I got the LG34WQ55 for work and I am happy with it although its only 60hz refresh rate

It’s the second one, for my workflow (online browsing, excel, word, ppt…etc) I don’t mind 60hz and I know my laptop can’t produce more anyway

Get yourself some 34inch monitor ;-) Something like a LG 34WQ75C-B and there are more IPS options in that size

I have a different LG one (not Costco). I chose it for WFH since it has USB-C with 90W power as well as USB A ports so I can plug in a single cable and have it both charge and support my accessories without having to use many different cables. I also wanted an IPS panel for better viewing angles. If those aren’t high priority for your use, then this seems like a good one to get!

LG 34 UltraWide WQHD Curved IPS 60 Hz LED Monitor with Builtin Universal Docking Station Business Black 34BQ77QBB My main gripe with it is that the usb hub (internal to the monitor) will randomly stop working every month or so and I have to reset the monitor (pull the power cable out and hold down the power button for 30 seconds after). It’s otherwise exactly what I wanted.

I'm happy using a single LG 34" (3440x1440@60Hz). Enough room for 2 pages of A4 size and then some, or e.g. a PDF and some Ghostty splits. And also nice for movies. I usually use my apps in full screen mode. If I ever need more room there's still the possibility of opening the 16" MBP screen (but that happens rarely).

I use a 34 curved ips from LG. There are also mini LEDs from TCL.

If you get the 34" IPS LG, it's produced a good picture so far.

I still have a 34" LG IPS monitor, it's a good piece of equipment, and until I find the right OLED...👌

I adore my current LG monitors (2x 34” IPS, 1x 27” IPS), but they’re fairly old now, lack the OLED displays, and I’ve been concerned about upgrading cause larger form factors have had pixel density issues. This seems like the perfect mixture of size, tech, and would fix perfectly into my mixed work from home and gaming setup.
