Discord

Elgin discords if you prefer not having something over your ears. Lots of other techs use the isotunes. Some people complain about audio quality on the discord but brother I'm just happy to be vibing while I'm working. Makes the shift so much better versus hearing just the incessant fan whine in the background.

I use Elgin Discord ear buds. They’re fine, good protection with meh sound quality but I’m not as concerned with sound quality. 

If I’m going above 30mph (which is pretty much always), yes, every time I have Bluetooth earbuds that are OSHA/etc rated for construction site hearing protection. Elgin discord, they work great and battery lasts weeks

Shokz over the ear. Theyre magnetized so they’ll collect grit if it gets near em but I haven’t had too much of a problem I also wear a cap or ski mask tho. Theyre nice though because you can still wear ear plugs. If you want a 2 in 1 ear bud and ear plugs check out the Elgin Discords those aren’t magnetized.

Elgin ruckus discord are my favorite, they are more like actual earplugs and they are attached together so I don’t lose them as often. They have really been a game changer for me and I wear them pretty much 24/7
