"I’ve replaced the filters and the hose in 12 years. He’s still going!"
"repairable"
"If you’re dealing with fine dust, bags are the way to go. No filters to wash, no dust cups to clean out, no plumes of dust. No, the bags won’t fill up instantly or loose suction the way old paper vacuum bags did."

"never dies"
"we've had ours for about 15 years. ... He's done several renovations, sucked up all sorts of horrible stuff including garden waste. ... That thing is bullet proof"

"It's excellent for picking up stuff like hair, dust, and dry dirt."
"These glide over the uneven floors beautifully and strong suction will pick the dirt up out of the crevices."

"They're so cheap in the UK for what they are because they are made here. ... £130 will buy you a brand new one, but an second hand one is a perfectly good option too."
"affordable"

"The only thing a Henry isn't so great for is deep pile carpet. ... Probably best to get an upright as well for that."
I have a Henry XL. Man, it's simplicity is a winner. Just just what it's supposed to do.
r/AskIreland • What is the best hoover you've ever owned? ->The numatic Henry with a tile head would work. Take the wheels off the tile head to help lift the chalk. We used to use Henry when we did builders cleans, lots of plaster dust went through that bad boy and he lasted over 10 years. Cannot recommend that vacuum any more. I bought my own after using the work one for years haha.
r/VacuumCleaners • Commercial Vacuum for gym ->Hands down the Henry. I have had two sharks, a Dyson and a Hoover upright, all bagless. My Henry Pet has out lasted them all and Neumatic have great customer service and are a UK made product.
r/AskUK • Which hoover would you choose and why? ->Went the othery. Had a shark, constantly had to clean it, replaced filters etc. Henry is a Joe in comparison.
r/AskUK • What is the best hoover brand that you have had/experienced? ->Henry pet because shark was shit
r/AskUK • Hoovers. What are you using and why? ->I have a pink pet hair Henry, it’s a belter.
r/AskUK • Which hoover would you choose and why? ->Until I bought a Henry hound (?) no vacuum lasted longer than two years. Henry is indestructible, quite manly for a vacuum, and like many men quite annoying around the house. He had a habit of toppling over and loosing suction as soon as the paper bag was half full. Then about nine years ago, I invested in a Shark. I prefer the upright type of vacuum cleaner to the pull along, so this suits me better. It can work as a cylinder if I want to vacuum under tight spaces. It’s easier to manoeuvre on the stairs. I bought the powered head attachment for doing the stairs, and some small nozzles for reaching in tight spaces in the car. I’m still amazed at how much dust it sucks out of the carpets. I empty it after every use because I don’t like looking at the muck in the clear plastic tank. Henry lives in the garage now.
r/AskUK • Which hoover would you choose and why? ->Henry with the power head purchased on top .
r/AskUK • Which hoover would you choose and why? ->I've a big henry, amazing but bit much for dragging up and downstairs so i bought a Henry quick handheld, its brilliant
r/AskIreland • What vacuum cleaners do people recommend? ->The green Henry hoover for pets. Great little hoover.
r/AskUK • Hoovers. What are you using and why? ->We've a Henry pet that does wonders for pet hair on the carpet areas and would definitely get another but the thing just goes and as others have said they hold up to abuse from kids aswell We got a 2nd hand Dyson cordless on cheap a few yrs back - it's grand for a daily clean up on wooden floors - I wouldn't recommend one though if u have pets as it barely does anything on the carpets and I wouldn't go near them at the prices in the shops though.
r/AskIreland • What vacuum cleaners do people recommend? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
