Clear Protein

Clear whey protein shakes - like SEEQ, myProtein, Isopure brands that offer clear protein shakes. My favorite is SEEQ but I will take any brand clear over thick milky whey. Clear Whey tastes like fruit drink.

I love Seeq and Ryse clear protein

Get a different protein shake. Seeq is “juice” like, mixed with water instead of milk. They have all kinds of flavors. Find something you can tolerate. I also drink oikos zero sugar Greek yogurt.

this! If I know I'm going hrs without a meal break, I do clear whey shakes. Also, on my drive home from a workout. Helps me hit my protein goals in those specific situations: workout days when I'm less hungry and when I don't have breaks/am not controlling my own schedule. Fave flavor of the moment is Isopure citrus lemonade but second Afilament's SEEQ rec. If you like "cleaner" products, check out Wicked brand (they've done some additional testing on their products).

MyProtein is actually the winner for me on this one. They have "Mike n Ike" and sour cherry flavors that are bangin. Other stuff from them is pretty good as well.  Seeq is fine. Not a big fan of the white froth from the whey but generally their flavors are alright.  For unflavored, IsoPure is my MVP. Add that shit to everything. Blends pretty well even just mixing it into stuff with a spoon. Can't taste it unless I'm lazy and get a clump. Pretty good
