Honestly finding all those features in a mid-range non-OLED ultrawide is tough, but i feel you on the burn-in concern. The [Gigabyte M34WQ](https://metadoraffi-eng.github.io/shopit?search_keywords=Gigabyte+M34WQ+KVM+monitor) has a built-in KVM and USB-C with 90W charging, though it's flat not curved. For curved options, the [AOC CU34G3S](https://metadoraffi-eng.github.io/shopit?search_keywords=AOC+CU34G3S+ultrawide) has great contrast and 165Hz, but lacks the full KVM. You might need to compromise on one feature or consider the Dell S3425 you mentioned, which ticks most boxes but has lower refresh rate.
34". All the way. We have had AOC x 2 with zero issues, great monitor. My lad is currently on an LG 34" which seems to be fine, little bit of bleed. My daughter is also on a 34" Viewsonic, i'm on a 49" uw. My two main gaming buds are also 34". Both with 3060s. For gaming, gotta be 34" curved, it's a beautiful thing. Imo, i would stay away from nzxt myself.
Having the same usage as you, i have a AOC 34" Ultra wide, and i'm thinking to go for a 32" 4K specially because of the height resolution.
Ultrawide and FFXIV is amazing, works really well. I use a 3440x1440 AOC monitor at home. Only downside is the cutscenes. I would suggest that you move the monitor futher back on your table. At the moment it looks like it is to close to you.
