles are VERY soft and most of the work is done by suction. I’ve run it daily on my vinyl plank flooring (and tile) and have seen no scratches or wheel marks. I also have two rugs and it transitions from the hard floors to the carpets great. I think it’s actually on sale on the Eufy site and Amazon (I got both of mine on Amazon). Really easy to set up, app integration is great, the initial mapping was a little painful only because I didn’t realize how many cords I had laying around but now I get my floors swept every day!!
r/RobotVacuums • What is the gentlest robot vacuum? Ideally with bristle brush? ->Interesting .. yes I think the hybrid is a mop/vacuum combo. If you need that it would probably be a great choice I just wanted a vacuum only I think the title is L60 with Self Emptying Station I am in the US if that matters and I got mine from Amazon
r/RobotVacuums • What is the gentlest robot vacuum? Ideally with bristle brush? ->This Robot vacuum collects so much hair. I got a eufy l60 and love it
r/CleaningTips • How do I start getting rid of pet hair? ->Ive had the eufy l60 which is under $300 I believe and we love it. Its great with pet hair and have no complaints. Granted we have had it for only a couple months
r/CleaningTips • Robot Vacuums Under $500: Are They Worth It ->I bought the eufy l60 a couple weeks ago. Does a job in fairness no issues so far
r/RobotVacuums • Which model is best at obstacle avoidance and not tangling hair? ->I bought Eufy L60 and so far it has performed beyond my expectations. These were the reasons I bought it: no mopping required, no top of the line object avoidance required, auto empty and auto cuts long hair (this feature works amazing for my wife’s long fine hair). The mapping and navigation have been perfect so far. Most of all, it’s cheap.
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum with no mop ->I second the Freo x thing doesn't tangle at all. Or the Eufy L60 it actually has a blade in the base that cuts the hair off the brush.
r/RobotVacuums • How do y'all deal with pet hair/long hair? My vacs either get jammed or the brushes get cut up ->Just got the L60 Hybrid, really good purchase - if the Dreame has 2 brushes, go for that.
r/RobotVacuums • What robot vacuum is everybody looking to buy Black Friday/Cyber Monday? ->I just got the Eufy L60 during the prime sale, no complaints so far, it does a really good job. I think the only change I’d make next time is finding one with 2 brushes on it.
r/RobotVacuums • What robot vacuum is everybody looking to buy Black Friday/Cyber Monday? ->I have two long-haired cats and a Golden Retriever, so I completely understand what you mean by no tomorrow. I went with Eufy L60 SES. It has a blade that cuts through the hair tangled around the brush, which is the most effective way to prevent hair from tangling and clogging IMO. The SES is definitely a game-changer. Highly recommend it.
r/RobotVacuums • Need help finding the best robot vacuum for pet hair please ->Robot vacuums have good quality control now, like Roborock, Eufy, and Dreame. There were no problems with my Eufy L60 and my Roborock Q5. I can't give you a definitive answer based on time, but I believe quality is also important.
r/BuyItForLife • For a robot vacuum, how long is considered BIFL? ->The suction power of the L60 SES is strong enough to pick up anything. Don’t be fooled by other marketing terms, having thousands of Pa of suction is just a gimmick. Regularly clean the filter, dustbin, and roller brush, the L60 won’t disappoint you.
r/RobotVacuums • What’s the Best Robot Vacuum for Pet Hair? ->I have two long-haired cats and a golden retriever, my house used to be a disaster. I'm so glad I found the L60.
r/RobotVacuums • What’s the Best Robot Vacuum for Pet Hair? ->Seems like a problem with the vacuum/auto empty vs expecting too much. We have 1 dog who sheds like crazy and a toddler and a Eufy S1 Pro that runs upstairs nearly daily (since it's mostly hardwood) and a Eufy L60 with the self empty station that runs downstairs (which is mostly carpet) nearly daily and I don't see an issue like this and it keeps the house overall in great shape. I've been really impressed with how the L60 performs overall and keeps the hair tangle at bay. As others have suggested I'd contact the company because this seems defective to me. What you're describing sounds like exactly what these robot vacuums are for!
r/RobotVacuums • Am I expecting too much of my vacuum? ->My Eufy L60 has run for 34 hours now, in our household of 4 long haired humans and 1 cat. It self empties but also cuts the hair off its roller by itself. I never see any hair on the floor, and can go a month between deep cleans with the big vacuum. It does have a mop function but you never have to use it. It goes between our hard and carpeted floors with no issues, and can climb over 1 inch heights just fine.
r/RobotVacuums • What’s the best self-emptying vacuum only device? ->The fact that it cuts the hair off its roller by itself is amazing to me. I've checked before and after a normal clean it's absolutely chock full of hair, that's how much we have
r/RobotVacuums • What’s the best self-emptying vacuum only device? ->I have the Eufy L60ses in my basement which is usually the worst for dog hair here, and, so far, that blade in the base seems to be working great.
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum for long hair? ->We keep having issues with the brush roller. It will just stop in the middle of a cleaning and say it’s tangled and we go to clean it and there’s barely anything in it. I really want to love the thing because of the reviews but it’s been frustrating.
r/RobotVacuums • New Findings on Pet Hair and Carpet Cleaning with Robot Vacuums: Surprising Trends in the Latest Models ->Since no one's mentioned it, there are two Eufy robovacs that may fit: * L50 and L60, with or without SES (self-empty station). * E20. The L50 and L60 should be easy to find reviews on, as they've been out for a while. The L60 was the Vacuum Wars best budget robot for a while. The L50 is basically a less powerful and cheaper L60. The E20 was shown at CES just this year, isn't available yet, and has no independent reviews that I've seen. Its hook: the vacuum motor can be removed from the robovac and used as a handheld vac, or attached to an included stick attachment and used as a stick floor vacuum. Putting the motor back into the robovac can trigger auto-emptying of your manual vacuuming into the base. None of this takes away from the Roborocks, which have been mentioned a few times. I'm just filling in a few alternatives.
r/RobotVacuums • Best RobotVacuum WITHOUT mop? ->Two regular recommendations made here: the Roborock Q5 Max+ and the Eufy L60. Both can be had with a self-empty station for less than $400 when on sale.
r/RobotVacuums • Best vacuum only robot under $4-500? ->The L60 Hybrid (the version with the mop pad) is on sale right now for $279 on Amazon and Best Buy. You can buy this and throw the mop pad in a drawer, or get the SES for $399 on Amazon. Don't ask me why the Hybrid is cheaper than the SES, given that you get the SES as part of the Hybrid. Roborock is doing something similar; the Q5 Pro+ is on sale for $359 (with coupon) on Amazon, while the Q5 Max+ is over $500. The Pro+ includes a mop, and is otherwise the same.
r/RobotVacuums • Best vacuum only robot under $4-500? ->"Perfect" with robot vacuums is not a thing. In all cases, you have to prioritize and compromise, even with the expensive ones. So why pay the big bucks? Honestly, if you look at an expensive robot and you don't see one or more features that jump out at you as "must haves", then I don't know why you'd pay the big bucks. There are a lot of pretty good cheap robots. I own a flagship robot: the Eufy S1 Pro, which retails for $1500, and I got on sale for $1000. In my mind, there were two big features that spoke to me: really good obstacle avoidance, and the roller mop system that cleans the mop continuously. Compromises included average to poor vacuuming performance on carpet, a bit more maintenance (due to that continuous mop cleaning feature), less good edge and corner cleaning, so-so hair tangling performance, and the price. I'm quite happy with my choice; it's met my expectations for five months now. For you, this is a pretty poor match. If you spent $1000+ on this, you'd probably be pretty disappointed, especially with those tall and fluffy carpets. I don't think the S1 Pro is particularly bad as a flagship, at least from the impressions I get from reviewers and user comments. It's possible to make a similar list of pros and cons for every flagship out there, which you've already done for a few of them. So if I were you, I'd probably start with something as cheap as you can live with, and then ask yourself what that can't do that you really need. Then start looking for robots that do those things, and ask yourself if you can live with their drawbacks. Try to get into a mindset of "paying for features" rather than "paying for perfection". Since you like the Roborock Qrevo Master, I'll point you at something to use as a baseline that's more in line with the experience you've had so far: the Roborock Q5 Max+. This should give you an improved experience over your current robot at a price that's a bit higher than what you paid. The Eufy L60 SES is also worth mentioning at this level. From there, see what upgrades look like. For example, there are two directions you can go from the Eufy L60: the Eufy C20 or E20. The C20 adds mopping and automatic mop washing, while the E20 is a better implementation of the L60 idea, along with the ability to convert to a handheld cordless vacuum. Which one of those sounds better to you? Can you live with the drawbacks? Would you be frustrated spending "that much" and having to live with "those problems"? On the Roborock side, maybe the Qrevo S is a good stopping point on your way towards the Master. Or maybe you'd want to switch vendors, and move from the Q5 Max+ to the Dreame L10s Ultra, for example. Reviews can be a problem, especially since you need to weed out both the naysayers and the sponsored shills. Reputation is probably the best thing to go by. To that end, here are a few YouTube reviewers that seem to do pretty well at being fair and balanced: * Vacuum Wars * Just A Dad * Jamie Andrews * Vacuum Chef * The French Glow * The Hook Up Hope that helps. Good luck!
r/RobotVacuums • Looking for a new all in one robot vacuum under 1000€ to replace my old 2021 one ->I'll first point out: make sure what you get is compatible with 240V power. You don't want to fry your new robot when you get home. I'd also echo FarConcern2308's warning about warranty issues. Multi-floor support is likely to be more about the manufacturer than the model. Dreame, Roborock, and Narwal seem to be the safe choices. Eufy can do it as well, but it's a bit more annoying to use from my experience. Shark multi-floor support is basically nonexistent. iRobot is behind in navigation generally. For mopping, there are basically two choices: the Eufy S1 Pro, and everything else. Feature-wise, the S1 Pro is a bit behind the other robots; this includes things like extending mops, AI mess detection, automatic re-mopping, and the like. But the S1 Pro has the best mop on the market, in my opinion. Most of the better mops today use two spinning circular pads on the rear of the robot, but the S1 Pro uses a roller mop along with an onboard mop cleaning system and dirty water tank. This means that the mop surface is constantly being cleaned as the robot is mopping, while the other robots can only add clean water to their pads, and have to go back to the base every so often to clean them. I've got a S1 Pro, and am really happy with its mop performance; like you, I mostly need mine for hard floors. For hair tangles, my beloved S1 Pro is unfortunately middle-of-the-road, particularly on carpets. You'll need to clear the main brush axles of accumulated hair every so often even on hard floors. Dreame seems to have the best system here, with their tricut brush that can be added on to most of their newer robots. Amazingly, a budget vacuum (the Eufy L60 with self-empty station) gets top marks here as well, although the mop performance is more in line with a budget system and not very good. It doesn't sound like object avoidance is as big a deal, but just for completeness: the high-end robots from Eufy, Narwal, and Dreame are going to be best at avoiding stuff on the floor. Anything with LIDAR should be able to steer clear of taller objects, but the Eufy S1 Pro, Dreame X40 Ultra, and Narwal Freo Z have multiple front sensors and advanced software for the smaller stuff. Roborock is a step behind, generally, although there are reports that their most recent releases have improved in this area. I'll also point out that some of the manufacturers have sub-brands that are nearly as good and often cheaper. (Or super-brands; some Roborock and Dreame models are re-sold under the Xiaomi name, though not so much in the USA.) I hope that helps. Do check out the online reviews; a few good places on YouTube are Vacuum Wars, Just A Dad, and Jamie Andrews. There are also a lot of good people here, some of whom might disagree with some of my conclusions; definitely pay attention to those differences of opinion. No one robovac can do it all just yet, so the biggest thing is prioritizing your must-haves and deciding what weaknesses you can live with. Good luck!
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vaccum and mop ->If you go ahead with the replacement, here are three options -- two that are common recommendations, and one that's new as of this year, but may be worth a look. If you're wanting to change brands, look at the Roborock Q5 series. The Max+ has no mop, while the Pro+ has a mop. I only mention the Pro+ because a few of the sales seem to have the Pro+ cheaper than the Max+, and the only difference is the presence of the mop, so check which one is cheaper. Both have a dual-roller brush, which is reported to do better with hair tangles. If Eufy is still on your list, there are two interesting options. The L60 SES/Hybrid is a pretty good option. The Hybrid has a mop; same story as the Roborock. It has a blade in the base station that cuts hair tangles off the roller. If you're willing to take a little risk, Eufy just released the E20. It's a bit pricey, but is essentially a vacuum unit that can be used as a vacuum-only robot, a handheld cordless vac, or a cordless stick vac. You can switch back and forth pretty much at will. It's risky because it's new, and pretty much all the reviews available are sponsored, so of course the E20 is revolutionary and game-changing. :-) Independent reviews and real user reports are starting to come out, but it's still pretty slim pickings. Of your requested features, the one you might have to compromise on is the obstacle avoidance. For whatever reason, the manufacturers don't put the best obstacle avoidance on vacuum-only robots. All of the above have some level of obstacle avoidance, but your current X10 is going to be better than pretty much all of them (with the possible exception of the E20).
r/RobotVacuums • Best vacuum only (no mop) robot vacuum for hardwood, tile and one low pile rug? ->Main downside is : it's a basic robot. Only have a lidar, no camera for obstacle avoidance. The hair cutting works great, but there will be hair on the extremities, you will have to remove a few hairs every week. I have the mop version, it helps a bit, but it's not scrubbing the floor, so you will have to do it some times also. For the price it's a good robot, I like it
r/RobotVacuums • Is there a robot vacuum that doesn't make cleaning out long hair from the brushes/bristles a pain? ->On the end of the axles, there are the ball bearing, and there is a bit of hairs, maybe 2 or 3, but my wife have very long hair (1.2m) so I don't want them to do a mess there. The ball bearing can be removed in 3 seconds. But it doesn't block the robot, it's just a personal preference.
r/RobotVacuums • Is there a robot vacuum that doesn't make cleaning out long hair from the brushes/bristles a pain? ->Got the e25 since 1 month and no problem with my wife's hair also. I also have a l60 with hair cutting blade and even with the blade hairs get stuck on it, but nothing on my e25.
r/RobotVacuums • Vacuum Wars Review of the eufy E28 Robot Vacuum Mop Combo with a SPOT Cleaner! ->If you looking at l60 cause of the hair detangler, then you’ll be disappointed. It doesn’t work on long hair because long hair tangles too tightly on the brush and is out of reach for the detangler to work. Performance wise, I think it’s a decent robot that’ll get the job done.
r/RobotVacuums • Best Robot Vacuum Only for Long Hair ->Happy with my Eufy L60 + self-empty station and hair cutting blade. It's not perfect, but its imperfections aren't that significant for me.
r/smarthome • What is the Best Robot Vacuum that Homeowners absolutely love and recommend? ->Fwiw. 2 cats, 1 dog, 1 wife (sheds more than the dog). I have an Omni x10 pro downstairs and a l60 ses upstairs (mostly carpet). I run them 3x week and use a Dyson 1x week for stairs. I’ve ran my Dyson (animal 2) on the carpet after the robo vacuums and it doesn’t pick up anything extra.
r/RobotVacuums • My wife is no longer complaining about how much I spent on the robot vacuum ->Eufy L60 SES!!!!!!! It returns after cleaning and cutting the hairs off the rolling brush and sucks the whole mess into the bag you don’t have to think about it ever except once in a blue moon to change the bag. So so so easy.
r/RobotVacuums • Is there a robot vacuum that doesn't make cleaning out long hair from the brushes/bristles a pain? ->Hmm no downsides so far. I’ve had mine about a month or a bit longer and I’m obsessed. The app is great really easy to use and set it to whichever rooms you wants etc. My mom and sister both have it too for much longer already and both love it still. I used to have a basic roomba but it was dumb and just bumbled around. This eufy is very systematic so I feel like it gets everything very nicely. Oh and it’s MUCH quieter than the roomba.
r/RobotVacuums • Is there a robot vacuum that doesn't make cleaning out long hair from the brushes/bristles a pain? ->That’s so weird! I haven’t had to clean my brush at all.
r/RobotVacuums • Is there a robot vacuum that doesn't make cleaning out long hair from the brushes/bristles a pain? ->I do not have the mop version, didn’t feel it was necessary for me so I can’t speak to whether it’s worth it or not. But I can say I’m super impressed with the eufy interface and everything it’s so user-friendly… I’d be surprised if the mop version was bad. So yeah. I guess go with your needs.
r/RobotVacuums • Is there a robot vacuum that doesn't make cleaning out long hair from the brushes/bristles a pain? ->I tried the Eufy L60 SES and it's seriously awesome—definitely the most powerful one you can get at this price.
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum without mop option? ->Yeah. It’s such a great value for the price.
r/RobotVacuums • Which one is better for dog hair? ->I have the eufy l60 for almost a year and it works so well! has a cutting blade that trims all the caught hair and vacuumed it up into a bag, soooo nice!
r/RobotVacuums • Of these three options, which are the best for hardwood/carpet/rug combo, and pet hair? ->Have the same - deals with cat hair and wife hair perfectly. Self empty feature is nice but the brush clean / hair cutting blade is absolutely brilliant. This unit replaced a Neato unit - which was ok, but the mapping and exclusion zones, and ability to run multiple maps on the Robovac is brilliant.
r/smarthome • What is the Best Robot Vacuum that Homeowners absolutely love and recommend? ->I second this! I love my eufyl60! I have a golden retriever and 3 cats and it does wonders.
r/RobotVacuums • Robot Vac Recommendations Please! ->I just got the Eufy L60 SES because it has a cutting blade on the base to cut all the long hairs my wife leaves around the house
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum for collecting hair - on a budget ->It’s great with avoiding stuff! The only issue is when it picks up a rug off the floor lmao but it’s fine since taping the rug corners down (they were curled up to begin with, not the vacuums fault). The map feature is helpful, especially when you want to set boundaries
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum with no mop ->I have the L60 SES (since July) which I assume is similar to the L50, and agree! I love the mapping, it’s pretty cool. The vacuum does all I need it to do
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum with no mop ->After looking at several models for a couple days, I got the eufy L60 on prime day last month and really like it (first time robovac owner). The mapping feature is pretty impressive.
r/RobotVacuums • Need advise to buy my first robot vacuum ->My Eufy L60 sucks with pet hair. Even with roller and bin clean it pick up hair and releases in clumps back onto floor. It just got demoted to another room with less pet hair. I do love the way it charges the battery though!
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum for pet hair ->I love my Eufy L60 SES. I limit it to the hard floor because I don’t want the same rollers touching stray litter to also touch my carpet. But it picks up amazingly and cuts the hair around the roller automatically.
r/BuyItForLife • Pet owners, what's the best robot vacuum for TONS OF PET HAIR that's worked really well? ->The Eufy L60 is even better, but nearly double the price, but has a self hair detangling feature which is very nice for pet owners. It has proprietary bags however, but they aren't as expensive as the other brands. If obstacle avoidance is a must, then the Roomba J5+ is the most affordable option that I can recommend.
r/RobotVacuums • Robot vac for hardwood floors and pet hair ->Budget is a different for everyone, but on the cheaper scale, if you have dogs then the Eufy L60 is a good options as it can navigate your appointment easily, and because it has a very nifty hair detangling system built in. It is one of the more affordable robot vacuums with a self emptying system(around $350 US). If your budget is higher than that, then there is a wealth of options available to you that will mop, have obstacle avoidance and many other great features(see link below) [https://vacuumwars.com/best-vacuum-cleaners/robot-vacuums/](https://vacuumwars.com/best-vacuum-cleaners/robot-vacuums/)
r/RobotVacuums • Robot Vac Recommendations Please! ->The L60 doesn't have true obstacle avoidance only Lidar(so it can only see tall, solid objects, but not loose clothes), but otherwise is an excellent value. For true obstacle avoidance(like where it can ultra low objects like clothes or cables on the ground)your best bet would be a Roomba J7, but it will be slightly above your budget until it goes on sale. There is very few true robot vacuums with good obstacle avoidance, and most of them come with a dock and a price tag to match unfortunately. This Narwhal unit looks promising as well and is under $500 CAD as part of the limited time sale. r/RobotVacuums • Best robot with no base station? ->I had a Eufy L60 SES and the problem with it was that it only has a 2600 mah battery compared to the Roborocks standard 5200 mah battery. I did return it and got a Roborock Q8 Max + and like it much better. Another problem with the L60 is it seemed to hop along carpets rather than run smooth across the carpet. The Q8 Max has 5the electronic pump water for mopping which is just drag behind mopping. If you don't care about mopping I think your best bet would be the Roborock Q5 Pro +. It has a water tank on it for mopping but it really is useless because it is just gravity fed water and many times doesn't even wet the floor. [https://www.amazon.com/roborock-Q5-Pro-Self-Emptying-Hands-Free/dp/B0C7VN9NWK?ref\_=ast\_sto\_dp&th=1](https://www.amazon.com/roborock-Q5-Pro-Self-Emptying-Hands-Free/dp/B0C7VN9NWK?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1) If you can get closer to your $500.00 budget the Qrevo S is a steal at $460.00. That will do a good job of mopping and vacuuming. [https://www.amazon.com/roborock-Qrevo-Self-Drying-Self-Emptying-Refilling/dp/B0CTZXJTGJ?ref\_=ast\_sto\_dp&th=1](https://www.amazon.com/roborock-Qrevo-Self-Drying-Self-Emptying-Refilling/dp/B0CTZXJTGJ?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1)
r/RobotVacuums • Looking for budget-friendly recommendations for pet hair ->Low pile carpets, and I've seen where other users had gotten a hold of Eufy about the problem and Eufy responded that if it does hop along carpet they can assure the person it is still cleaning. I don't know how they can do that without further investigation but they did.
r/RobotVacuums • Looking for budget-friendly recommendations for pet hair ->I had the Eufy L60 and the battery life was terrible, it has a 2600 mah battery compared to the Q7 Max's 5200 mah battery. The battery life for me was just not long enough, it does have recharge and resume but when it has to recharge for hours that really isn't something that is useful to me. The other problem I had with the Eufy L60 was it seemed to hop up and down going over carpets and it seems it would not clean well doing that. I ended up with the roborock Q8 Max+ and am real happy with it. If you want to vacuum and mop at the same time with rugs on the floor you will need to put no mop zones on your map or get a vacuum that will raise when going over rugs or carpet. I have a small dining and kitchen area that is hard floors with no rugs and I can mop over those areas, no problem Without lifting the mop, The rest of the apartment is carpet. Good Luck.
r/RobotVacuums • Best Robot for Mopping + Vacuum ->I got my eufy l60 ses for I wanna say about $250(on sale) I think it’s normally $350-$400, “no frills”, decent mapping, does well with the husky/cat fur and mostly carpeted floors (so far, have had for ~9 months). Only complaint is it gets stuck on the rogue pet toys left out. I will also add I only have it to assist me, I still do a weekly thorough vacuum.
r/RobotVacuums • Help! Robot vacuum headache! ->If you value efficiency and not getting stuck probably get the eufy l60 in my opinion. If you value not running into poop, customer support, and getting the most hair, go with a roomba j7+ or j9+. Just know Roomba will get stuck a fair amount more, but definitely won’t run into dog poop.
r/RobotVacuums • Dog parents! What vacuum-only robot works GREAT for pet hair? ->Had a Eufy L60 before and the BObsweep is 100% better. Very good mapping, object detection and more than enough power. UI is easy to use. A+
r/RobotVacuums • Do you think the bObsweep Ultravision is a good deal? ->I have a labrador and a eufy L60 with lidar. Was €200. It is bloody amazing. And after a year of use its is still reliable too.
r/Flooring • What are the best robot vacuums for pet hair under $200 ->I've got a Roborock Q8, my mum has a Eufy L60, both are great but the Q8 is considerably better on carpet. Can definitely recommend both. The Q8 comes with a mop pad but I don't have it attached because my flat is primarily carpet anyway
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum with no mop ->Roborock. I bought a second vac, eufy and its nowhere near as good
r/homeassistant • Best automatic robot vacuum? ->Maybe I just bought the wrong one L60 SES
r/homeassistant • Best automatic robot vacuum? ->Eufy L60 and x10 pro are both awful at not tangling long human hair. I don't have pets, so I can't say how it does with pet hair. I have to clean the main roller and side brush after about every use. Hair is always tangled in the side brush (which requires a screwdriver to fully clean) and the main roller. It picks up a lot of hair off the ground, but none of it ends up in the dustbin.
r/RobotVacuums • Which model is best at obstacle avoidance and not tangling hair? ->I went with the Eufy L60 but mainly because of a good deal around Amazon prime (€200 total)
r/RobotVacuums • Best no mop vacuum? I'm overwhelmed. ->It’s great for the price. However I do miss object detection, so there’s a lot of cleaning up before bed time and it gets stuck sometimes when you don’t.
r/RobotVacuums • Best no mop vacuum? I'm overwhelmed. ->I'm a eufy enthusiast. They're quiet and affordable. We're about to upgrade to a self emptying one in our main room.
r/germanshepherds • Recommendations on a Robot Vacuum ->So I have 2 dogs, both shed a lot and get a lot of mud from our yard and generally where I live is quite rainy so all after the rain the dogs do get the floor dirty Because of this I absolutely needed a mop and of course vaccum for hair and carpet as well. I use Roborock (https://amzn.to/48YmUPv) and have been quite satisfied. By the time I clean them after their mud fiasco the roborock is able to mop off mud and wet dirt off the floor. I can also just clean a small area that has dirt and get the robovac to the dock again and all this with the app which is super helpful. I also block some high wire areas in the app so I am guessing you can do so for your carpet if needed. I prefer it's self cleaning as it helps me use the mop or vacuum twice a day if needed too and then I just empty it out when full. Generally I am a heavy user and with that I empty the dock station every 3 days. Another reason why I choose Roborock for my main area is because with dogs, sometimes you need to replace parts ( is m too lazy to untangle if need be) so I just replace the parts and many companies make Roborock parts and are cheap so thats a plus. I have also used EUFY l60: https://amzn.to/4kfWGgN for my top floors but the dogs don't come there often but there is enough hair in the house to be picked up and the L60 works fine there which is vaccum only.
r/RobotVacuums • Vac mop for a dog breeder ->Hello! I completely get you! If you havent owned a robovac I would suggest going for known brands like Eufy or Roborock. I have used both and have 2 pets. Recommendations: 1) Eufy L60: https://amzn.to/3GjRaLw ; it is recommended due to hair detangling tech and surely works on Pet hair! I have tried it myself and a bonus is that it can empty. It is aroun 550 dollars at the min. It has a smaller setup but suction is not that high so if you have a cat or pet with smaller hair it can get tough to pick up at times. 2) Roborock QV: https://amzn.to/3EEIij1 higher suction and for a roborock very well in the price for 499 dollars for prime members. I recommend roborock due to its suction and the availability of spare parts (other companies make) which are cheap and you can replace brushes etc pretty easily if you dont want to detangle at a later stage. Love their app as well! It's a plus that it has a mop, do note that the cleaning can be a bit noisy and if your pet gets scared easily then might not be great but overall highly recommend the roborock brand. I have tried 2 of these and they last long!
r/RobotVacuums • Help! Robot vacuum headache! ->Hello! I completely get you! If you havent owned a robovac I would suggest going for known brands like Eufy or Roborock. I have used both and have 2 pets. Recommendations: 1. Eufy L60: [https://amzn.to/3GjRaLw](https://amzn.to/3GjRaLw) ; it is recommended due to hair detangling tech and surely works on Pet hair! r/RobotVacuums • Best vacuum for apartment with pets? ->I prefer ROBOROCK as well and have used EUFY as well. Prefer ROBOROCK as it lasts more , easy to get parts , I had Eufy just for upstairs but needed more maintenance than roborock and i felt it did not get app upgrades that made it stale sooner than Roborock.. Some tested vaccum only or optional mop from roborock a d vaccum.in order or prefeence especially for long hair and dogs ( I have 2 dogs + long hair) 1) https://amzn.to/3TiJqMI Q5 Max+ roborock vaccum only, self empty 2)https://amzn.to/3SHgEoY Q10 Roborock anti tangle with a light mop if needed one in a while. Mop is ok and I have used in bathrooms etc but not like a spinner mop 3) if you want to consider Eufy then l60 is decent at the price as it's modified for pets https://amzn.to/4kZaexG with anti tangle etc
r/RobotVacuums • Eufy or roborock? ->So based on your needs roborock.qrevo series might be a good fit. I have a Qrevo and has auto empty dock and great with.pet hair due to anti tangle feature Also I have a baby at home and Roborock parts are easy to get so sometimes rather than cleaning them out I just replace them when I don't have time and that might be helpful for the household as you can replace them when you are there and it reduces maintenance Another option with no mop is Eufy , the parts are ok to find and good for pet hair So here are some or the recommendations: 1) https://amzn.to/4dDP1a1 Qrevo series; great for hair. Coat 599 2) https://amzn.to/4dNIDNp Roborock qrevo plus: 599 3) https://amzn.to/4dEAYRA Eufy 60; this is a good starting point if you want to test and dont need a mop. May need some more maintenance but overall good and worth the cost To your point of silent, auto empty docks are not that silent in general so I suggest you check some videos to gauge the noise and if it's acceptable for you. There are different vaccum settings which reduces noise but that's about it, auto empty docks do make noise a little though
r/RobotVacuums • Help me pick one please for two disabled women ->So I have 2 dogs, both shed a lot and get a lot of mud from our yard and generally where I live is quite rainy so all after the rain the dogs do get the floor dirty Because of this I absolutely needed a mop and of course vaccum for hair and carpet as well. I agree; roborock Qrevo series is pretty good; https://amzn.to/4dDP1a1 By the time I clean them after their mud fiasco the roborock is able to mop off mud and wet dirt off the floor. I have also used EUFY l60: https://amzn.to/4kfWGgN for my top floors but the dogs don't come there often but there is enough hair in the house to be picked up and the L60 works fine there which is vaccum only.

r/RobotVacuums • How do I choose which robovac to buy?! ->I like my eufy L60, but mine does fall off the WiFi a lot which is a con. But the self emptying is great, the hair cutting is great, and its mapping is thorough.
r/dogs • What is the best robot vacuum for pet hair under $500? ->I feel like most people only post here when they've just purchased a vac or are thinking about buying one. I'd love to hear what models you've been using for YEARS, and how they've treated you. Here's mine (short list): Ecovacs Deebot N79S - bought July 2020, used until 2024. This thing served me well, I had to replace the battery and other parts a couple times, eventually it just made such an annoying squeaky belt noise I had to stop For the price ($140usd) I think it was a good value. Eufy L60 - bought Apr 2024. I loved this thing but in recent days it's started going in circles and thinking it's stuck. It definitely doesn't have anything. obstructing the wheels. Searched this sub and someone else had to replace the wheels to fix it. I'm not sure about the durability of this thing, so I'm pretty annoyed. ($250 USD, not good value)
r/RobotVacuums • robot vacs you've used for YEARS ->Some of the eufy robot vacuums have a self emptying cycle that has a blade that cuts the hair off the roller every time. It works quite well. Eufy L60 is what i have and has the feature.
r/BuyItForLife • Pet owners, what's the best robot vacuum for TONS OF PET HAIR that's worked really well? ->My eufy is great with mine. I shed a lot and it's very long.
r/RobotVacuums • Which robot vacuum is best for avoiding tangles with human hair? ->I bought a Eufy L60 SES about a month ago and so far I'm really happy with it. I have a 1-BR apt with vinyl and carpeting. I don't know about the obstacle avoidance because I always go around and clear everything out of the way before I run it.
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum with no mop ->I have the Eufy L60 SES. Can't say about object avoidance because I pick everything up before I run it, but it does a good job with the hair. I don't have pets but my own hair is all over the place.
r/RobotVacuums • Which model is best at obstacle avoidance and not tangling hair? ->Eufy makes great ones and has a very easy app to use. Get one with the emptying station and you can leave it untouched for months. Be sure to follow maintenance recommendations - clean out dust bin every N hours, that sort of thing. If you go that route and have a dog (or kid) that sometimes leaves a mess that would make a bigger mess getting vacuumed, time the scheduled cleanings for after you've been around and had the chance to pick up small stuff and make sure there's no messes.
r/CleaningTips • Is robot vaccum worth it for those without animals that shed a lot ? And just in general for cleaning /mopping floor? ->Gentle cleaning can make some of the parts last longer than they say - in particular the ones with soft rubber/silicone seals. I bought generic (non Eufy brand) bags for my self-emptying station and they work great.
r/CleaningTips • Is robot vaccum worth it for those without animals that shed a lot ? And just in general for cleaning /mopping floor? ->L60 with the vacuum station has a hair cutter tool built in to the station. Get it refurbished from eufy on ebay for like $100 cheaper and looks brand new!
r/RobotVacuums • Which model is best at obstacle avoidance and not tangling hair? ->I have a Eufy L60 and very long hair. Even though it has a hair cutting feature, I found my long hair was tangled in the edge brush as well as both ends of the roller brush. The edge brush has to be removed with a screwdriver and is very difficult. also I was not impressed with the amount that it picked up. Meaning that I vacuumed after the robot vacuumed and I still got tons of stuff with my regular vacuum.
r/RobotVacuums • How do y'all deal with pet hair/long hair? My vacs either get jammed or the brushes get cut up ->I don’t want a mop, so don’t want to spend money on that tech. I just want a vacuum which is the best for carpet. Why do manufacturers seem intent on putting mops on everything? 😂 I’ve had a Eufy L60 for a couple of weeks now, but will return for something better if I can find something
r/RobotVacuums • What’s the best vacuum only robot out there? ->Yh, I’m now thinking about just keeping the l60. It could do with some more smarts to avoid cables and shoes. But the fact is, it works well and for £300 it’s CHEAP! I wish it had more better life on full power, but, it auto returns after charge. I think I’ll just run it until it gives up. All the alternatives are SO much more expensive. I just don’t think they’re going to be that much better.
r/RobotVacuums • What’s the best vacuum only robot out there? ->Hey. Yes, still have it. Mine isn’t perfect by any means. I still do maintenance every couple of weeks. But it definitely gets some (on mine). Would be a whole lot worse without it
r/RobotVacuums • What’s the best vacuum only robot out there? ->Recently purchased Eufy L60 SES during amazon prime days. Running it every 3 days for now while I take mine to walks. It comes with a hair cutting mechanism to cut hair from the roller.
r/germanshepherds • Recommendations on a Robot Vacuum ->I have it for a few months and I find the hair cutting function... not perfect. I still need to manually cut the hair around the brush after every 2-3 runs.
r/RobotVacuums • Is there a robot vacuum that doesn't make cleaning out long hair from the brushes/bristles a pain? ->Eufy l60 hybride. Auto cuts hair
r/RobotVacuums • I need recommendations for an easy to use robot vacuum! ->I agree OP I don’t want to pay any money for something I don’t want (mopping). I bought a L60 SES which was the best rated vacuum only model I could find. Would’ve happily spent more if there were one with more/better features (vacuum only)
r/RobotVacuums • Is there high end robot vacuum without mopping? ->I've been on this same search the last weeks to "upgrade" my Eufy L60 SES. And I haven't found anything that would actually be a meaningful upgrade. The problem is the manufacturers have put all the new development and technology into the mop/vacuum hybrid models and haven't developed the vacuum only models further. Which is unfortunate because I think it's pretty clear that vacuuming is best when a mop isn't onboard. So I've decided to buy a second L60 SES and run them both everyday, each covering half of my house. I think this will give me cleaner vacuumed floors (wood, tile, and area rugs) with lots of pets than any "upgrade."
r/RobotVacuums • Best Robot WITHOUT mopping ->I’m using the L60 Hybrid (the version with mopping), but the blade design should be the same as the SES. It handles my wife’s long hair and cat’s fur really well. But it still requires occasional simple maintenance: just clearing some tangles from the brush ends weekly.
r/RobotVacuums • Best Robot Vacuum Only for Long Hair ->Man, I think you should consider your biased comments. I'm sorry for your x10's poor performance, but many people are very satisfied with their eufy vacuuming (like my l60). I believe your comments might mislead some people who are not familiar with robot vacuums, preventing them from considering more options.
r/RobotVacuums • Best option for my cluttered house? ->I already got Eufy L60 SES and I'm VERY happy with it. It's my first robot vacuum and I just love the thing.
r/RobotVacuums • What robot vacuum is everybody looking to buy Black Friday? ->https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CDB831GV/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_apa_gl_i_WE8VMWH9S5VP742W6VKP?linkCode=ml1&tag=00230a-20 we use this one and have for a few years now. Dog, 2 kids, 2 long haired cats, a carpenter husband, and we live on a farm. This thing sees *dirt*
r/CleaningTips • Self emptying robot vacuums for homes with many pets? ->The comment about robot vacuums only being for small places is probably based on the old random pattern robots. Most robots now map and do well in large houses. It sounds like most mapping robots would work for you, since you don't want mopping, have hardfloors, and no pets. So anything with lidar (prefered) or vslam navigation. Obstacle avoidance might be a useful feature for cords, shoes, toys etc. left on the ground. It might be worth looking into a Eufy L60, iRobot Roomba j series, Roborock Q series, or shark. I'm biased because I have three robot vacs (Roborock S6, Ecovacs x1 omni, and iRobot Roomba j5+ combo) and my roomba j5+ is the only one that is reliable and working at the moment
r/RobotVacuums • I'm searching for my first robot vacuum under a budget! ->I have a eufy l60 ses and it keeps up with the hair pretty nicely. Not 100% ofc but it’s good. Runs every day
r/GermanShepherd • Vacuum recommendations! ->Didn't like the Lubluelu so I returned it. I have a Eufy L60 SES in its place which is amazing. The app is really good too. [It's also on sale at JB-Hifi for $588 currently](https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/eufy-clean-robovac-l60-ses-with-auto-empty-station?ab_version=B&gQT=2) and it is considerably better than the L50. If you can find the extra cash to buy it, I would highly recommend it!
r/RobotVacuums • Opinons of Eufy and Lubluelu RobotVacuums ->Awesome. I assure you that you'll love it Just did some research. The Good Guys will price beat to $578 BUT if you are a member to JBHifi Perks, or join it, you'll get a $30 coupon you can use bringing the price down at JB to $558. Hope that helps :)
r/RobotVacuums • Opinons of Eufy and Lubluelu RobotVacuums ->The most important thing you can do is get a GOOD bagged vacuum. We have the Meile C3 for dogs and cats. Use it often. Robots will do maintenance but not deep clean. I also find myself replacing the brushes more than “recommended” because the excess hair is so hard on them. Hardwood- Roborok with the dual rubber rollers. We have the Roborok Quervo Slim and it’s great for a daily run for upkeep. Carpet - haven’t found one that I love. The best so far is the Eufy L60. It has a feature that cuts the hair that gets wrapped around the brush. It’s fine, but tends to leave little clumps of hair on the carpet on occassion. But I’m living with it because it’s better than having to vacuum every day.

r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vac for carpets and dogs ->Eufy L60 has been great for us with 2 dogs and a lot of dirt/sand in the backyard (Florida). Looks like it's 50% off an Amazon right now
r/RobotVacuums • Looking for recommendation $500 and under ->Recently got the eufy L60 with self emptying station and it's been so nice. Especially with 2 cats in the house
r/RobotVacuums • Vacuum only robot ->No, I meant the opposite. You want to look for the ones with lidar and auto empty. Something else that is a game changer is anti tangle technology. I am a fan of Eufy L60 as they have one of the best anti tangle tech. A razor goes back and forth to cut the tangled hairs so you almost never have to manually clean the roller brush
r/RobotVacuums • Best no mop vacuum? I'm overwhelmed. ->and they suck also lol have a eufy L60 which doesnt do anything with its blades. Will be sending it back
r/RobotVacuums • How often do you all have to clean hair from the edges of the rubber brushes? ->Carpet boost is on. This has been the same performance since day 1 with original brush also. Lots of people have the same complaint with the L20. It seems the suction is not as close to the floor as it should be. My budget eufy L60 can pick up this debris with no issue on deeper carpet.
r/Dreame_Tech • This is how bad the L20 is at the vacuuming carpets / rugs. ->I disagree. This is the most basic requirement of any vacuum. My budget L60 can pick up similar debris with no issue. And that only cost me $200.
r/Dreame_Tech • This is how bad the L20 is at the vacuuming carpets / rugs. ->Yeah not sure if it's a dreame issue. But my budget eufy L60 can pick up similar debris with no issue. And that only cost me $200.

r/AskIreland • Can anyone recommend a robotic vacuum cleaner that isn’t completely shite and won’t break the bank? ->We got the Eufy L60 due to sooooo much pet hair and we love it. It cuts the hair from the brush roll at the auto empty station. That is a big deal in this house. I think that there is an option for a model with a mopping pad, but it didn't seem very high tech.
