+1 for VIOFO. I have the a229 plus, which is “only” 1440p front and rear. I hardwired it with the hardwire kit (fuse taps) and have parking mode as well. All wires neatly tucked away. I am thinking about getting the a229 pro since the power cables I already ran will work with it, and I’d move the a229 plus to my girl’s car, but for now even the a229 plus is excellent. Highly recommend.

Viofo A229 Plus 2ch. Pretty good bang for the buck. Both front and rears are good quality during the day. Front is fine at night, rear struggles against headlights shining at it and how dirty the rear window is.

I've been using a Viofo A229 Plus with a dongar power adapter to tie it into the mirror power cable and I'm very happy with the cam and ease of installation with the adapter
