I have the MSI MAG 341CQP and I absolutely love it. It will only get upgraded to one of them fancy new 5K2K monitors when I can upgrade my 5080.
Thanks for the reply from me as well. Currently running the good old 341cqp (175hz) with a 5080 and you convinced me to save my money for the goddamn mortgage the damn 6090 will be, before I consider 5k2k. Appreciated, friend.
The 341CQP is decent. The reality is basically every OLED is excellent, and the difference between the MSI model with a particular spec and another is what the plastic around it looks like because they're exactly the same monitors inside. Its using a first gen QD-OLED desktop panel, which means the text & desktop rendering will be a little fuzzy due to a peculiar subpixel layout, and blacks look kind of purple in ambient light (an issue all QD-OLEDs have, but was especially pronounced on the first gen models). But otherwise, it'll be an amazing gaming and movie watching monitor, especially in a dim or dark room. I noticed that link has you searching for the 341CQP**X**, which is the 240hz version of that monitor. It's a little curious that Amazon France doesn't have it, but that's fine, it's more like 800 euros at the moment.
I currently have the MAG341CQP. I appreciate how I can connect both my gaming PC and work laptop, sharing peripherals using the KVM. Also, 34"UW is a great format for multitasking. I'm looking to get the 341CQR X36 to upgrade the ambient light handling, cleanability, and text rendering. Also, the 98w power delivery will let me ditch the laptop charger and tidy my desk. In the future, I'd like to see more ports in the monitor's USB hub. It should have three, for mouse, keyboard, and webcam. This will boost the utility for mixed gaming/productivity setups.
i went from a normal 32 inch msi VA panel to a MSI qd oled 34 ultrawide. colorwise huge difference. disadvantage of oled: bright rooms or right next bright window causes reflections or purple glare(best seen when monitor is off). some monitors dont have it but more expensive. still burn in risk but prevention is gotten better. msi has built in oledcare and it works fine. also precautions like dont have a static image on it for hours (or a logo) and let the care options do their job as recommended by the brand/manual. i also made the taskbar disappear when i dont need it. things like that help to. i have the msi 341cqp qd oled.
msi 34 inch 21:9 341cqp qd oled and i love it. big enough for me.
Hey, I bought this model from MSI ( MSI mag 341cqp qd-oled) literally 4 days ago. My first ultrawide and my first OLED monitor. I'm really happy with it so far. Experiencing both oled and ultrawide in one go is still crazy to me
MSI MAG 341CQP Bought it a few months back, and it's just great. Saw a few people online complain about the text clarity, but I haven't noticed a single thing. It is OLED though, which maybe isn't the best suited for work PCs
It is. But as I said, I don’t see an issue at all
