Low immortal here. I always used to play on a 24 inch display until I got my 32 inch 21:9 ultra wide. At first everything was a mess, as you say, mini map a bit further in the left and the shop a bit further in the map, but you do get more screen on the sides which is a plus After some months I actually got used to it and I could tell that there are only pros for using it. Now, if you get a 45 inch display, that shits gonna be massive, so you should for sure play it in windowed mode.
34 inch monitor, sorry. Yeah, pretty sure is a 21:9, it's an Acer Nitro Ultra wide.
