Wet and dry Henry. Takes the normal Henry bag, and also comes to the rescue for leaks and draining radiators. Also, as a bonus, wet and dry vacs aren't limited to motor wattage restrictions.

That's correct, but mine was branded as Henry wet and dry, depends where you buy them from. 1000w Vs 600w

Why would I pay $800 on a bifl vacuum when I could spend $400 on a bifl vacuum (Henry)

Henry does now come in a model similar to the shark

Henry- heads etc are easy to replace if you need to. You can swap out the filter for odour neutralising. There’s a pet head. You could go for the direct animal model. George is a wet and dry hoover, and we have had one, but these days we have Henry and a Bessel carpet cleaner specifically for washing the carpets. Worth stating that most hoovers will fail to completely pull hairs up and so it’s useful to also have a rubber brush, or a window squidgee. You will be supposed at how much hair those things pull up

Gave up on Dyson. Went out and bought a Henry Hoover. Old school bagged hoover, and my god the house feels clean again. It just works. I wind the cord up manually with a handle, when the bag is full it's a clean job to just swap the bag, and the suction power is so much better than a Dyson. Love it.

Henry all day. Robust, reliable and still made in Britain (unlike the bastard traitor Dyson or sharks that are Chinese made) Skarks are decent, lightweight and very easy to store away but you can’t beat a Henry or Hetty

Our Henry canister vacuum is impressive. Great on hardwood and carpet. I bought one for my daughter, her son loves it so much he vacuums the house for fun.

I have a Henry for hardcore vacuuming and a Dyson handheld for easy day to day stuff. Henry is heavy so he mostly lives on the first floor where all the carpets are, the handheld has a roving brief. I only got the Dyson specifically bc it was the easiest of the handhelds on my hands - it’s worth trying a few of them to see how easy they are to hold and empty, as they are still heavy. I was gifted an old roomba at one point, but it was like keeping a fourth pet, way more work than I expected. Once a year I spray our rooms with Indorex to make sure we don’t have fleas incubating.
