I had the AOC monitor. It was great. I only paid in the $300 range for it though and now it sits collecting dust. At the 560 euro price id buy something else. I only paid $800 for my 57" G9 open box.
I have an OAC Oled monitor, not the ultrawide version but it’s the same line of monitors as the one you’re looking at and it’s excellent, they have all the care features and hdr looks amazing on them Here’s a review of that ultrawide if want to take a look https://youtu.be/d8exsOBEDoY?si=ddMUgGcj58SGR4yx
In regular sdr some reviews reported around 210 nits but I use it around 15% brightness since I play at night and it still look great. In HDR it looks even better and personally like to use the HDR 400 mode or (Display HDR) as it is called on the monitor. Overall I’m happy with mine, it’s been fantastic either in sdr or hdr and in around 250ish hours of use
three of those and we're good
34". All the way. We have had AOC x 2 with zero issues, great monitor. My lad is currently on an LG 34" which seems to be fine, little bit of bleed. My daughter is also on a 34" Viewsonic, i'm on a 49" uw. My two main gaming buds are also 34". Both with 3060s. For gaming, gotta be 34" curved, it's a beautiful thing. Imo, i would stay away from nzxt myself.
Having the same usage as you, i have a AOC 34" Ultra wide, and i'm thinking to go for a 32" 4K specially because of the height resolution.
Ultrawide and FFXIV is amazing, works really well. I use a 3440x1440 AOC monitor at home. Only downside is the cutscenes. I would suggest that you move the monitor futher back on your table. At the moment it looks like it is to close to you.
