I picked up a TCL R84 34”- I’m happy with 1440p/180Hz. I play some games, but I generally lean to work more. It’s a mini-led with ~1100 dimming zones so it’s been great with darks. A bit of a criticism is that it’s still a (h)VA, but it’s been good for me. Also has a built in KVM switch in the monitor so I’ve been appreciating switching between my MacBook and my (windows) desktop.
I’ve only had it setup for a couple of hours for work. It’s good so far, KVM works well and all. Colours out the box are probably pretty colour neutral/accurate, but unfortunately I do tend to enjoy the vivid colour balance generally more so I’ll have to fiddle around with it later. Yeah the speakers are 2x3W. I wouldn’t rely on them for any actual music or media consumption, but they’re fine for Teams calls.
